Outward service OK. Inbound had to wait an hour for the car. Excuse was that there had been an accident. However when I got into the car, the interior was very warm (it was a warm day)and the aircon turned to lowest setting. There was no way the car had been travelling for an hour. Driver's window was down for some reason when car returned. Now auto close does not seem to work. Radio was on when returned and had been retuned - unacceptable

The driver was waobderful with knowledge of the terminal and flights. very helpful and freindly efficient and was on time. A very good value for the service I highly recomend them.

Both drop off and collection (even though our return flight was delayed 3 hours) were faultless and sublimely easy I will definitely use RS09 again when we next fly from Gatwick

The drivers were on time even though I left it late to call them and came back a day later than booked! They were outside the terminal within 5 minutes of my call. Really couldnt have been any better.

I have never used Valet parking before because I thought it would be more expensive and no real benefit, After this time I will always use RS09, great service and no more expensive than an off airport carpark with a bus drive.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the meet and greet service, it did exactly what it said would do. The only criticism we have is that the car returned in a filthy state and had to go straight to the car wash.

The service was great. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived and when we came back. It was the same man, Steve, on both occasions, he was smart in appearance and polite. I dont know why i've never thought to use this wonderful service before, it sure beats using a car park and a cold bus in the middle of the night!

This service was great and saves so much stress and time when travelling with a young family. I throughly recommend RS and will definately be using them next time i'm travelling from Gatwick. Thank you

Good service driver a bit late picking up car (due to a crash on the road on the way in apparently) but waiting outside on our return so balanced it out. Very good service and price.

I can only say you wish all the services to be at the same quality and so efficient as this. Very friendly and meantime professional approach, complete hassle free start for my holiday. On return the car was actually waiting for me because the guys tracked my flight and were ready to bring it at the meeting point when I called them. Certainly I'll book again with them next time.

Steve who met us before and after was very friendly. The car was available as soon as we came out of the terminal. It was so worth the money not to have to think about bus trips to car parks and then remember where we'd parked the car!! We were on our way home within 30 minutes of landing. Good value for money for the service provided.

Only gripe is the back of the car was completely covered in bird mess. They'd clearly had a go at removing it using the rear screen washer, but this seemed to have just worsened it. This was just luck of draw I'd imagine (we just got an unlucky under-tree parking spot, I guess) Otherwise, extremely fast & efficient service, good value for money, would recommend.

We payed £48.89 for a weeks valet parking in April which I thought was good value and good service. Unfortunately we were caught up in the volcano disruption and delayed 6 days so we had to pay an extra £60 which I thought was a bit steep but they were there to greet us when we finally returned.

We were very pleased and surprised to find they had washed our car, and despite having to dig our car out of the car park, during the airport closures, they were very helpful.

Made the start and finish of our holiday so easy, would definentily use again, stress buster.

Over all a very good service. Took all the hassle out of driving to the airport.

everything went smoothly very friendly curtious driver totaly stress free start and end to the holiday. great value for money too. will se again for sure.

I actually asked to be picked up at the wrong terminal in Gatwick and waited hardly any time at all for my car to be brought to the correct terminal. I thought the driver would be really annoyed at my error but he was just all smiles about it.

We were very impressed with RS09 and will definitely be using them again next time we fly. Very happy with the service and the cost. Highly recommended.
