When we arrived at QAP they did not have my reference correctly, however the man on the gate amended it for us immediately and gave clear instructions on where to put the car. It was extremely easy and the transfer took only about 10 minutes. When our flight was cancelled due to the volcanic cloud they were excellent and put our mind immediately at ease. They were immediately there when we managed to get back to the airport and although they had to charge me for the extra days they held the car it was very good value for money. I will definitely be using them again.

Good location, reasonable prices and generally quick transfers to and from the terminals. I use QAP regularly.

yes it was all good, only they didn't have my booking in the system when i arrived which took a bit of time but the person was polite about it so..

This is the second time I have used this service, and this experience was as positive as the first time.

The drivers were pleasant anough but didn't share my enthusiasm to leave promptly. Also, my booking was lost, so checking in took longer than necessary. Minor grumbles though - very cheap, near enough.

Easy to find, easy to park and short walk (20 meters or so) to bus. Toilets and seating available indoors between parking car and bus. Bus took a little while (15min or so) on return even though we had phoned immediately on arrival. All in all would use it again.

Very efficient, easy to find and number plate recgonition is helpful. Everything went smoothly.

The reception of my car was done quickly and all information regarding transfers and collection clearly given. The staff was very friendly and within 5 minutes, was driven to the airport terminal. The driver was very helpful indeed. A very pleasant experience and good value for money. Very highly recommended.

Quality Airport Parking is close to te airport on the A4. It is well light with a proper road service.

The service was everything you would hope for and we were delighted with the service we received. Highly recommended indeed!

Saw 3 Purple parking vans arrive before the Quality Parking one showed up.

If you are flighing from Heathrow then Quality Parking is highly recommended the process is so simple and the staff very friendly and helpful. Go for it!

Not being a frequent flyer it is always a daunting experience at the best of times, to park and then fly gives you more to worry about, but our experience with Quality Airport Parking was stress and trouble free. Excellent directions to the facility, a quick transfer to the terminal and the assurance of secure parking ment we could go on our holiday and not worry about the car. On our return the pickup was quick and again trouble free. We will not hesitate to use the facility again.

I've been using various parking facilities at Heathrow for a long time. Q parking has really taken the service to a new level with it's friendliness, efficiency and high standards of security and custmer facilities. There is now no question which parking facility I will use during my next trip. QPark all the way.

Really pleased with the service. As I drove up to the gate they knew my name and I didn't need my paperwork which was a nice touch. I had trouble finding the place as the postcode with sat nav takes you to completely the wrong place so I would get this fixed and make sure the address is obvious on the website too. Otherwise great service, car was kept undercover and in a secure location.

I wouldnt use anyone else...will come back every time... Highly recommended and excellent value for money Many Thanks for a stress free experience..

Just one small problem, the driver of the transfers could not speak very good English and I and other found it vey difficult to understand what he was saying!! And as the 'face'/'voice' of your organisation left me questioning the quality of your company.... Can you imagine if you had the captain of BA flight speaking to you in incomprehensible English!!!

very straightforward service which was very efficient and there were no real negatives!

1) Arrived early and was 'greeted' by a very surly member of staff. Informed then that the first bus was not until 4 am (were led to believe buses were every 15 mins). 2) Had to wait 1 1/2hrs in a waiting room with faulty doors (constantly opening/shutting)and a temperature of -2. 3) Vehicle returned, at the Terminal, very dirty and driver immediately departed without checking our ownership or confirming we were happy with the vehicle. 4) Upon washing the vehicle next day, found several scratches to the driver's door. 5) No response regarding my complaint via e-mail Atrocious standard of customer service and will not use again. BE WARNED.

From arrival to car collection the whole experience was hassle free. Good directions ensured we arrived at the QAP site on time. It took 10 minutes from arrival to climbing on the bus for our trip to the airport. On return, a quick phone call resulted in a bus arriving within 15 minutes to take us back to the car.
