We had to wait 45 mins for pick up from terminal 4 and then the driver had to go round to another terminal (3) to pick up more customers. After that the driver got a call to pick up more people from another terminal (2) and when we got there was asked to ditch that and pick up from terminal 1 instead. He then advised the operator that he was on his way back to the car park and this wasn't possible. Clearly the instructions irritated him almost as much as us! This made the journey time to the car park total more than 1h 30 mins which was how long it would have taken to get home on the tube!

I picked Happy parking from pasted peoples comments and the price was very good. I found the staff very friendly and helpful and the transfers were fairly quick. On your return you telephone Happy parking and the wait is approx 15 minutes. My only reservation is finding the entrance which because of the busy traffic and the number of other business advertised on the fence you can easily miss it. My advise is to look for the Stockley Academy school on the right and the entrance is oposite. The lane you drive down is quite rutted and there are a number of other companies that use this lane, the first that you pass is a fencing company. But in the main I would be happy to use them again

Good service on arrival, and transferred well to airport, with clear instructions of where to go on return. However, on return the telephone number given to contact the car park was engaged continuously for over 15 minutes, leading to delays in pick up. Courteous and pleasant service, good coach transport to and from airport. Would probasbly be better with a regular 15/20 minute pick up service from airport.

Good initially but had to wait 45 minutes for pick up as driver 'waiting for customers to come to airport' - Saturday mid morning. I telephoned twice to see what the problem was as they had originally said would be there shortly.They could have made the journey twice in the time and I could have had a coffee!

I would recomend the service of this parking company. We arrived no problem following the directions that were given. The staff were very halpful and frindly. This is not be be under estimated as if you are welcomed with glum faces at the beginning of your trip abroad (esp. if this is a holiday) it doesn't start off things well. The staff here were really happy and friendly and this makes a pleasant chnage to be honest. When we returned we just had to call when we got our luggage and met them at the bus stop they advised us to. They were there really quickly. I would, without hesitation book with them again. They are also very good value for money.

I was very impressed with the service. When we got to the car park the turn around was very fast we quickly left for the airport. On return i phoned to say we had arrived we went to the allocated bus stop and the bus was their within 5 minutes. And the car was waiting for us. Overall i was very pleased with this service and would use it again.

You gave us a bad shock when we arrived at closed gates, but fortunately we did find you and once we had left the car and had a good transfer, we were reassured. We also appreciated that the car stayed on site for the duration. Transfer was excellent. Toilet facilites are important after lengthy motorway travel with a child - I assume you are going to improve yours and am aware that you had only just moved. I will definitely use your parking facility again.

We arrived and we taken immediately to the airport and clear instructions given to us about collecting. When we arrived back into the country i telephoned as advised and was collected almost immediately. The driver was friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the service and would definitely use it again thanks Sharon

Transfer and all services going to the airport fine. No wait no delay. On returning, I hadn't been advised that a different company bus would be picking me up. Sign on side of bus was small and not very legible on a rainy cold day. Initial enquiries to one of the other transfer buses were shrugged shoulders and "Not me" asnswers. I waited 25 mins until approaching another of the drivers to find out that this was the right one. It would have been good if he had had the initiative to see that I had been waiting around and had approached me earlier. None of the info given out before the trip contained the name of this other company. It might do now... (I hope).

I would use these guys again, the only problem we had is that Happy days have moved in with TLC and they had not changed the directions so we turned up at the old site, a phonecall soon got us to the right place and the staff then got us to T4 pretty quick as by then we were running a bit late.

Certainly the cheapest carpark (just) but we arrived at one car park (that was locked) - eventually someone arrived and asked us to go to another car-park and give directions (no way!!) - so eventually followed one of their buses there. Check-in and lift to airport was fine. Waited 40 minutes at the stop for collection - not what you want after a long trip.

I arrived at the site which was the one I obtained from your web-site the night before - and you had moved!! When I eventually found you (no clear signs at all) your facilities were locked with a small note saying you had moved to even further away from the airport. I therefore could not use your facility and went to Business Parking. I am astonished that you could not update your website and I lost my money with you and feel very aggrieved.

All went very smoothly. Waited about 5 minutes to be taken to terminal, and nearly half an hour to be collected, but there were bad traffic problems and the driver was honest and apologetic for what wasn't his fault. Apparently the site will move soon, about half a mile away. I would park here again.

It all seemed a bit Micky Mouse; grotty yard in Stockley Park, Portocabin for an office and dirty minibus for the transfer. Having said that, they were prompt on departure and arrival, the car was waiting for me undamaged on my return and all for a reasonable price. So yes, I would use them again.

Located close to Heathrow airport meant only a short transfer, albeit to Terminal 3. Simple procedure to drop off. Asked for the return flight number which presumably means staff know when a flight has landed. Pickup on return was quick (less than 10 minutes) and we were reunited with our car 10 minutes later (which had already been parked ready to drive away). No damage to the car and the mileage on the odometer was as expected.

Really a very easy experience and one I would definitely repeat. My main criticism is that the sign to the actual car park is not obvious and I made a couple of mistakes before I eventually found it. Overall, very good value for money and I would recommend it to anyone.

We could have done with a card with the telephone number we use on return together with the bus stop number although this was given when we rang and of course we had to be on the wrong level looking for the bus stop! Haven't used terminal 1 for ages if that's any excuse. Your instructions on how to find you were fine. Many thanks.

Service was great - we were late getting to car park due to traffic - we called ahead to let them know and there were no problems - as soon as we got there they took us straight to airport in clean minibus with friendly driver. When we got back from holiday we called as soon as we got our bags and the minibus was there within 5 minutes. Quick transfer to car park and back in our car on the motorway home in no time. Car was just as we'd left it and car park seemed secure. Would definitely use again.

On arrival at the booked time the doors were locked. On telephoning the number on the gate I wa told that the person was on their way to the terminal and would be back in 15 minutes. In the event it was 20 minutes. On my return the car was covered in thick dust, obviously from being parked on a very poor surface. I will not be using this car park again. I suggest that you check out the sites you are recommending.

Car park itself was basic to say the least, but car was looked after, drop off was immediate when we turned up and the mini bus was there to meet us when we had picked up our luggae - and all at the cheapest prices you can find! would use again, recommended
