Cheap and cheerful, the owner is a really lovely chap and was ready and waiting for us to arrive, even though it was silly o'clock in the morning. The parking surface was a bit rough and muddy, but to be fair it was raining - I would certainly use them again.

We would not hesitate to use Happy Days parking again, finding the service very good and the pick up waiting time was minimal. The instructions given were easy to follow, although we missed the sign the first time we realised our mistake quickly and found the parking area easily.

We parked our car at happy parking and due to a huge mistake on the part of virgin, we were unable to fly and had to ring Happy Parking to come and pick us up again. Our children were bitterly disappointed and the Happy Parking team were fantastic- they were so very sympathetic and transferred our booking to our April departure. We will always use Happy Parking and have recommended them to all our friends- what a great family business- thank you!

Happy days parking was a good experience as all the hassle of getting to and parking at heathrow was taken away by the friendly and efficient staff and the convenience of the location.I would recommend happy days parking to my friends and family.I also appreciated that the parking was off-airport and therefore much better value for money.As a consumer the more choice one can have ,the better.

About 5 - 10 minutes outside Heathrow, Happy Days Parking offer an informal and friendly, cheap and cheerful service. Delivery to and from the airport was quick and easy for me but I wonder how they would cope at busy times. Perhaps it's always good! Facilities are scruffy.

Fantastic door to door service, we felt like VIPs. The minibus took us directly to our car which was parked close to the car park exit. Staff came out of the office to the car with the paperwork for us to complete and the keys to handover. Well done, we do not get this level of service with other suppliers. Happy days isn't next to all the other car parks, and as you approach it you wonder whether you're in the right place. But it's easy to find, the staff were very friendly and both on arrival and return we were in the minibus within minutes and at the terminal just a few minutes later. It was the cheapest when i booked it, and i would definately book again.

It was good service. On departure the coach came to pick us up in 10-15 minutes. Even though the parking itself didn't look very secure and professional, service was good and our car was kept safely with no damage or any other issues. I would recommend to a friend. Cheaper by about £10 compared to other available parking in the area.

A frustrating experience and poor value for money. My wife (who is pregnant) & I waited in the cold for 45 minutes. On each occassion I called the office I was told a van was 'on it's way'. Clearly this was not the case. I can't see myself using Happy Days Parking again.

I found Happy Days an excellent and friendly service and wish them success as they compete with the big boys of car parking. It was easy to find except being very early in the morning and having not been there before I accidentally drove into the chauffer car place opposite and nearly crashed into a limo! But that was my fault. It is probably hard to find a way to set up a better sign at the entrance to avoid this. On my return the car was right ready for me! I would think by the time you take the bus around all the terminals and don't get dropped right by your car, that this is just as quick as the on-airport long stay parking.

I have no hesitation in recommending this parking facility. The people were helpful and very prompt we only waited 10 mins at the airport before collection. Pricing very competitive - infact the lowest I found. Everyone very friendly, even though I arrived far too early!

We found that when we got there at 5am we didn't know that we had to phone to let them know that we were there.That is really the ony problem that we had.After this it was great the car parking,the coach ride to the terminal and the same the other way.We would definately use this service again.

Clear directions helped me to find this car park with no problem. Greeted with a friendly group of staff but I was particularly impressed with the gentleman who took me and collected me from the airport. He was very friendly and helpful (carried my heavy bags!) and not at all put out that he was having to work over the christmas period.

Booking through the internet was simple and straight forward. Instructions were clear and the service very friendly and efficient. Parking procedures were simple and rapid and transport to and back from the airport was also rapid and smooth. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One suggestion that the parking needs to be better signposted, which would be especially helpful for those travelling at night.

Parking was a bit tricky to find as directions were not clear, directing you to turn left at a roundabout rather than taking a slip road to the roundabout first. There was no signposting on leaving so returning to M4 was a bit hit and miss. However considering the relatively low cost, you get what you pay for.

I discovered Happy Days Parking on the internet. It offered good value for money, but I was slightly apprehensive that they would provide a good service. However, Happy Days were EXCELLENT. My wife (6 months pregnant) arrived with our 2 young children (both under 7)and the Happy Days service was incredibly good. The polite staff unloaded the car for her and helped her and the children into the clean and spacious transport. The transfer to the airport was slick on a busy week day during the rush hour. On the family's return the collection was ideal. Happy Days had pre empted her return flight and were ready to collect her......and it was New Years Day. The staff were friendly and it was good value for money. Very easy to find. We were taken to the airport straight away after dropping of our car. The only comment I would make is that on the transfer home we had to wait at the airport to pick up another employee from Happy Days, this wasn't really an issue though as it was only 5/10 mins and we were soon on our way.

I've used Purple Parking before and was surprised when I saw the small size of Happy Days. That said, the service was excellent. I had no waiting around and everyone were very pleasant and helpful. I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone.

We arrived at the car park and within 10 minutes were on our way to Heathrow, traffic being good we arrived in about 15 minutes or so. After our holiday we hoped for a similar experience, sadly this was not to be, after 6 phone calls and about 90 minutes standing in the cold December weather we were eventually picked up. We have used a number of Parking companies in the heathrow area; This was the worst by a long way. We will not be using them again!

Good service. Only thing they could do better is get the airport pickup to run a bit more more frequently - when you're stood in the cold in the early morning at Heathrow after a 14 hour flight waiting for a shuttle bus, it has the potential to really p*ss you off quickly if no bus comes!
