The process worked very smoothly. Couple of minutes wait on the way out. I had no bags, so nothing to wait for on my return, but the car was still there and waiting for me when I got to the meeting place. Well done!

Efficient service, no issues with drop off or pick up. Good communication with the company on arrival back in country to ensure our car was promptly delivered to us.

Straightforward instructions. Did not have to wait too long both on drop-off and collection. Informal way of dealing. Not quite a premium level of service expected, i.e. little interaction with drivers, but overall simple to use and no stress.

Made phone call and received simple parking instructions. Called on return and whilst we had two cars booked in and the first was delivered back in good time, the second vehicle took quite a while. Good overall experience and simple to use, although felt that a little more professionalism would enhance the feeling of a superior service, e.g. signing documents, telephone conversation etc. Also, my driver left my vehicle with no hand-brake on which was a little worry when we started bundling heavy cases in the back.

Great service and very friendly staff. Even had my car fuelled by the driver when running low on petrol. The only point I was a bit disappointed by was that the driver actually arrived too early for returning the car, not giving enough time for leaving the airport. Due to the limited amount of time allowed on site, he had to drive off again and I in the end had to wait for some time for him to come back again.

We got a call confirming our pick up which was good and it was arranged that we would be there on the morning at between 510am and 515am. The driver eventually turned up at 530am and the reason was due to having to get the bus to meet us. On collection of the car I tried calling the number on our return after just leaving the aircraft without answer. After we had picked up our bags and we were in the car park my original call was returned and I was told it would be 12 mins. Now this is not the service expected from meet and greet the car should have been waiting. We eventually got the car 20 mins later. I guess you get what you pay for as this was fairly cheap compared to some.

Not a great experience. Received NO phone call on our way to the airport and had to call them. They had no record of my amended request for an earlier drop off but did have the change of car details submitted together. 10 minutes wait at the airport for a driver. Upon a delayed return to the airport no answer from both telephone numbers and left three messages. In addition was charged £20 for the extra day due to a delayed flight on top of paying the higher end in the hope of a better service....

Very pleased. Car was there on our return minutes after we had called somehow. 26 miles used. Assuming car park is 13 miles away or so, that's all good.

The car hand over location described in the email was wrong, only found out upon arrival when calling to find out where the driver was. I was on time, driver was 10-15 minutes late, when dropping the car and for the pick up. I could have parked the car in the long stay car park which would have been much cheaper and would have taken the same time all in all.

Its a little like bookikng a cheap taxi company, regardless of your enquiry on the phone, the responce is 'he's on the way'.. Had to wait a little longer than we would have liked at collection, and unclear instructions on arrival, however, now we know where they are we will use again...

Excellent experience, no waiting, good communication and polite staff. Cheaper than long term parking too. Exactly what you need after a 24 hour flight.

Driver phoned by well in advance of arrival which was great because I was running an hour early. There to meet me within 5 minutes of arriving and ditto on return - although I was waiting on the wrong floor so perhaps a few extra instructions in the initial contact would have helped for this dizzy blond!

why park elsewhere when you get this level of service. there was no waiting around. driver called me en route to confirm my arrival time, he knew my name & made it personal. all together a great service. thanks

An excellent experience all round. Friendly, professional service, and the driver even helped me with my bags.

My flight was an hour late coming in. I phoned as soon as I had my baggage, and the car was waiting there for me - being late was no problem and very friendly driver. Perfect service. Have tried a few, but Edward Lloyd is the best.
