Everyone very friendly, called us to see AOK on the way to airport and soon after landing. Car waiting on return but had to hang around for about 15 minutes after originally stated arrival time, approx 30 minutes after an earlier revised time given to them when they called.

A bit of a wait for the driver to meet us when we were dropping off the car but apart from that all was very good. Car waiting for us on our return so no wait at all when we came off a long flight just wanting to get home. Will not hesitate to use this company again.

Your service worked well. There was a delay on collection of about 10-15 minutes.

The service provided was excellent and baring in mind that on my return it was also snowing and with a few inches of snow on the ground, they still arrived on time. so couldn't fault them at all. I will also be using these guys in the future.

Although the service was first rate and the driver extremely helpful and friendly. There was one issue which I missed when I picked the car up: The passenger seat was left very dirty as was the passenger door and handle. Unfortunately, when I picked the car up I put my coat on the seat and did not notice the state of the seat until halfway home from the airport. It looks like someone received a lift in my car and that person had mud all over their clothes and hands. Having said that I hope this was a one off problem and I will give the benefit of doubt by using Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet again.

A really good way to arrive at the airport and to leave again on return. Very quick and easy.

Great service when returning. Unfortunately I had to wait 10 mins when departing, even though my estimated arrival time had not changed. A little frustrating but not enough to discourage me from using them again.

A great service and cheaper than taking a taxi. I'd definitely recommend this especially to people with children.

Hadn't used a meet and greet service before, but were so impressed with the punctuality and courteousness of the staff. Good vfm, did what it was supposed to do, met and greeted, took our car and returned it to us at the right time. Good stuff!

Phoned from the baggage collection hall and 5 minutes later had reached the car park; moments later the car arrived. Great service and good value.

I was going to arrive half an hour earlier than my agreed meet time so phoned them and they sent a guy out to meet me early. When I got back from my trip I phoned them as agreed when I had got my luggage and by the time I got back to the meeting point the car was waiting for me. One more thing that impressed me was every time I spoke to them and gave my name they knew exacly what car I had. When I booked, this was one of if not the cheapest one for my trip so I was more than happy with everything.

Great service but dirty passenger seat carpet, I feel I should be asking for a valet for free! Not happy after my trip. Service otherwise was great!

I thought that the point of a meet and greet was that the car would be ready and waiting outside the terminal especially as I called them from the baggage collection point. I did not expect to have to go to an collection point on the first- then changed to the fifth floor of a car park.

Edward Lloyd no take the step of phoning you up when you are about 30mins before drop off to confirm timings - this is very helpful.

I have used Edward Lloyd on 4 occasions and apart from one time i had to wait 10 minutes after pick up time everything else in terms of overall customer service and satisfaction is of a good standard and based on this i have already booked again for a business trip this week and will be booking 3 more with Edward Lloyd during the month of January
