We booked months in advance and it was certainly value for money. There wasn't a long wait for the bus and because the parking is conveniently situated the bus journey was not long. Would highly recommend the Long Stay car parking

My experience was the the location was good, operation was slick and the transfer bus came when advertised and was easily found for the return journey. Car parking is never going to be that exciting, but this was functional and efficient.

I will certainly consider using the service again. The transfer time from the airport back to my car was particularly impressive.

Overall I thought the car park provided a good value for money and I would use it again under similar circumstances.

It's a car park with electronic plate recognition. Efficient transfers about 10/12 mins from the terminal.

The shuttles were efficient between the terminal and the car park and the parking was easy to navigate around.

Even though flight was delayed on my return the automated system was no problem and hassle free. This is the fourth time I have used this car park and will continue to use in future.

Booking online, I paid £70 for a week's parking. Perhaps I could have got a cheaper price but I consider it worth it. I did not have to give up my key and risk the car being moved carelessly; the park was well laid out and it was easy to find a space; the park is close to the terminals and the bus service good. The entry barrier did not recognise my number but I took my ticket to the office on exit, along with evidence of having paid online, and the staff validated it with no problem. The only downside is that the park is just under the flightpath. I don't know how the staff can stand the noise!

Helpful, friendly driver - let me use his pen to fill out the ticket so we could get back to the correct parking space promptly.

They misled me at online booking saying this car park is on the airport and it's not. Still have to take a 15 minutes transfer to get there. The transfer didn't stop on the way back at the same place. I paid around £15 for 2 hours, pricey. Disappointing overall.

The staff were very helpful when my flight was cancelled due to the weather conditions and I had to leave car park and come back the following day.

Car park easy to find and very handy for terminal 1. Unfortunately the first bus didn't stop to pick us up even though one of our party was already at the stop and the other 3 were almost there. Fortunately another bus arrived soon after. Quick transfer to the terminal. Overall, a good service!

This was our first experience of booking parking on line and we were pleased it worked so well and it made life easy for us.

When we arrived at the long stay car park, we were given an upgrade voucher due to the car park being full. We parked in the short stay and had no problem getting our ticket validated - it was really easy and much more convenient!

We were super impressed with how easy this was - much cheaper for our 3 week escape than a taxi would have been (we are in Cambridge) and much less hassle than public transport. We landed at 2230 on NEW YEARS EVE and still only waited 8 min for a transfer and were home just before 1am. Would definitely recommend!

....but my ticket and the ANPR did not work on the way out. The staff let me out but I needed my on-line documentation print-out so be sure to take it with you.

Very easy to set up and use and saved me about £50 during my stay! There is a list in the customer services of people who have pre-paid and the rep ticks you off and updates your ticket to indicate you havce paid.

Convenient location, well sign posted, well lit and secure Parking facillities. Value for money. However dissapointed with the transfer on our return. The electronic sign indicating time to next bus showed 1 min though the wait was 10 mins. The bus was uncomfortably filled to capacity, 2 buses should have been provided.Upon returning to the car park the driver showed disinterest when asked about drop off points by a customer.

Airport car park so easy to find from any motorway, save you stress pre-departure! Cars parked under plenty of lights. Buses every 10 mins to-from terminal. Price a bit expensive though but guess it`s due to the location: on airport.
