We took a wrong turn before finding the car park, parked up and transfer to the Terminal was quick and easy. Pick up was also straight fowarward, but there when we arrived. Five minute transfer to car. Would recommend this service to anyone, and will use it again.

Booking airport parking with go simply was easy. The email confirmation contained useful directions and we had no problem on the day.

I am a regular user. It is convenient and I know the system, but on this ocasion the signposting to the busstop on return was VERY unclear, and the wait uncomfortably long.

The numbering system is not entirely logical on finding your car on return, and the stops don't seem to bear resemblance to the zones. Make sure you make a note of all details, zone and stop number when you leave for your holiday.

Was using the internet to find good parking. Its confusing because the places and companies I know are the same, but the names of the companies have changed. The gosimply.com website "just worked" - many of them got me as far as the booking and failed due to no space. I was booking on the day of departure (having tried the night before). Overall it worked well. On exit, the auto system to recognize the prepayment gave me (and everyone else a shock) as it wanted full payment but the person in the office resolved this quickly. The heathrow airports are good but slightly annoying in terms of so big and its easy to lose your car (do remember to make a note of where you parked your car).

Using the Long Stay Parking T1&3 was a smooth and easy experience. Once I had parked my car I checked the number on the issued ticket matched my pre-paid booking number - it did - which was reassuring. Made a note of the location in the car park and Bus Stop number. The conveyance by bus from the car park to Terminal 3 was so easy and the bus crew were helpful and efficient, offering assistance to those that might need it. I could then forget about this stage of my journey and concentrate on the next stage - Flight booking in. On my return, just as easy - Bus Stop 16, wait 10 minutes for a bus - T1&3 car park - Bus Stop 5 - found my car - loaded bags in - drove to Exit offered ticker into machine at the barrier - barrier lifted and I drove OFF home. The whole experience was as easy at that. The only point I would raise would be, it would be that extra bit reassuring if when arriving at the barrier and the number plate scanner read your registration that the display screen greeted you in the same way the screens do at Stanstead Airport - Hello 'Mr Jones'. Its a minor point but when you have lots of other things to worry about especially if you are running a little bit late - you know for sure that you are "booked in".

From booking online to departing the car park. Everything was very easy and would use again and recommend to others.

Parking was easy to find with the sat nav. We parked easily and the buses ran really frequently, so didn't have to wait too long for one. Bus drivers were friendly and waited patiently whilst we lugged our suitcase on. Would recommend using this service, so good value too.

My best airport parking experience to date. The car park itself was well laid out with tarmac surfaces (some have uneven ash surfaces which give a very bad experience if travelling in or shortly after heavy rain). Signage was good and the transfer buses clean, frequent and not crowded.

I recomend to friends to use long stay parking terminal 1 and 3 and visit gosimple.com

Good value, safe parking, no messing about with keys, only minutes down the road from T1 and quick transfer by bus - gets my vote!

Easy to locate and use - the shuttle bus driver was both courteous and helpful. Only thing to remember is that you do need to allow at least 20 minutes to get to Terminal 3.

From when I went looking for long term parking the experience was pleasant and easy to follow right up to arriving at the parking area geting transport to the terminal and back again from the terminal to the parking lot and leaving the facility all just worked so well and the facility is highly recomended

Fast online booking. Access to car park is quick and easy. Transfers to and from terminal 1 were quick with no more than a 5 minute wait for the bus. Will definitely use again.

A very god deal, rack rate cost £22.50 for the first day, £17.50 per day thereafter, we paid £31.50 for eight days, very happy!

Easy to find with given directions. Plenty of bus stops and polite friendly bus driver. Didn't see any staff around but luckily didn't have any problems. Easy entrance and exit

I was not aware I had to book in advance and it is certainly more expensive than any other airports I have travelled and parked long term.

Online booking was very easy, and the cost to park for a month was less than anticipated. Transfers to and from the terminal were good, and the drivers extremely courteous and helpful, particularly in assisting my wife, who is a wheelchair user to board and alight.

Easy to find from your instructions and easy to get get to your terminal and then get to your car on your way home
