Last time I used Purple it was quicker to fly to Heathrow from Geneva than from the bus stop to the parking pickup, and as 3 or 4 Q parking vans passed while I was waiting a Q driver told me Q parking was worth the extra. (Purple had just taking it over) and as I got no explanation from Purple why no buses I used there new up market service Quality Parking this time. As the car pick up point is only 5 Min's away I was shocked to have to wait 1/2 an hour for a bus (1 hour after I informed them that I had landed! I was told that the driver had gone to the wrong Terminal, Which the driver strongly denied. It seems obvious to me that now Purple have it they are waiting till they get a full load before sending a bus out to save money on petrol, so I think the :Quality: now needs to be taken out of the title

Booked through "Park and Go" and for some reason Q Park had not got the booking but they dealt with the problem quickly and soon got me through and parked up. Used them a number of times now and always the same friendly staff.

As this was our first airport parking at Heathrow, we were very happy from the start as it was easy to find and there was no waiting around. The staff were excellent and got us to the airport without delay.

The whole service was very quick and completely user-friendly , and all the staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Recommended without hesitation.

The facility was easy to get to, close to LHR and provides na quick and easy service with maximum assurance that you have left your car in safe hands. Have used before and will use again when flying from this location.

Staff at this car park were always very helpful - especially in helping a disabled person, such as myself and in finding my lost wallet when I arrived at the airport only to find my wallet had been left in the car! Oh, and they have quite a decent disabled toilet too - with plenty of heating!

This is my 4th time of using Q park. what was already a good service, has got better for me. Often on return I have had to wait for my pick up, up to 30 mins. this time the bus was already waiting on my return, much apreciated in a frozen December, having returned from Brazil. Also, despite fully charging my car before departure, i had a flat battery. No problem, whithin a minute, i was given a jump start by the helpful staff & was on my way.

The dropping off point was easy to find. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I left for my holiday with complete peace of mind. On returning I just made one quick phone call whilst waiting for my bags and my car was ready and waiting for me right outside the airport. I will be using QAP again, it was excellent value for money

Very good overall service, when i use this service in the future i will only do two things differently. 1, use the hotel right next door 2, Have my car valeted for my return due to the kids and dirt from the roads.

the only complaint i have is with the pick up at the airport... seems like the other car parking companies have more vans on the road, had to wait a half hour once i called to be picked up and during that time saw other companies a couple times picking up there customers...

Once we found the carpark, we were asked if we wanted our car delivered to the airport upon our return for £10, it was well worth the money and the car was waiting for us as we walked out of the terminal. Great service.

Reception woman was very very rude. Of course I was not so good English speaker because of foreigner. But I could not accept her attitude at all. I was disappointed. Except this, very good parking. I would like to use again. Thank you.

Friendly and efficient. Within one hour of touchdown from a transatlantic flight I was driving home. I'll certainly use the service again.

check in was straightforward and the check in person was very friendly and informative even though it was around 3 in the morning. i parked the car in an undercover secure place and my luggage was loaded into the mini bus for us. the drive to the airport was comfortable and all the return instructions were clear and straightforward. Everything went exactly to plan and exceeded our expectations. the best parking i have used at heathrow by far, highly recommended and well priced.

This makes getting to Hethrow etc. easy and stress free. Reliable, friendly service. Recommended.

Arrival was handled very smoothly. Staff were warm and friendly. Liked the small buses since we had almost no wait before we were on our way. Although we were flying from Terminal 4 it was only a short run. Closer than many I have used. Pick up on return was prompt too. Pick-up man could have been friendlier but he was efficient. We got out keys on the bus and went straight to our cars. Price was the best at the time. All in all my favourite airport parking experience.

Staff were helpful and pleasant enough. Did have to wait a 5-10 mins to be picked up but our bags were already there when we cleared customs so didn't give them much time to get there. Overall, I'd say they were pretty good and worth the money.

The girl on the arrivals gate at QAP has a demanding job but works quickly aqnd always with a smile! There is no hanging around time at all; you park your car, unload your bags and move them less than 20 yards to the shuttle bus, and you'r away to your Terminal. The shuttle bus drivers are alert and cheerful too.

The parking attendance were helpful and efficient. The information they provided was helpful and everything was clean and well taken care of.

Directions to Quality Airport Parking was very good. Although I made a mistake on my reservation, the staff was very helpful and courteous in correcting the mistake. The cost for parking was very inexpensive and the shuttle to and from the airport was quick but safe. I would recommend this site whether on long or short stay for the convenience and easy access.
