Directions to site easy to follow,confidence on arrival that car would be safe, prompt transfer to departures. On return, after phone call to arrange transfer, mini-bus arrived within five minutes and was driven by a very friendly driver. All in all a very satisfactory experience which I would not hesitate to use again,or recommend to anyone.

The initial contact at the car park was welcoming. The area was clean. The handover of the car keys was efficient and within five minutes of arrival we were being driven to the airport. The staff had loaded our luggage in the trailer for us. On our return a bus was waiting outside, and while we had to wait for a few people the transfer back to the car park was effiicent again with the car park staff loading our bags. At the car park we received our keys and had left within five minutes of our arrival. Overall a very efficient operation, clean transfer vehicles, helpful staff, and therefore value for money

Great value for money and very efficient - will definitely use QAP again.

Really good first impression of service. Pick up on return however was extremely slow. I had to wait at least 30 mins for the bus, Someone else in the queue had been waiting even longer. Apart from this bad experience I will try again as this may have been a one off due to bad traffic.

Given the frequency of pickup transfers, stating 'only 5 mins from Heathrow' is somewhat misleading.

I searched for airport parking by price, and QAP. were the cheapest.Very secure car park, and exellent shuttle service, made them great value for money. I will be useing them again. I frequently fly to Chicago, and have used other parking companies, these are up there with the best of them.

Very organised and polite at arrival. Short delay on departure, but nothing to worry about. Delay in getting through on telephone on return but again nothing to worry about. Will use again value for money.

The car park was easy to find and everything was very efficient. Very helpful driver.

everything was simple, quick and efficient. was expected on arrival and transferred to airport quickly. Phoned from baggage hall on return, but still had to wait 25-30 minutes at the bus stop. Other carriers seen to arrive more frequent. No problems quick and easy exit after return. Good overall.

Although I not like the 'wait for a full bus' policy now that they are owned by Purple. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to be charged a lower rate for the extra weeks parking due to the ash cloud, Although the lady I spoke to before returning regarding the likely cost was a nightmare, and not only said I would be charged full rate but possibly had the worst customer care attitude I have ever encountered.

Having used many sevices over the years this is the best i have experienced!

Location was easy to access from the motorways and near enough to airport for quick transfers to and from terminal. Efficient organisation ensured easy and fast car drop off and recovery. Waiting time for transfer to airport was approx 10 mins. and for pick up at Terminal 3 on return was 2 mins. Minibus used for shuttle was clean and reasonably comfortable. Only down point was driver using his hand held mobile phone whilst driving.

Staff were efficient and, as I am pyhsically handicapped, were very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

Quality Airport Services deliver a first class service and I will certainly recommend them to family and friends. My only (hopefully) constructive observation is levelled at the return arrival at the depot. We took ourselves with laden cases to the parking bay where we had left the car on departure to the airport. It wasn't there and we spent some time locating it in another area. Perhaps there could be a notice placed somewhere to direct clients to staff who will put them in the right direction saving travellers time and energy especially in inclement and cold weather.

We were later than we anticipated arriving at the car park but this was not a problem at all. The car park was under cover and very secure. They were outside the terminal when we came back and we did not have to wait at all. Would definitely use them again. Thank you!

The driver that took us to the airport was very friendly and helpful, but the driver that picked us up on the return was miserable and unhelpful. He didnt help me lift my suitcase into the trailer and didnt even say hello to us, his customer service skills were not very good. Overall though the service was very good, although we could have been picked up from the airport a little quicker especially when you've had long overnight journey and you're tired. I would though defintely use your parking services again as they were conveniently located for the airport and clean and tidy.

Arrived, car parked securely,10 mins to airport,on arrival phoned for bus ,bus waiting as we arrived at bus stop,10 mins to car park,and there was the car,i would highly recommend

From the moment we drove up to reception I was greeted by name before I said any thing and then as I was about to park my vehicle the transfer driver asked which terminal and then held his vehicle whilst I unloaded my car - this saved any unnecessary waiting.The drivers with whom I came into contact were helpful and cheerful and in respect of my return, he enquired my destination and then gave me precise and useful directions which got me onto the M4 in quick time.Overall a first class service well worth to cost.

Fantastic service, we did not have to pay for 4 days of our delay due to the Ash cloud over Europe. I will definetly use this parking again.

Friendly efficient staff. There was a little confusion about the place to park the car on arrival, otherwise excellent service.
