1. Delivery on return took 30 mins longer than it should. Unacceptable waiting time 2. The back third of the car was FILTHY. Dont know what it had been stored under but it was marked with orange, rust coloured spodges and opther dirt that were a nightmare to remove

OK - so I was early, BUT the Arrival procedure says just to call and let them know, so I called approx 45 mins before my new estimated arrival time. He said, it was early and he will do what he can and call me back. NO CALL BACK I called again approx 15 mons from getting to the airport, and he said should be there in 30 mins ( which meant only 15 mins earlier than my booked time of 05:00 am), he said I'll call you back in 1 minute. NO CALL BACK After sitting at T1 for 10 mins I called again - yes he is on his way, but will be there for the original booked time of 05:00 am. 05:00 am no sign of driver. 05:05am I called again, where is he? I was told , I'll chase hime to see where he is. 05:10 - driver turns up. IF when I had called at 04:15 I had been told "there is no way to get there before 05:00" then at least I woudl have known for sure, but instead I got a string of failed promises! the time I sat at T1 waiting fro the picj up driver, i could have parked offsite and walked to teh airport! I have used a number of Meet and Greet at Heathrow - this is the forst time I used Edward Lloyd. Rest assured I will never use them again. And I wll be informing my colleagues to avoid them too. Return Trip was fine - my plane was late so he was already waiting for me on arrival.

Just a short wait on drop off, about 10 mins, and car arrived at the same time as we did on return. Driver was polite and friendly. We would certainly recomend and use this company again. Excellent service and value.

I picked these guys because they were a little cheaper than the remaining meet and greet services. Unfortunately the car was not returned to me in the same condition I left it. The car had been used for more than just the drive off the airport to the parking and back. The average mpg on the computer had dropped by over 10% (takes some doing on a half empty tank!). Also the radio was on really loud, but muted when I collected it. When I was driving home I took it off mute to have my ears blown away. Would not use again

Not only was this the cheapest deal I could find on the web but the service was brilliant. I arrived half an hour early but phoned when I was 25-30 minutes away from Heathrow and they still managed to have someone there waiting to take my car. On the way back I phoned when I had just collected my bag in terminal 3 and was no more than 5-6 minutes from the meeting point. My car arrived as I was about 20 yards from the meeting point still walking towards it. I fail to see how anyone could match this and will be surprised if Edward Lloyd even manage to repeat it to the same level.

Slightly disappointing compared to others I have used. Did not appear to be very professional - driver did not have any ID or branded jacket. Even so, you get what you pay for and the service did "what it said on the tin".

The car was waiting on my arrival - but locked up and the driver had gone away to fetch another car and taken my key - so I had to wait 10 minutes. Still quicker than getting a bus to the car park though.

On arrival we had a call from them - we could not understand the person on the other end of the telephone ! We drove to departures at Terminal One and after 5 minutes wait the driver found us. On arrival back we telephoned the number given once we were in the baggage hall. They said they would be 10 to 15 minutes and to go to the second level outside the Termial building which we did. Some five minutes later we had a call from them saying they had picked up the wrong car and had to go back! After further calls they eventually arrived twenty five minutes late. There was no apology from the driver. Once we got into the car we checked the milage and found that the journey from where they park the car was only six miles away - it was 10.00 approx on a Sunday evening - there were no traffic james. DO NOT USE this company - pay a little more and get the meet and greet service you want. We use meet and greet at Stansted on a regular basis and have never had to wait - our car has been followed in to the airport and is always there when we come out of the terminal.

Drop off was fine, however on return I called to be told car would be with me in 10 minutes, after waiting outside the terminal, on what was luckily a very warm and pleasant afternoon, for 30 minutes, there was still no car. Called Edward Lloyed again, who said the car should be with me and they would call the driver. After a few minutes I got a call, saying the driver had been stuck behind an accident, my car was on its way and would be 5 minutes. 15 Minutes later my car arrived. The point of these services is that you do not have to mess about with car park transfers and waiting around. A wait of over 45 minutes is unacceptable. Accidents happen, but given the time taken, I am sure my car had not left the car park when I called after 30 Mins! Will not use again.

the 2nd time i have used edward lloyd and as a frequent traveller to europe it will now become my first port of call so easy so simple and a genuine pleasure to deal with friendly and very professional you really cannot go wrong.

I didn't get the 30 minute call before arriving and was getting anxious. Apart from that - fine.

When I arrived at T3 to drop off my car the Edward Lloyd rep was waiting for me. At the end of my trip Edward Lloyd phoned me when I was at baggage reclaim to ask if I was ready to receive my car. By the time I got outside my car was just pulling up ready for me. An excellent and very polite service.

Easy to book. Remember to ring ahead to confirm ETA. Meet, unload, holiday hear we come. Coming back was just as easy. No hassle even with late arrivals. Completely recommend.

We have used various options before including park & ride, park and greet and meet and greet. This is by far the best company we have used for meet and greet. Last year following the unexpected cancellation of flights with the 'ash cloud' incident Edward Lloyd were the only company that did not try and make a fast buck on our behalf! A definite yes and wi use again.

Phoned before I arrived. Were ready to take my car as I arrived. On my return they phoned whilst I was in baggage and my car was waiting for me as soon as I left the airport. Brilliant ....

Could not fault it from start to finish ,everything went smoothly .Easy to contact when needed and great value for money. Thank you.

The return of the car was particularly prompt, the driver friendly and it was great value for money. A very convenient collection point right outside the terminal. I can't fault it!

We arrived at heathrow 30minutes before our expected arrival time and we called Edward Lloyd to inform them of our arrival. We were met by the driver only 10 minutes after the call! The service was excellent and the driver was very polite and offered to help with the luggage aswell. On return to heathrow our plane was delayed by three hours but this was tracked by Edward Lloyd so when i called to inform them of my arrival they were already aware of the delay and they met us within 15minutes of our phone call. I would use this service again as it was good value for money.

I would definitely use this service again. They arrived promptly when we got to the airport and delivered the car promptly on our return. The price was good too. Just two minor issues: first, they offered 'free of charge' to wash the exterior of the car but this didn't happen; second, on the number we were given to call before we arrived we received a voice mail message telling us to call another number - fortunately, I had a pen and paper handy to write it down.

the process was fine, met me with only a few minutes delay, messaged me on return, brought the car round promptly ... BUT ... part of the deal was to wash the car - and they didnt. Too tired to bother raising it at the time. Apart from that, good value
