We were delayed on the motorway due to an accident on the M4. The drier was already waiting for us at the airport but was very patient and waited for us. Its all so simple ad cheaper than parking near the airport with a bus journey. I always hate waiting for the bus and the hassle of getting off and on and remembering where you left your car! We will use this company again and I cannot recommedn them highly enough. Thank you.

The guys were waiting for me, both outbound and inbound. They were nice guys and it all went perfectly. The price for a week was less than the long stay car park, yet without the transfer. Brilliant.

So easy, just pull up at the terminal and the car is taken, on our return the gentleman and car were waiting where we left them.

I had to wait 35 minutes for my car to be collected. As I don't like flying very much, the extra stress wondering how long it would be before they arrived, was too much for me. Apparantly they were short staffed.

An absolute pleasure to book and to use, could not of been made any easier. Makes the departure much easier and less stressful which is essential when travelling with young children!

We landed at 2.00 AM in the morning and the car was already outside the terminal waiting for us. Better service then expected

Very good service. we had no waiting even at about 1-30 in the morning on our return our car was there as we walked out the terminal. I would certainly use you again and i would recommend you.

Having an arrival time at Gatwick of 04.30, I chose meet and greet as was planning to arrive at the last minute, which I did and within minutes of arriving was greeting by a friendly staff member who checked my car over before taking it. We returned delayed by 2 hours and having collected luggage telephoned the office and within 5 minutes of getting outside at the pick up point our car arrived. One cannot ask for better then that. A definite 5 star service

This service takes the stress out of starting or returning from holiday with excellent value and a friendly service.

Even though we were late for the drop off time RS09 still met us on arrival at the airport & quickly and efficiently organised the car drop off. On return the car was waiting for us as we left the airport, which given it was 12.30am & we have 4 children was much appreciated. We would definately use RS09 again & will recommend their services to our friends.

Just friendly and punctual service. Couldn't have been smoother. Also, on the way out the staff member very clearly explained the whole process, what to do when we got back, numbers to call if needed, etc

This was the first time we had use a valet service and I am very impressed. The driver was at Gatwick at 5am prompt waiting for us and was very polite and professional. Would definitely use them again

Good friendly service, however we had to wait nearly 30 mins to collect car. Other services at Heathrow have your car ready much quicker. Not a true valet parking service. However was cheaper than all long term parking.

after being stuck in turkey for an extra 3 days we came back to a extra 3 days car parking bill,while most of the other carparks didnt charged because of the ash cloud..the guy on the end of the phone was so rude because we didnt phone to say we were on our way and the reason was we didnt know untill 2 in the morning,we had to wait for over an hour for them to bring our car to us.will never use this company again,

We were absolutely thrilled with the service received from RS09. Very curteous staff, punctual and even with a 90 minute delay on our return flight the driver was waiting for us. Excellent service which my husband and I highly recommend.

I'd never used Meet & Greet parking before but was guided to RS09 by the reviews of other users. Apart from my mis-judgement with the time to call the driver for collecting the car, the service was very efficient. The car was in the same condition as it was left with the correct mileage on the clock and was waiting for us when we left arrivals. I loved the convenience and ease of not travelling from a long-term carpark and would certainly use RS09 again.

This was the first time we have used RS09 Meet and Greet and we were extremely pleased with the service they offered. They were prompt, courteous and had a professional manner. We will certainly be using them again. We go on holiday quite a few times a year and other companies we have tried have not come up to the standards we received with RSO9.

This is the first time we have used "Meet & Greet" and were delighted with the service we received - we cannot fault anything. Pre travelling we had to change our car registration - most helpful and pleasant telephone service. Our driver was waiting for us on arrival at the airport and was outside before we walked to the exit - what more can one ask!! Thank you to the whole team - we'll certainly recommend you.

My wife booked this online and I was initially a little concerned about handing over my car keys to a complete stranger! However, the whole thing worked like a dream and made our whole holiday experience even more enjoyable. The service offered by RS09 is excellent and I would certainly recommend them to others. Will never use an off site car park again!

This meet and greet service worked very well and was the cheapest I could find on the internet. The only thing I could fault was the meeting place changed to outside the soffitel hotel (because of airport security changes) which was not a problem but I feel I could have been notified by e-mail prior to my journey. I will however definately use this service again. J.H.
