The plus points...The car was kept under cover The Minus points...On arrival I tried to explain the reason for different arrival dated ..staff not interested. On my return I had to wait 20-25 mins for collection (in temps -4) at bus stop 5.

It took a long time to check in. and a very cumbersome way to be just able to park the car. The staff where very unhelpful and I have no wish to use them again. It also cost me a lot of money as they canceled my booking and said I had to pay again for a mistake they made. Michael Pim

Once you find Bath Road you're OK, next to Premier Inn. A few minutes to wait going to airport. About 15-20 mins to wait coming back. Had to ask how to find Bus Stop 5. Friendly and helpful staff - gave good directions to M4

Over the years we have used many different airport car park companies, but truthfully Quality Airport Parking have been the most efficient and helpful, best value and reliable service we have ever used. We will definitely use them again.

From our arrival to departure,everything just clicked into place,reception staff were expecting us,our car taken to modern secure storeage within minutes, transfer bus was waiting, and took only a matter of minutes to reach airport ,staff already knew of flight number and terminal,similarly smooth on return.

Was really impressed with the service and organisation at start of trip. Disappointed when had to wait 20 mins in freezing cold for shuttle bus to come pick me up at 6.45am upon return. Also disappointed to see that some small change left in front of car for breakfast on way back had been taken. Ok, so it was only £2 out of the £6 that was there, but it's a shame as it changed my feel of the trustworthyness of the service. I'd forgotten the money and then thought, great, I can have breakfast driving home now with money from car as had no other cash on me.

I have used this service a couple of times before, but on this occasion I found the paperwork good. The outward transfer to Terminal 4 was okay, but the return one found us waiting for quite a long time and then being driven by a surly, scruffy driver. Although my car had been moved back to the main area, it had been left out all night and was not under cover. Could be back to Purple Parking next time.

Very good facility, bit crowded with cars parked all over the place and blocking lanes to parking spaces so just abandoned the car best we could. Transfer to airport was good, didn't have to wait long. Bit annoyed when we got back that we were told by the Purple parking driver that Quality parking bus had just left so we had to wait 40mins for him to return. We'd called 15 mins ago so they knew we were on our way so why didn't they radio the driver to wait? All in all a good service which I'd use again.

Parking was fine, return pickup took about 20 mins because we were the only people waiting. Car was waiting at the gate, drivers were pleasant.

Transfers were on time ,but as customer service was the worst i have ever encountered from the femail shouting at us from her kiosk as we accidently passed her window on arrival , to the three men shouting at us to hurry up and unload our cars the minute we stepped out of them, we were not late and had at least 4 hrs before our flight , i would personally never use this company again.

The holiday had gone smoothly until my arrival back at Heathrow. With a four hour drive ahead of me and having been travelling all day a 45 minute wait for pick-up, despite two phone calls, was simply not acceptable. A fellow traveller had been waiting fifty minutes whilst all the time services from other companies were arriving one after the other. On eventually arriving back at the Parking, after a detour to Terminal 3, a dismissive hand waived me in the general direction of the 'BAK'(that's how they spell it). Now if you work there I suppose you know where the 'BAK' is but if it's your first time it's not helpful. I eventually had to return to the office where someone, just a little more helpfully this time pointed me in the general direction of my car. Oh and they had someone else's address on my voucher. Would I use them again ? Not a chance.

Good directions and easy to find. Transfer to the airport was almost immediately after we arrived and was less than 10mins away. Had to wait about 10mins to be picked up on our way back but I guess they can only approximate how long it takes for you to collect your bags. All in all a very convenient and efficient service.

Service was fine until we returned. QAP left us standing for about 45mins in the rain. After numberous calls a mini bus did turned up. In the time we were waiting five Purple Parking mini buses had been and left. But I supppose if you pay cheap you get cheap. Possibly just a one off. You pay your money you take you chances.

Staff were very friendly and helpful - really made this a good service. Buses were prompt and overall very efficient service, well organised. Will be using them again !

No friendly greeting at all, beware of the dragon on the gate, so nice start to the holiday.NOT! Instant transfer to the airport and drivers very helpful and friendly. Only had to wait 10 mins for return transfer. Very cheap so you pay for what you get.
