Phoned 20 minutes before we arrived at Gatwick North and the Driver was there to meet us, he checked over the car and we went on our way to departures. Coming home we came back by coach to Gatwick South we were 3 hours early but after I rang the number and explained the reason we were told that the car would be with me within 20 minutes and it was. The car was as I left it no damage. Would recommend this service.

The drop and collection service was fab but we had the car valeted while away and we were not very happy. The boot of the car had not been touched and it looked like a light hoover had gone over the front of it. Would not bother next time.

The price offered on the website looked too good to be true, but that was the price paid with no hidden extras. The service upon pick-up and return was excellent. Both "drivers" were right on time and most polite. It was disarmingly simple, with no fuss or rush. I would recommend this service without hesitation to anybody flying out of Gatwick.

we arrived at the airport early this was no problem they were with us within 10 mins of arrival .They took the car checked it over and gave me a card as receipt of my keys. On return we phoned and they were with us as soon as humanly possibly car came back in good condition , handed over courteously with no problems.I will use them again.

This Meet & Greet service was not much more expensive than other menas of praking at or near Gatwick. Drivers were courteous and punctual, especially appreciated on our return after midnight, with car defrosted (minus 1 that night) and warmed. It would help to know in advance who to look for in the busy area next to Sofitel on arrival at departures (outward journey), eg a certain colour of uniform or jacket; or even for the driver to hold a certain bright colour of 'flag' or card.

The car smelt of sweaty body. The condition was ok. We did not take the mileage so can't comment.

When the car was returned to me the trip computer had been played with (it was not on the setting I always leave it), the radio had been tuned to station I never listen to and most worrying the clock had been adjusted by 6 hours. None of this makes sense to me so I won't use this firm again

I can't fault the convenience of the service, and at the price paid it was much cheaper even than the on-airport parking. My major gripe is that I called when I got off the plane and was told to call back when I had been through baggage reclaim and had all our bags in our possession and they would send the car up straight awayk, "max 15 minutes" However, in practice, this meant that even after having walked out through the airport to the rendezvous point, we were stood out in the cold with a one year old baby for over 25 minutes before the car arrived. So be prepared for this and maybe take a little longer walking to the rendezvous point!

Collected on time, but returned late, however when I rang to find out why they were late. They told me that I had a flat Battery and they were collecting a set of jump leads. My car arrived about 10 / 15 late and no charge was made for the extra service. I had no doubt that they battery had failed as it also failed on the previous time that there was a very sharp frost.

Painless, friendly and efficient - even at 5.00am! I would use them again without hesitation.

Minor delay in collection. Most likely due to roadworks.Didn't get a ticket so no worry.

Car arrived 22 minutes after call - could have been a BIT quicker but overall good value service

Very convenient and well worth the money when you are arriving very late at night to have the car waiting at the terminal. Staff polite and efficient, would definately book again!

Im a frequent flyer but first time with this compnay will use again. Best to ring as you enter M23. quick to pick up phone and knew my booking when i phoned. drop car at sofitel hotel which is a minutes walk to airport. Phone when you pick up case. takes about 20 minutes from the phone call. My flight was late but no problems they check your flight details. Pick up was no problem. Had to wait 5 minutes on a busy day. Recommended.

Was waiting at airport and no problems. Friendly and helpful chap. When arrived back made call and car was returned with no fuss. worth every penny spent.

RS09 provided a great service - friendly, punctual staff, car was in a good condition when returned. My only negative comment - and this may not be a reflection on RS09, rather Gatwick itself - was that the driver was hard to locate when we arrived at the terminal. Gatwick are doing a lot of work at the moment and so the valet and passenger drop off is all in the same area and is very very busy. We had a struggle to find our driver when we showed up. I eventually had to send my hubby to go find him. Had I been on my own I couldn't have done that as I couldn't leave the car. The driver was there on time, but seem to be having just as much trouble finding us in all the biz. Again, I don't think this necessarily was the fault of RS09 but worth keeping in mind if you book this service at Gatwick as you need to leave a bit extra time.

Same on return, waited 10 mins in cold, which would not have been a problem if they had said 10 mins rather than round the corner be there in a minute,(we could have waited inside for them) otherwise great service, well worth it, thank you

Normally we use the NCP Long Term car park and this has been quite good. However, after having RS09 recommended, we found that dropping off and picking up the car was extremely quick and efficient and it was much cheaper than normal.
