This was an excellent service, the driver was waiting for us upon arrival and explained the pick-up procedure very well. Upon our arrival back in the UK, the driver was waiting for us after less than 10 mins after our phone call, with a warm and defrosted car. I would have esimated that this saved us at least 45 minutes - 1 hour if we had used a park and ride service and spend ages de-icing the car. Will definitely use this provider again.

They were waiting when we arrived for departures and they were with our car outside on our return. The man that met us and the return driver were very good to deal with.

En route to airport phoned Tel no. and was given clear directions where to meet RS09 Rep directly outside terminal entrance. They arrived shortly after our arrival and after a quick check of vehicle left in their care. On return ofter colecting luggage i again phoned RS09 who were expecting my call. I returned to the spot where i left my vehicle, i waited 1 minute at most before the driver returned my car, brilliant - cannot fault it

amazing service friendly and on time. the only problem is the person you ring on the phone, very difficult accent, was a bit to difficult to underfstand the directions,and was not so patient but managed to find my way definitley will use again

We had slight reservations when booking as the price beat all the local car parks which would have been more hassle. We arrive at the airport earlier than stated which wasnt a problem as the guys arrived within 5 minutes of us arriving at the terminal building. On arriving back in the UK we called as soon as we landed and the car was waiting for us. We will most definately use again as so handy when you have kids. Very impressed

Especially as they told me that I had phoned them to early and would have to phone again after I had picked up my luggage.

The operator who ansewered my husbands call whilst he was on the way to the airport was a little abrupt, but apart from that I cannot fault the service and would definitely use it again.

Not only cheaper than cometitiors but quicker and much easier service. Would recommend it. Actually I already have!!

The service provided was efficient, curteous and professional. The driver was there to collect car and was it was returned within less than 10 minutes of our arrival. I would definitely use the service again as it was excellent value for money.

We were very pleased with the service. It's great not to have to take shuttle buses from car parks or worry about remembering where you parked. All staff were friendly and courteous, even at 5 in the morning!

this is the first time that we have used Meet and greet. We will definitely use it again

The handover and inspection to the driver was thorough enough the handback to me was non existent so it was only after the driver had hurried off that I noticed what I believe is an extra scuff on my rear bumper. Other wise reasonable service at a very good price.

Fantastic service, will definately use again and also recomend to other people who may want to use this service. I was a little aprehensive about handing my car and keys over to a stranger, but I needn't be, there was nothing to worry about. We arrived at Hethrow slightly early and they said that they'd have someone with us as soon as possible, but they were busy. Not that we could tell, there was someone there pretty quickly and the exchance happened without a hitch. Upon return, we phoned up once we'd collected our baggage and witin 10 mins the car came around the corner, I checked it over with the driver and was on our way within 15. My brother-in-law parked in purple parking for £75, then decided to pay an additional £15 for them to return the car. £90 for the same service that RS09 Meet and Greet service offer for £65 !!! Like I said - I will DEFINATELY use again.

I have never done meet and greet before but it was the best thing i have ever done and will continue to do so on future holidays.

I was very satisfied. The only problem is you must have a fully charged mobile on your return, as they do not talk to you if your number is withheld. They did answer but refused to speak to me

They even rang me after I'd landed as they were concerned as my plane had come in an hour before and I'd not rung them! would deff use again and reccomend to others

It was great to be able to drop the car off at the terminal instead of having to park miles away and struggle on the bus with luggage. Returning home was even better..no long wait for the bus, the car was just there!
