The car park is big with loads of spaces. They possibly could be wider to allow for room to get kids and car seats out. The bus transfers were regular and drivers were very efficient. All in all a good service and good value too, but make sure you book extra time just in case you get held up in passport control or your flight is delayed. We were 1 hr and 10 minutes later than booked and were charged nearly £20.

Not sure what one can say about a car park like this - I parked the car and the bus turned up - but what I can say is that the staff were excellent. Due to problems with my car, I had to bring my partner's car - and wasn't sure what to do as I had pre-registered. I called the front desk team, who gave me clear instructions to come and see them, and when they did things were sorted out without any problems. If only the rest of my journey had been so easy!

Good service, take your ticket at the entrance barrier, park up and wait for transfer at one of the bus stops, no more than 15 minute wait for transfer bus for us. Warning, Ensure you follow the road signs and do not make the mistake of going through the Heathrow tunnel into the airport proper as we did, it is totally the wrong way and you will get caught in the airport congestion. The car park is outside of the terminal areas at the other end of the airport on the perimeter road.

No problem in finding it and shuttle service good. Slight problem on leaving but staff were quick to sort things out.

Waited 20 minutes from time of arrival at Heathrow, rang your telephone at Airport on arrival, which states 10 minutes between buses not true !

Initially pleased with the value of the car park BUT when our flight was 4 hours late (so the car was in the carpark after its booked departure time) we were charged an inflated price for the extra time - it was NOT pro-ratered at the rate at which we had booked so I felt that they were profiteering at our expense. If they must charge extra when flights are late, the daily\hourly rate should at least be calculated based on the original booking price.

Absolutely no issues, quick online booking, turned up, let in, parked, prompt busses to/from T3, cheaper and more convenient than going by coach/train.

The parking is easy to find, close to the main road, bus came quickly and we didn't have to wait long to get picked up from the terminal when we left despite it being 6.30 in the morning. Staff were helpful on both occasions. I though price was good.

All worked like clockwork. A bit unnerving entering car park at first, as the whole operation is automated. We checked we were in the right location at reception office and they were helpful and verified we were. I'd use this service again if flying from Hthrw.

Arrived a little earlier than I booked in but it didn't matter, and was easy to find a place to park the car. Bus arrived promptly, and easy and quick journey to the airport - perfect. Had to wait 15 minutes on my return for a bus, which was longer than I was expecting but not unduly, and again a very straightforward return to the car. If I was flying again, I'd definitely do it this way.

Map was clear. More precise instructions for arrival and departure (pre-booked), and for bus stop at Terminal, would have been helpful. Otherwise, facilities and transfer were satisfactory.

You book online, the camera at the gate scans your number plate, you get a ticket printed with your booking number, park the car, catch the bus to the terminal close by. It's a very smooth system. Usually there is no need to contact the staff. On the return we had just been dropped off when my son remembered his day pack was still on the bus. One of the staff in a van saw me running to the office, asked what the problem was, caught the bus before it left the car park and got the day pack in less than 5 minutes. That is brilliant service.

This was a shame, great value for money but my booking was not on their system and I couldn't get out of the carpark with the ticket. I had to go to customer relations and use their computer to access my email to print off the booking sheet to prove that I HAD PREPAID. So a stressful end to a long haul flight from Hong Kong. Why did this happen?

The car park was excellent, bus transfer couldn't be smoother, and the number plate reading made the exit so easy. Coming from M4, the turn at the A4 flyover is easily misunderstood (I took the first exit and had to make a turn on the A4). Perhaps my fault for not looking out properly. But then... after lots of signals, little roundabouts, all very nicely sign-posted, the sign-post for the very final turn into the carpark is partly obscured and impossible to see if there is a large vehicle in front. Ouch! Can do better!

Slightly annoyed that my car registration plate was not recognised at the barrier on entry or exit even though I had booked online 2 weeks earlier. This necessitated stopping at the office in order to exit. Customer service rep told me that this happens about 20% of the time. She did not appear particularly concerned. Perhaps some customer relations training might help.

Directions great. Car park directions/instructions on arrival great. Finding a space simple, Transfer to Terminal 3 great. But return transfers.... :( It seemed like i waited ages. This let my experience down, but i would/will use it again and i would recommend it to others.
