Need a better sign on front we came at 6am if it was darker would have had a hard time finding the car park. Customer Service was good, Transfer out to Airport very good. Transfer back could have been a little quicker Driver was very good on way back very helpful, Car was very very dirty when we picked it up would use again though

the directions you have given coming from Birmingham are incorrect you mention getting off at Jun 15 when it should have said Jun 1a i think. luckily because i had my tom tom i got to the venue otherwise i would have been lost as i missed the correct junction and came through the back way. i agree that the parking is in front of the academy but you need a sign at the front pointing to it as you look at the builders yard and think twice about entering

Our first impression of Happy Days parking area was not good. Rough access road in a shabby light industrial area, almost derilict office,etc.But the transfer service both ways was quick and courteous and the car was fine on our return. Price wise it was excellent- far cheaper than the competion. To sum up, a no frills parking service providing good value for money

On arrival at the parking there was no waiting the shuttle took me straight away and when I came back from holiday I phoned when I had collected my luggage and when I walked outside the shuttle pulled up to take me to collect my car,an excellant service!!!

Found the service excellent. Very swift transfers. Nice to have the car ready and waiting on our return. Very friendly staff. Thank you, we will be using your services again!

We were sent to the old address and had to wait for a guide to the new site. Didn't see any cameras etc for security. Parking grounds were a bit rough. The staff were friendly and amusing, but we probably would not go back. I think we got what we paid for.

Staff were friendly and helpful and site was easy to find and close to airport. Journey to airport was prompt. However wait at airport on return was long - 50 minutes. Nevertheless good value for money.

Having flown back overnight from Boston, I spent 45 minutes waiting to be collected from the airport. Whils I was waiting to be picked up 6 other mini buses came and collected their customers, 4 of which were from the same company, who favour the colour purple. I know who I'll be booking with next time!

We found the service excellent,on arrival we were quickly transported to Heathrow airport by a friendly driver. On return from our holiday we were picked up at Heathrow within 10 minutes of telephoning Happy Days Parking. Our car was waiting for us to start our journey home. We will certainly be using this service again and would recommend it to others.

The site seemed very low-budget and unprofessional. Saw one of the drivers reverse his van into a customer's car, while on the way back another of the drivers was swearing at other drivers - needs to watch his road rage! Also they have a front gate that seems to always be open, so not so sure that security is top notch. Paid a similar price at Gatwick for a service that felt much more professional in all aspects therefore not particularly good value for money either.

We didn't have to wait long for transfers both ways which was a big bonus & driver was friendly & chatty on return. However, we believe some small change went missing from an enclosed area of the car - shouldn't leave it I guess but then there was no reason for anyone to look in there either!

Prior to departure was told to rush into the van for transport to the airport and having done so waited 20 minutes before leaving. Almost missed check in time. After arrival back in the UK called the number given and got through to a recorded message requiring me to leave a message. I did this and 45 minutes later nothing had happened. I called again and was told there was no recorded message - but I had used redial to get through!!! If the transfer system was improved this would be a good service but it does ruin a holiday if timing is messed up at the crucial departure and arrival points.

Location of car park looked abit dodgy! rough track to get to entrance. Looked quite secure though. There was no signs as with previous experiences, to let you know where to park your car. Minibus ride to terminals, allow plenty of time as they go to all terminals. We called the number on our arrival back, we had a good 25 min wait for the minibus, but the car was ready for us on our arrival, and all was fine with the car. Very cheap car park, would probably use again.

Transfer from airport back to car-park took over an hour from our phone call; original phone call was diverted to an answering machine, which staff advised us later 'is not routinely checked'! Thus had to phone again after waiting for 30 mins before a transfer arrived. Then the transfers seemed to be in limited supply so we turned around once and went back to the same terminal to wait for another passenger and then had to go to another terminal before finally getting a transfer to our car.

The parking surface was shocking and I'm not really too sure why there were an extra 3 miles on our mileage - surely moving our car around didn't amount to 3 miles. If we'd had more time we would have questioned it but other than that we had to be somewhere else very quickly !

Great check in from the team working at 0530 were excellent. Transfer to LHR was smooth and good. On return, waited 30 minutes for pick up which was too long. Car park in dire need of re-tarmac-ing (more holes than the public golf course down the road), and the location is not somewhere I would feel comfortable leaving a luxury car.

I'll definitely use this service again now that I know how well it all worked, but on first sight it looks a bit rough. Plus, the cars get moved off initial site, which was a bit of a worry for security. Also, return transfer vehicle was not clearly marked so we nearly missed it!

Booked and arrived 30 mins before I needed to be at the airport but it still took over 45 mins to check in at site (only 1 person in front of me). I arrived back 1 hour late courtesy of the airline and after calling them to say I was picking up my case and could see it on the carousel, they refused to send a car till my case was in my hand. Called them back one minute later once I had the case - totally ridiculous. Then the van took approx 30 mins to arrive at the airport. Worst service ever from Heathrow.

Bit frightening when you arrive because it looks like you are driving into a scrap yard. The road surface to the office is very pot-holed! Don't use this car park if you drive a car with a low ground clearence. Otherwise VERY GOOD. I would definately use them again!

We chose this company as they were the cheapest, but only by a few pounds. The parking at the beginning of our holiday (a Friday) was relatively painless and we didnt have to wait long for a bus to the airport. However the return journey was not so good.We had to wait 45 mins to be collected from the airport at 7am Sunday morning - we wished we had gone with the Purple parking people - they had about 4 buses turn up in comparison to our 1. The parking surface/drive into the parking lot is horrendous - full of pot holes. Damage potential to any car. Not recommended.
