Quality Airport Parking is located on the A4 close to the main airport entrance. The operation is very slick - having pulled up at the kiosk I was greeted by name and within moments directed to the parking areas adjacent to the departure point. I parked up and walked through to the departure area where I was met by the driver and we departed immediately, arriving at T3 about 6-7 minutes later. On my return I rang the office and the mini bus met me at the T3 coach area....the wait was about 10 minutes. Then straight back to the car park where I was handed my keys and directed to my car which had been moved to the departure area by the main gates. All in all very good service.

I was a bit worried it would be miles away, but it is actually right by the airport hotels so only a short minibus ride away. The thing that realy impressed me was the security. I felt safe leaving my car and wasn't worried about it while away. The staff were friendly. The transfer took bit longer than parking in shortstay car park, but within 20 minutes of arriving we were at the check in desk. At short notice - 6 hours before my flight, the price was the really good bit- it was a third of the price of other quotes I was getting. Will definitely use this service again.

Simple booking process on-line; booking in automated and really quick. Move to mini-bus easy, very friendly and helpful driver for transfer to terminal. Proximity to terminal is a big plus. Collection from terminal very soon after calling in on arrival. Car ready and waiting on return. Only down side, in asking for barrier to be raised on departure, not a very engaging response. Overall a very efficient, friendly and convenient service !

I have now used Quality Airport Parking a few times, and more than anything else I have been impressed with the consistency of the good polite, & effecient service each time. They are reasonable priced, and knowing that I will get good services makes them my preferred choice from now on. The system they use is simple and clear, and drop offs and corresponding picks ups have always been reasonably prompt. No complaints at all, especially in comparison to others I have used.

The service was, on the whole, very efficient. My only small complaint was that the bus was quite late collecting us on our return - we waited at the bus stop for well over half an hour (despite calling them before collecting our bags), then had to go to Terminal 1 to collect a few more people, which cost quite a lot of time. However, I would use them again as the overall experience was positive and the price very reasonable.

The service was fine on the way out, although the car park is definitely further than advertised (10-15min when the traffic is completely fluid). But when we got back, although we called as soon as we stepped foot on the ground, we ended up waiting for 40 minutes for the shuttle to turn up, so we ended up leaving over an hour after having started waiting for the shuttle, which is not want you want when it is late at night and you've just been travelling for a while. The staff was not unfriendly, but a more efficient (more frequent/more numerous) bus service would have been appreciated.

You have to be patient sometimes in waiting for the courtesy bus to arrive at the terminal at the pick up point.

The general efficiency, security and customer relations made us feel happy to leave our car with QAP and we will certainly do so again in the future

I found it difficult to find the place initially, but the location is very close, so good value for money

Have used QAP before and was very impressed. Facilities are secure, well located and team there was professional and efficient. So headed back for visit 2 without any qualms. Car was there longer than expected due to snow disruption to Heathrow, but they took that in stride and charged me a fair rate for extra days rather than take the opportunity to gouge a captive customer. So horror 1 did not eventuate. Horror 2 was picking up the car to find a scuff on the paintwork. After a long flight, this is the last thing you want to deal with when you just want to get home. However, staff were courteous and professional. Attended very promptly, taking pictures with a promise to respond quickly after comparing the photos with their database of pictures snapped when I dropped the car off. I got a response in 4 days from a polite and profession Tracey (with New Year's Day was in between, mind!) and they very matter of factly accepted responsibility and sent me off to get quotes. Quotes in hand, the repair was approved within hours and I am now left trying to find an appropriate time to get car repaired. All in all, a great service and 5 start performance when it counts, i.e. when things go wrong. Cannot recommend more highly.

An easy to find, well situated carpark. Staff were helpful and the check in service was very speedy. Would recommend.

As said this is the best parking we have ever used everything was so simple and spot on.

The directions were easy to follow. The staff were helpful - I had mis-typed my car registration, but they were quick to identify and redress the error. The shuttle service was frequent and fast. I had the sense of being treated as a valued customer.

Good location very near the airport; nice, clean and secure drop off/pick up area; very clean and warm facilities at drop off/pick up area (toilets etc); staff on hand to help and to transfer to airport almost on demand. We only had to wait less than 5 mins in each direction for transfers. Will definitely use again.

Quality Parking is located the best at London Heathrow, but the call centre and airport pick up service is absolutely lousy! Waiting times until calls are answered, are resulting in passengers in exiting the terminal already, regardless starting calling to announce arrival while leaving the aircraft, followed by the endless waiting at the buss-stops for the transfer-bus, sometimes three times calling is necessary to get finally picked-up. This happens to me nine times out of ten, using Quality Parking. Advising the senior staff about the situation does not help as client inputs are not taken serious.

Overall is good value for money. No problems on arrival although found driver to be quite gruff although efficient and no delay transfer to airport. However on return was left waiting for 40mins outside at bus stop in freezing cold weather despite calling for pick up on arrival at earliest opportunity. Is only 10 minute drive to/from airport to car park so this seems a bit slack. If it wasn't for this I would otherwise be happy to give a full recommendation

We have used this parking service for each of our last three annual holidays. Thanks for another positive experience. We will be back next year.

easy to find, helpful service, transfer to airport fast, pick-up arranged quickly and all very affordable.

Having waited for 1 hour and forty minutes to be collected from the pick up point in sub zero temperatures is unacceptable. I heard five calls made to chase up collection whilst waiting each one being told driver will be there in Five minutes. Unacceptable......will not be using again..
