I have used QAP in the past, and they continue to offer a great service at a very competitive price. Once again it was an all round first class service.

It is the first time we have used Quality Airport Parking and would have no hesitation in using them again. The staff are efficient and friendly and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to our friends.

The only thing that would have improved our experience was if the landing of our plane was monitored and someone was waiting for us rather than having to phone. Other than that all was great!

We looked at the price of taxis from our house to Heathrow and they wanted £95 each way. Compared to the £55 for the week at Quality Parking the prices obviously didn't compare so we took the chance. I read the reviews online like everyone does, and of course got focused on the very few negative ones over the majority of positive ones. In the end it was great. It was relatively easy to find. The camera on the gate had recalled our booking as we pulled up to the barrier. The car was left in the arrival lane and we got on a bus to Heathrow. I can't emphasise how quick and easy it was. It happened so smoothly I was convinced we'd not done something at an Admin desk or similar. The return was similar. Upon the initial drop off we were told which stop to go to. We telephoned and the bus was there maybe 10 mins later. Back to QA Parking and the bus driver gave us our keys to our car which was about 10 feet away. In the car and gone. So what were my unfounded fears on leaving the car? Some stranger driving around London in our car? There were no extra miles on the tacho when I picked the car up. Damage to the car? None Car rummaged through and things taken? None In short, I'd never done this before and didn't know what to expect so I feared the worst. Shows how wrong I was. It was a great service and I'd GLADLY use them again.

I had to wait a little while at Heathrow for a couple of passengers but nothing too drastic. A good service for the money

This was far and away the best experience I have had of off-airport parking. The transfer bus was visible, so was the driver, it left when expected and took just five minutes to get to the airport. On my return, the transfer bus arrived when promised - this is the first time this particular promise has been delivered. It's also teh first time I have used Quality Parking. Much appreciated - air travel is stressful enough without added headaches with car parking. Competitive prices, good service, friendly staff - I fully intend to use you again.

We found it difficult to find the site despite the directions, however, once there, we were swiftly taken across to terminal 5. On arrival back, just one phone call when we cleared customs and they were there very quickly. Car was all ready for us when we arrived. Clean toilet facilities available. Good value for money and did exactly what we expected.

we found QAP easily and arrived early which wasn't a problem. we were taken straight to the airport and the terminal we needed. on return we had a wait of a few minutes after our phone call to the office, on arrival at QAP our car was waiting for us. the drivers were friendly and helpful and we would book this service again.

I was most impressed with the speed and efficiency.The staff did all the handling of our luggage, which doesn't usually happen at other car parks. we were picked up very quickly & found our car in no time at all. There was no queuing at counters.Would certainly use them again.

the service was good, we were promtly moved to Heathrow and i must say we are very satisfied except that, the post code provided could'nt take us straight to the Q park via the GPS. E Mensah

When I booked up for Quality parking, I was given the address and post code. The post code that I was given was wrong, the last letter was incorrect, therefore, I had a bit of a problem in finding the place. Coming from the sticks out in Mid Wales, this was a problem, however, as I had thoroughly planned the trip, I allowed plenty of time and we found the place. As I approached the check in at Quality airport parking, I said that I had trouble in finding the place and he asked what post code was I given, I gave him the post code and he said that some agencies have given out the wrong post code. I think that this shoud be sorted out, however, this will not stop me using Quality Airport Parking again, they were faultless. Regards Gwilym Lewis from Caersws, Powys.

As i arrived to drop off my car the lady at the desk knew who i was before i even said my name. Within 5 minutes of parking the car we where on our way to the airport. This is by far the best car park i have used when flying from Heathrow and will definatly use Quality airport parking again.

We were expected and served quickly and efficiently. The collection service on our return was really valuable

Very well organised though rather a long wait to be picked up from the airport on our return.

Having successfully used gosimply services to book car parking at Leeds Bradford Airport we tried it out at Heathrow. Another good experience. Just booked again!

first time i have used airport parking at heathrow. I would recommend this service as it was clear, reliable and I felt offered good value for money.

very good service and value for money. Feel car is safe and not far from terminals but bus service is very frequent and we have found the staff always helpful and polite.

Very good service but did have to wait 20 mins for the transfer to the car park on return to Heathrow.

chose to have my car delivered to the terminal on my return and would recommend paying the extra for this service
