Booking was easy and a fair price. The car park was easy to find, it seemed secure enough and easy walking distance to the airport, just a few minutes.

Car park is literally across the road from the airport, takes only two minutes to walk there. Very good value for money and would definitely use again.

Just one problem on exit with ticket. I had to go and find office to get my ticket validated. could have done with a bit more info at exit,

easy online booking and had no problems at all. License plate recognition no problem. Card issued and parked up, and on return straight thru barrier.

As airport car parking should be - a hassle free, straightfoward part of trip that doesn't cost you a fortune and is seamless part of journey.

I booked a last minute trip but had to be at liverpool at 4 am too early to ask a friend or family to take us so i booked the long stay on line at midnight and drove to the airport and left the car only 2 minutes walk from the airport...... perfect. sure enough on our return it took the same 2 minutes walk and 30 seconds drive to leave the parking area and be on our way back home.Will use it again !

had a small problem on exiting the car park. i had to contact a staff member which was easy to do, just pressed an intercom button. they responded immediatly and acted promptly by raising the exit barrier. for some unknown reason the car reg was not recognised.

we saved over £50 using this site, i was so pleased, everything went smoooooth

we liked the way you just turn up, collect a ticket, park where you want keep your keys and on the way out just put ticket in the exit and because its computerised it knows youve payed you just drive home.

This service was 1st class I will use this way of parking from now on...it is so close to the terminal, where I parked it took me less that a minute to get inside the terminal...It was easy to park and on collection of the vehicle as you are in control of your car keys and do not have to leave them with an office and wait to get them on your return to your vehicle....the most important thing to say is that it saved me lots of time and I found it value for money.....1st class

You should be encouraged to park at the airport car park by making it a bit more cost effective.

It seemed ok although it was covered in snow and ice. Iam sure at the price they could of scattered a bit of grit salt around. I arrived in the morning and left in the afternoon so I never saw it after dark. I never saw any attendant either.

Very straight forward, car was recognised as i checked ticket at counter before departing. Quick and easy when leaving too.

Automatic number plate recognition misread number plate, but staff sorted quickly as I had printout of booking with me. Car park very slippery with snow and ice both on road and walkways. Not much effort visible to clear this.

we had no problems and found the carparking easy to use and made our trip have one less invconvenience

Get there early as there was not much space but eventually we found one

Could not see the reg camera, but I kind of wish they could have shouted be in Becauce I was concerned I might not have been in the right car park! What a super deal thank you.

Nothing complicated to it! Just grab a ticket at the enterance, park and fly! Came back and validated ticket- no problems! c

only problem was exit ticket wouldnt work had to take it to kiosk to get validated

I found the whole process very simple and easy to use. The staff member I spoke to on the exit of the car park was very helpfull indeed
