I chose the company for its' convenient location. My first impressions on arrival were bad; very untidy site, like something out of a gangster movie. However, the service was good and I would use this company again.

The actual location is unattractive, set in old style industrial estate, shared entrance has quite a mix of signs and the Happy Days did not stand out, felt like we had gone down a wrong turn!

Very very poor service. I had to wait over 40/45 minutes for a transfer from the airport back to the car park. Continuously misinformed by the staff about the time of transfer

Happy Days was well priced and easy to locate. However the entrance looked like the entrance to a scrap yard, the office was scruffy and dirty and the transferring vans were old and tatty. Leaving our car with them left us feeling uneasy about how well it would be cared for. I would not choose this company again unless they were much cheaper than competitors or there were significant improvements.

The whole experience was simple from booking to finding the car park to transfer to terminal. The car park doesn't look the most professional set up but the car was undamaged and ready for my return. You get what you pay for the cost was good and so was the service! Pitty BA can't match the same service.

We arrived, check in was simple, was busy at the parking but we got to the airport quickly. A little bit of a distance between car park and airport but it was not too far.

Tom Tom doesn't direct you to the right place, so use the directions from the email. Staff friendly enough. Site quite poor standard and crowded, but mini bus took us to terminal promptly. Mini bus was quite dirty and driver quite abrupt. On pick up, staff helpful and we were collected within 20 mins. Driver went round the terminal multiple times collecting other parties. Overall okay. Worth the money - cheap and chearful, but it did it's job.

Difficult to find from the instructions alone I should have used Sat Nav. Entrance road in poor condition, big holes, which you don't need when fully loaded as I was. Transfer to airport ran very smoothly without any hitches. On the return trip I had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up at the airport. Could have done without this on top of a flight delay. However, car was alright and parked by the office ready for me to drive away. Pity that if only the 45 minutes could have been 20 minutes instead, then I would have been very satisfied with the overall exerience.

It was the cheapest parking that I found. The car park was very rough broken concrete, the system hadn't registed me when I arrived so they weren't expecting me. The staff were friendly enough. On my return leg however, after a 26 hour flight I was left waiting for nearly an hour in the cold, with no signs by the bus stop to indicate I was even in the right place. When the van finally arrived it wasn't clearly labled, it was a rent van with an A4 piece of paper in the window. We eventually set off with the driver talking on his mobile with no seat belt on. It was cheap, I got soemwhere to park, which is what I wanted and I did get a transfer to and from the airport. However, personally, next time I'll probably spend a bit more to get a more professional service.

A shabby outfit, scruffy staff, poor visual appearance and poorly signposted, particularly for locating in the dark. 30 minute wait for transport on return.

We have used the site on three occasions and whilst it is "rough and ready" it is very close to terminal 3 and is extremely good value. We are therefore happy to use it despite the condition of the car park, the occasionally slow transfer time and the slightly dodgy transit vehicles (and drivers).

We have previously parked in larger car parks. These have been more expensive and I feel not so secure. Additional a smaller car park means if you are running a little late as we were, you just park and hop onto a bus. Also the service when we picked up the car was great and it someone had started it up, scraped off the ice and brought it next to where the bus stop. Perfect. Shall look forward to parking there in June and perhaps booking in the future.

We were taken to the airport straight away for our departure flight (only passengers - friendly driver) and on arrival were picked up within 10 minutes of calling - vehicle was a bit full but we all got in! (Very cheery driver again).

We found all staff very friendly and helpful,we were able to go away and not worry about the car.A quick phone call on arrival,we were collected and on our way home in no time at all. Far better than Taxi's,Buses or trains. Highly Recommended.

£20 cheaper that the next which is a good saving for 8 days. At the airport within 20 minutes of arrival, and hour hour on our return. It's not flash, no fancy packaging - its a car park! Good value, will use from now on

From the value for money point, this is the cheapest parking place near LHR. A very small and chaotic operation, be prepared to wait for a long time to get your car back when you return to the compound due to short staffing problem!

The staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Transfers were promp and drivers very friendly. We would highly recommend the service and will be using in the future.

Cheap and cheerfull, the package was what you would expect for the price. The staff were efficient and friendly enough. I would definately use them again!

Very good Customer service & value for money, extremley well organised with no delays or hick-ups. The location is great for quick transfers. Only downside is that the appearance of the site is a bit dodgy looking, next to scrap yard etc - but looks are misleading. Would use again no problem

on my return journey i waited for 1 and a half hours in the rain.....i phoned 3 times and still waited..............need i say more.....never again unhappy parking....:0(
