Outbound, we only had to wait about 15 mins for the car to be collected. On return the car was waiting - but unwashed, which had been part of the deal. Why not? "It was dark." For two weeks? I called the office on three occasions but the promised call back and explanation of why the radio had lost its presets never came: I was clearly a nuisance. Why couldn't they give a simple apology/explanation/credit? I have no confidence that Edward Lloyd would deal properly with a serious matter, and would not recommend them.

We were happy with the service apart from the late collection. The company did not phone me before we reached the airport terminal. When I rang them, they did not have the necessary papers to hand and so turned up 20-30 mins late. Otherwise, the staff were very courteous and turned up on time to return the car which was valetted as agreed.

Good reliable, courteous service but rather too long to wait between phoning from baggage reclaim and car being returned; advised it would be 10 to 15 minutes, it was 30. How about accepting earlier notification, ie: on disembarking plane rather than following baggage reclaim - we were out of the airport waiting in well under 10 minutes from our call.

from a very easy to do on line booking,curtesy call 15min to arrival at airport,handover of car to pick up on return,this was one of the best we have ever used. we would recommend you give them a try,we intend to use them again very soon. su walls

The on route telephone call to the airport was 10 minutes before arrival time ie 10 minutes late. The description of the meet point was different from that given to me in the e-mail and was not at all detailed. All it needed was 'Turn sharp left at the top of the ramp and into the meeting area' This also applied on return. On return of my car it had suffered some damage but I was able to put it right at no expense. I shall not be using this ervice again.

We were a little aprehensive as they did not call to as advised and that we were to meet on the top floor of the short stay car park. However, the service they provided was excellent and we will use again.

Handy valet parking service only slightly more than Heathrow Airport parking , plus car was washed on return. Though on drop off, driving to top of the car park near the terminal by going round and round the spiral driveway did seem a little odd initially. But short lift ride back to departures not an issue.

Airport parking is usually either time consuming and cumbersome or very expensive. Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet took all the pain out of getting to the airport at a sensible cost. My car was returned on time, having been cleaned, and with only 13 miles on the clock. Excellent service.

The service was decent. T he driver was waiting as agreed on arrival. No issues there. However, on return, I was told "10 - 15 minutes" would be needed to get my car. It took more than 25 minnutes. I was told this was because they misplaced my paperwork. They also failed to provide the car wash that was promised.

On arrival at LHR there was no sign of the driver and after making a phone call we were informed that the drop-off point had changed and we had to take our car to the car park instead. It would have been nice to be notified of this prior to our arrival. We also arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected on our return but were unable to speak to anyone on the numbers provided to notify them. However, we felt the service provided overall was very good.

Cant praise this service enough. I was a day late getting back and was diverted to Gatwick. I kept them informed of the changes and their response was excellent. Picked up the car a day late it was washed and i got the extra day free, you cant beat that kind of service.

I even had a slow puncture on front tyre. They changed my tyre for me and then delivered the car. They also gave the car a wash.

I have used several other Heathrow Meet and Greet services and often been disappointed by their lateness. The Edward Lloyd drivers were always punctual, and helpful in loading and unloading luggage. The company's approach to service is excellent and it's a delight to have a clean car to return to.

This is the second time I have used Edward Lloyd valet parking. The first time was so pleasurable, I decided to use it a second time. The willing service, even when we had to adjust times, and the fact that the car was returned clean, is a delight. I will definitely think of using this service again regularly!
