The car park was easy to find from the M4. Everything worked well and we were able to park close to the bus pick up point. Regular collections and we were at T3 within minutes. Very efficient and simple. Would use again and recommend to others.

Loved the 'time to wait sign' so i knew how long it was going to be - Also the help phone for flat batteries etc.Bus was on time both to the airport and back again and drivers were friendly. The only minor gripe is each time we use this parking we always have to get out of the car to see the cashier as the number plate recognition has not worked which would have allowed us to go straight through .

We chose this car park because it was the cheapest that allowed us to keep the car keys and park it ourselves. The car park is a very long way from the Terminal, but that is a detail. Transfer coaches were good and roomy and fast, but on the return the driver was the grumpy silent sort who didn't make any announcements to help people locate their stops.

It was easy to book and use. The transfer to the terminal was simple.

Good value, good location and no problems with transfers. Only one small gripe why when have pre-paid do we have to go to customer service before being allowed to exit car park on return?

On this occasion my prepaid ticket was not recognised by the machine but I was able to present my receipt so only a very minor delay leaving. Remember to park with bonnet accessible in case of flat battery!

Easy to find, clear insructions and the numberplate recognition worked well.

Found car park easy,no problems in finding parking space and when i returned no problems with car which is very important to me.

Overall we felt the Car Park was value for money but for someone who does not go to Heathrow very often we were confused as did not dee 'Long Stay Car Park' signposted! Also on trying to get out of the Car Park none of the barriers worked and each driver leaving at the same time as us had to leave their cars and go into the office to be given another card which caused delays and frustration.

On arrival, my ticket was not marked with my registration. On return I entered customer service armed with your reference number, the reference number was not recognised by their system. I then had to get my computer out of the car and find your confirmation Email. The car park guys then believed me and noted the reference number from the Email- the one I had originally offered. Luckily I was not charged twice but this was a poor parking experience which will not encourage me to use your site again.

As stated,I never find any fault.It's exactly what I look for. Thank you again,for a good service. One,thing I should like to ask you to consider. On picking up my car,I allways find a slight coat of aviation fuel resadue on the car.Thats not too much of a problem. So,consider providing a quick jet wash service as you leave the car park. This would clean off the dirt and clear the windows so making for safer driving, On your homeward journey. I would book such a service.Ask your customers,do they think is a service that they would use. I think most would like this service.Or at least have the choice to use,if the require it. Which can be an additional charge,That customers can request at the time of booking. I shall be submitting another booking for later in the year.

No real problems but the reg. no. recognition didn't work, the staff were very helpful and quickly resolved the problem

Number plate recognition doesn't work - had to vist cashier on exit. Staff helpful but not overly welcoming (well it is England after all). Not particularly cheap but expense ok for a day or two. Average experience - all generally ok. Just need to fix the numberplate regonition hardware/software!

Quick transfer to terminal and easy to find bus stop's for return transfer.

For some reason my ticket did not open the barrier on the way out. However this was soon sorted out in the office.

I used the park in the garage, but have them pick me up at Heathrow. Directions to the garage were easy, they had all my information when I arrived. Parking was easy, close to the bus to the airport. Simple. They gave me great directions on how to contact them when I landed. By the time I got through customs and got my bags, went to the pickup my car was there. Great service and cheaper than the cheapest Heathrow economy pick up lot. I will use this again

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, especially as we had left a case on one of the transfer buses on Saturday 19th February, on our trip out. The staff did everything to make sure that we had a happy ending by ensuring that the bag was reunited with us. I think the name of the person who was so reassuring and helpful was Steve. At first it was not easy to be sure we were in the right place but apart from that everything was fine.

The shuttle service was reliable and we did not to wait long in either ways. The bus stop is located just outside the Terminal (Terminal 1 in our case) and clearly displays when the next bus is coming. Overall a good value for money.
