Car had been parked under trees and was covered in leaves, tree sap and bird droppings when we collected. Staff were surly and didn't seem at all bothered, even though a small pressure washer was lying next to the offices. The overall appearance of the site was more akin to Steptoe's yard than a secure airport car park. I would have to be flat broke before I used it again!

The staff seemed to get on well with each other, and it was a great feel about the place. But the place really needs a serious face lift, including the parking space. That said, nothing beats courtesy, and I had no concerns about car security, transfer to the Airport was quick, and the return seemed a little over the quoted 15 minutes,but not by much. Really nice touch to have your car ready for you to drive away. I must also say that they were more than jobsworth, as they spotted that a customer had a slow puncture and informed him before he got into his car. I'd use them again.

Unable to comment on the lighting as we arrived and departed in daylight. A minibus was waiting for us when we arrived at the park and the waiting time at the terminal for our return journey was only approximately 10-15 mins. Our car was ready and waiting for us on our return. If coming from the North the Stilwell roundabout is not well signposted and so easily missed. We drove past Happy Days once without realising therefore it may be good for them to invest in a new brighter signpost. Apart from this it was good value for money and we would use this parking site again.

Superb service, our plan was late arriving at Heathrow and the staff stayed on so we could get our car. Happydays are always my first choice for parking at Heathrow due to the cost and the great customer service

Happy days staff were very curteous and helpful.The minibus to take us to the airport was on time and easy .the drivers of both pick up and return were friendly and helpful.I would recommend Happy Days to anyone seeking a good value no frills car parking

I was a bit apprehensive parking off site (airport), and to this new facility. This place is extremely convenient for the airport; more so given the prohibitive cost of airport site parking. The shuttle to and from airport were very prompt. We would definitely use them again.

The parking lot is easy to find, just follow the directions given on the location map. We were greeted by friendly helpful staff, and the transfer bus too and from the Airport was clean and tidy. No complaints here, highly recommended.

Pleased with service, good value, did not have to wait too long for pick up and cars ready and waiting for us when we returned. Cheerful and helpful drivers.

Overall the service was very good. We dropped our car off and the bus was waiting to take us to the airport. The bus was clean with ample space. Coming back we had a bit of a wait for the bus and the bus that turned up was different from the bus that took us there so that threw us a bit. The bus was identified by a sheet of paper taped to the window with the name of the company on it. The only down side I could see was the entrance road to the car park. It was very rough with lots of pot holes and it wasn't immediately clear where we had to go.

No frills, but certainly adequate. They collected me from the airport within minutes of a phone call. They had my car ready for collection when I arrived back at the car park. Would use again.

I thought overall Happy Days was vey good value for the money. The staff were very helpful and polite. The only downside was the approach to the car park - we did wonder what we had let ourselves in for. But on arrival back in the UK our car was fine and right there waiting for us. We shall certainly use Happy Days again.

Easy to find, quick transfer to airport, very prompt pick up on return journey, very friendly driver. No frills with the actual parking facility, however the mini bus for transfer to terminal was comfortable.

I was traveling with my three young kids, and the shuttle drivers helped me load and unload my bags. The shuttles were prompt, and my car was apparently safe during the three weeks it was parked. The facilites at the site are only portable rooms with a temporary toilet outside, so go at the airport!

My experience was okay except for the fact that when I got back, the shuttle bus taht came to pick me up from Heathrow Terminal 4, also took me to Terminal 5 to pick someone up. We got back to the Car Park after almost 40minutes. This is quite a long time for me just coming in from a long haul flight. I will expect that you have a shuttle bus for each Terminal and using one for all the Terminals

Easy to get to - efficient system, but it was during the day, so may be different at night. Pick up fairly quick, no fuss - in and out. Would certainly use them again.

In car radio and Sat Nav settings had been changed from original settings, Why? When awaiting the transfer vehicle, no suitable covered area to wait with luggage etc.

Good for the price but very basic facilities and cars crammed into limited shared parking space. OK for location and quite quick travel to airport. Waited about 20 minutes for return to car park, though traffic very bad around T4 due to raodworks. Another customer had waited for an hour...

Despite the directions we missed the car park turning and had to backtrack. The location looked more like a breakers yard but the staff were friendly helpful and organised. We had a little wait for the minibus on the return journey but the car had been started and we were on the road in minutes. Would use again - especially now we know where it is!

We arrived in very cold weather and there is very little space inside the office to wait but the transfers were so fast it made little difference. On returning to the uk we were picked up within minutes. An excellent service we will use them again.
