I really couldn't believe such a good service could be done at such a competitive price. We had our flight cancelled and RS09 bent over backwards to reunite us with our car to get home - out of hours too! Undoubtedly the very best part of a truly terrible ordeal with an uncaring Easyjet that saw Gatwick to Malaga take over 27 hours - but the parking system offered here was simply beyond belief and the call of duty. Many thanks. Top marks to you all - we'll definitely use you again and pass on the word to all we meet. Love you RS09!

Without doubt, RS09 was the best 'value for money' Meet & Greet parking service I have ever used. I've used various service providers at both Gatwick & Heathrow, and RS09's price and quality of service offers users a Best Buy in the market at this time. Well done RS09, and thanks.

The guys were cheerful and helpful, got our holiday off to a good start and rounded it off nicely. I'd thoroughly recommend!

the whole transaction from booking online to actually picking the car up again when we got home was seamless. very polite staff, prompt service and the car was in the exact same condition as we left it. would definately use again and have no hesitation in recommending this service.

Good value for money meet and greet service. Very efficient with no waiting around even though I was later than expected for the drop off at Gatwick. And only 5 mins wait when I returned even though I was much faster than expected coming through. I would certainly use RS09 again.

We arrived at the airport half an hour earlier than anticipated but they tried to get a driver to us asap. Very prompt service on the return trip and car as I left it. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I shopped around and read a few reviews of other meet and great services beforehand, and I was a bit worried about being met on time specifically... Well, I think it was me that kept them waiting both ways. The service was great, no hassle whatsoever! Definitely recommend and I'll be using again for sure.

Slight delay in meet and greet, during dropoff, had to wait for rep and collection upon return had to wait again a lot longer than 20 minutes. Best price anywhere for a week, so not that worried about a little lateness here or there.

A slight problem getting through on the phone to them when we arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon but the car came quickly after we got through.

What a fantastic service. It made the whole holiday and airport experience that much easier and enjoyable. They were where they said they were going to be when dropping off the car and we only had to wait 5 mins from exiting the airport to the car being delivered at our feet. I would definatley recommend this service and would use RS09 again.

Efficient service overall, but we had to wait 10 minutes for car to be picked because driver stuck in traffic on way into terminal. Luckily we had allowed plenty of time for check-in, etc.

Only two slight issues, we knew the driver was a smoker as the car smelled slighty of smoke and mud splashes down the side of the car.

Paid £60 so was slightly concerned it was cheap. Other companies normally expect you to phone for confirmation beforehand, so we were slightly concerned too. But service was very good. They picked the car up from the Hilton, so that saved me from driving around to the terminal. Phoned from arrivals and the car was pulling up as we were walking down the ramps. I think the mileage was around 16 miles extra, so wasn't too bad. I would recommend it from my first experience.

Excellent service and we were met promptly and car delivered on time.Gatwick at the moment is a nightmare to find your way to the collection point from arrivals.

So much easier to drive straight to the airport and get met than have to park and get a bus, and even better on way back when you're tired and just want to be home. Will definately do this again next time we travel.

Compared to other meet and greets I have used, I had to wait much longer on both drop off and pickup for the guy to appear. It wasn't obvious who I was waiting for (no obvious uniform or badge) and when they did appear they weren't particularly friendly, despite my have had to wait for 10 minutes on drop-off. It was also difficult to get through to the phone number I was given and I had to wait over 20 minutes for the car to be returned after I finally managed to get through (which was about 15 minutes after picking up all the luggage). Despite the very low cost I would be wary of using this service again, as I have found other meet and greet services much better (timely and friendly)

Not having used RS09 before, I was a little concerned and anxious each step of the way. I needn't have been. When we arrived at Geatwick at 4.30 am they were there to greet us and when we returned, the car was returned without a scratch on it. My only comments for improvement are that it took approx 30 minutes from phoning for the car to be returned. There is scope for improvement here. Also, the car was quite dirty when it came back (nothing more than being left out in the weather). It would be nice if it could be cleaned before it is returned

arrival at the airport not very good . had to circle several times before your driver appeared.

I used RS09 in August 2010 at Gatwick and found the service excellent in terms of value with the driver there waiting when I dropped off and just a short 5 minute wait (my bags came off quickly!) on my return.

Polite organised staff, no fuss. Met us promptly at airport with car,even helped my husband load in our cases. Very good would def use again
