Good value, long stay car parks should also be marked as pricebuster car parks.

I liked the automatic number plate recocnition. No need for staff and administration work. It is great that you can walk easy and quick to the airport building.No need for transfer which takes time. It is an open air parking space but that doesn't matter and it seems secure enough

On arrival, if your car registration is recognised and also printed alongside the booking reference on the ticket, no validation is needed before departing the car park on your return. Just swipe out as you drive out. Pretty exposed car park if weather is poor, no worse than others but there are no transfers.

carpark is easy on entry and exit, the member of staff we saw was VERY helpful. Unfortunately due to traffic we missed our flight so was only there for about 30 minutes

Entering the car park long stay no1 it got the car reg wrong it never mention takeing ticket on arravel. When leaveng the aiport barrer never raised when ticket was entered and had to phone for assistant. The person who answered was'nt very pleasant either.

When booking, I had the impression that pre-paid parking meant that the car number plate would be recognised and registered on the ticket which would enable us to return direct to the Long-Stay park when we got back to the airport from our trip. In the event we had to take the ticket to the Multi-storey car park kiosk, with our reference receipt,to be issued with an exit ticket. This obviously delays departure from the Airport and is contrary to information originally given when we booked.

Well, it's a cheaper way to park than buying on the day, using Liverpool's Long Stay car park a 3 minute work from the terminal. Need to go to a booth at the point of exiting however where (in our case) a grumpy scouser will try to extract cash from you unless you produce all the correct booking information because the automatic numberplate recognition whatsit was having an off day. But overall, a good experience.

Just a straight-forward, value-for money experience with help offered when things went wrong (lost ticket).

Easy to find and a short walk to the terminal. Good Value compared with other parking at the Airport.

I would use this service again, and would urge other people to use this. I booked the carpark at 10pm, to use at 5am, and saved over £25. so easy. I got a ticket, going into the car park at the barrier, then put it back in, when i left the car park, that easy.

Upon arrival at the aiport we were issued with a parking ticket. As a first time user of aiport parking facilities, from what we had read off the website the system was to automatically recognise the car registration number. We dismissed it until on our return journey. We read the printed information and from what we could gather we needed to get the ticket validated from the Multi Storey Car Park. As we had parked at the furthest point we thought we would enquire beforehand rather than cause chaos at the ticketing barrier on the way out. My husband, who is of Singaporean origin approached the member of staff behind the booth at the multi storey car park. Before he could even explain, the member of staff, by the name of 'John' threw his hands up in the air and became really quite abusive. Instead of just explaining in a civilised manner that the ticket we had received was acceptable and to insert it on the way of, my husband found himself being ridiculed. It really did ruin what had been any otherwise really pleasant holiday. I think if staff are going to deal with foreign travellers and non native speakers they need to undergo training and work towards being a little more friendly and communicative. It will definitely make me think twice about travelling with my family or any other foreign guests from Liverpool airport again. So much for being European Capital of culture. The man that we encountered was far from cultured.

Unable to access carpark at first, ticket issued without car reg no;, big queue with irrate customers at the office, had to leave until return. Attendant very off-hand on our return, but he issued new ticket and there were no further problems

Pre booking was excellent. Worked exactly as it said it would. As always, travelling is stressful, and there is nothing more annoying than not being 100 per cent sure of locations. This however was great. I also appreciated the easy, and safe access to the departure and arrivals halls. Only one criticism, could someone plead for some signs to motorways nearer the airport.

Directions to car park very good and parking area is in easy walking distance to terminal.

You can't beat this service for conveneience and cost. We did have a problm exiting the capark, but this was quickly sorted.

Paid by connect card. Arrived at the longstay-Barrier went up (as my car reg was recognised by the scanner) Parked abut 50 metres from the airport. Came back, got in my car,left the car park when the barrier went up at the exit Simple, no hassle will definately use them again
