A new operation with limited resource & facilities but offering fair value for money. Inside of car had a lot of dirt/gravel in it, I guess from drivers moving the car around the park; it also has a great deal of condensation in it & the passenger seat felt damp. I suppose you get what you pay for!

After booking my car in, we waited 30 minutes before being transferred to airport. I was told that my car would be taken to a nearby secure site. If I had known this I would not have booked with Happy Days, I was not happy with this. On return I rang in and was told to wait 10-15 minutes before our transport would arrive. Despite a further phone call it was 45minutes before our transport arrived. This I found was totally unacceptible and no decent explanation or apology was offered. I have used other parks around Heathrow and I would say that Happy Days was the worst experience I have ever encountered. I would never use them again.

We turned up and had to wait 45 mins before they could take us to our flight - it was a good job we weren't in a rush. Returning to the airport we called as instructed after collecting our bags only to be told that they wouldn't be able to collect us for around 45 mins. In the end we waited just 30 mins but after a 15 hour flight this was not the service we thought we had paid for. Others had been unable to get though to the office to arrange collection. On arrival at the car park Happy Days were unable to find our car. I had to personally go looking for it. Eventually it was found on what looked like a travellers site next door. Once the car had been driven around I was shocked to see my car looked like it has been rallying - there was mud all over the wheels and bodywork. How I was supposed to see if there was any damage in the dark and covered in mud I don't know. OK this was the cheapest parking we could find but I'd have rather left my car on a local estate and got a cab from there to the terminal and back. The car would then have been fairly clean, we'd have reduced our transfer times and save ourselves even more money. I would have felt it was just as safe. Overall - a cowboy operation.

We arrived at the car park and were met (and expected!) by an extremely friendly lady. We were taken to Heathrow T2 in a new, shiny clean minibus driven by a very friendly, helpful chap (the owner). Upon our return we called Happy Days at baggage reclaim and the same chap who had brought us came to collect us. I was told on the phone that we'd be collected in 10 - 15 mins and that's exactly what happened. Straight back to the car park where our car was out ready and waiting for us. We also managed to scrounge a superb cup of tea, made by the owner himself no less. Can't beat the service, friendliness, promptness and overall you get a nice feeling of being people rather than numbers. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! I wouldn't consider using any other car park now that I've found these guys.

No real worries - small operation that seems to know what it is doing. Only gripe was the delay in being collected from the airport. Very good value for the money.

It took us a while to find the car park, but they were very helpful and friendly. The car was looked after well and even though we had a bit of a wait for the return transfer the car was ready and waiting for us at the car park.

It was just your typical airport parking, would have liked the pick up sooner after landing but that's just due to the right timing of the buses. Would use them again!!

This definitely came across as a low cost option - as it is independently run the number of shuttle buses available is greatly reduced - so transfer time to terminal takes a lot longer than the advertised 10 minutes!

They were incredibly helpful - we were overweight at check-in and had to send some stuff back to our car - Happy Days were great - they came and picked up the overweight stuff and put it in our car all at no charge - can't recommend them too highly - really nice people, working hard to give a good service.

What a pleasant person the pick-up driver was. The time was about 6am, no grumpiness or moaning- a really nice guy.

This is a small outfit, which provides a friendly personal service. Don't be put off by the somewhat cramped conditions in the car park, this is more than compensated for by the care taken by staff.

On arrival we were dealt with well and taken to the airport with minimum fuss and in comfort and in good time. On return the situation could not have been much worse. We had to wait ages for collection at the airport along with others. The driver/firm owner had clearly been let down by his staff and was doing it himself, BUT he was juggling 2 mobile phones all the time he was driving - illegally. He was trying to get home to take his child to school and was involved in a personal and animated discussion on the mobile with his pregnant wife whilst juggling other calls for collection. We were all subject to the content of the calls, in a small minibus that is inevitable. On ultimate return to the car collection point the processes seemed a little better although a lot of people arrived at the same time to collect or deliver cars. We were fortunate enough to be at the front of the queue and therefore away before any further delay. Sorry, but would not use this firm again.

We arrived a bit stressed after massive delays on the M25. Fortunately, the directions were good and the friendly staff at Happy Days Parking were organised and efficient. We departed for Terminal 4 within minutes of arriving.

My wife and I had to wait nearly an hour for the pick-up and when they arrived the driver parked in the middle of the road and we had to struggle with our bags while he was holding up traffic, not a nice welcome back to the UK.

Could be nice business when organised and has enough staff. Had to wait over 30 mins on way out for transfer - only two small mini buses had to wait 1 hour at airport, after 10 hour flight, on return for transfer and we consider that to be lucky after transfer back to car park had to help look for car and wait yet another hour while other cars were moved to let our's out - no organisation was a bit concerned about security as gates were open and lack of staff could easily be distracted plus side staff genuinely seemed to be doing their best and were friendly would not use this car park again until organised as dont need this hassle along with the stress of travelling.

If you value your car don't use Happy Days. The car park is small and very cramped, the business run from a scruffy demountable and the staff disorganised (although they were polite). The transfer back to our car took nearly 2 hours and they had lost the car of another customer we talked to. I won't use again.

Cheaper than others, but a very disappointing service - A general lack of confidence in the organisation and security of the car, over an hour long wait at the airport for transfer. An inexperienced company that may improve. Next time I will pay more and park elsewhere.

Cheapest parking I could find on the web. Easy to find, very little waiting around for transfers to or from the airport (although the driving of the minibus was slightly scary!), friendly staff and the compound seemed secure. No real bad points.

When you arrive, it looks a bit packed in the car park and in a tight industrial area, but dont be fooled and worry about your car being scratched etc... our car came back in exactly the same condition with a speedy pick up from the terminal and lovely friendly staff. The car was well looked after and any scratches are noted before they take the car off you. I would recommend, and not overpriced.

It may have been time of day but pickup took 40 mins from the telephone call, not the 10-15 minutes mentioned when calling. Then we had to wait for another family to arrive before leaving for the car.
