Very convenient and staff friendly and helpful.

My wife and I found David and the staff very helpful, friendly and willing to ensure our experience with Happy Days Parking would be a pleasant memory. Good value for money.

Price is right,location is good, as is service. Will book again when I need to use Heathrow Airport.

The parking lot was shut when we arrived at the booked time. Had to make 2 calls to get someone to open it up and take us to Heathrow. Had to wait a long time at Terminal 4 to be picked up, just one driver on!

Simple, no frills, but competitive rates.

I was very pleased with the service I got. Security at the site looked very good. Our collection from the airport was very swift and my car was ready to drive off. I wish the operators the very best in the development of their fledgling business. I was most impressed.

Happy Days has an entrepreneurial spirit about it. They have only recently set up the business, and are full of energy and enthusiasm. Seems to be going very well despite having limited space at their disposal.

In my experience....you get what you pay for. Happy Days Parking is a new company formed by Airport workers who all still hold down their day jobs. Going on Holiday was fine, the staff were polite and kept telling us about their new business (perhaps too much). Coming home however was a different matter. Happy Day's phone was constantly engaged, when we did get through we were told to go to bus stop 22 and wait for a blue van. It didn't arrive, after 20 minutes, we rang again. Again the phone was constantly engaged, when we did get through we were told the van was on it's way very curtly. Thereafter we waited another 25 minutes when a SILVER van arrived to pick us up, no apology, nothing. It took 8 minutes to get back to the car park!! Our car was filthy, covered in bird faeces, but black from blackberries. No apologies, no explanations, nothing. I will never use Happy Days again.
