Service worked perfectly. On our return they delivered my car in 5 minutes - we just had time to walk to the pick-up point to see the car being parked - so much faster and less hassle than off-airport parking. A real find, I shall certainly use it again.

Even though are plane was delayed and we arrived at 3 am they were very friendly and didn't keep us waiting any longer than neccesary

Very impressed to have no waiting on either drop off or pick up. Polite, friendly staff and they actually checked the car before driving off which not all services do. I wasn't conscientious enough to check mileage before I dropped it off and both heated seats were on full blast when we picked it up! However, will definately use again.

Excellent value for money, no hassle. Prompt collection even though we had been delayed on M25. Paid extra for car valeting which was done to acceptable standard. Nice to return to a clean car. Will definitely use this company again.

Excellent service at excellent price. Phoned driver before we got to airport and we arrived 1 min after we arrived. On return flight, driver was waiting for us. Very courteous and felt like I could trust them to look after my car. Only very small downside, was that car was covered on outside with thick layer of dust when we received car back, but that soon washed off in the rain ! Would highly recommend. Will most definitely use again.

This was my first time using this kind of service and I was initially sceptical about how it was going to turn out. However I was thoroughly impressed - they were on time and helpful on the way out. On the way back we had a 5hr flight delay and they were fully aware of the situation and turned up on time to drop the car back to us. Would recommend this service and I will use it again.

This is a great service if you have young children, no lugging suitcases on and off packed coaches! The building work at Arrivals at the North terminal meant it was manic for anyone trying to drop passengers off at the terminal. But that was nothing to do with RS09. We had a very jolly greeting when we arrived and left our car, the chap that returned it to us never said a word? Just handed over the keys and walked off? I guess he'd had a bad day? I would use this service again and recomend it to my friends.

Good value for money - cheaper than parking yourself & getting on a bus. As it was also raining on our departure this was a great service right outside the terminal. Good job.

On my email voucher it read . Take middle Lane to Arrivals, DO NOT GO TO UPPER LEVEL" I called 20mins before arrival at airport I was told to Take Upper Level which was in front of Departures I dropped my car off and was a bit concerned that I did not get a copy of the document that I signed. On my return, after an eight hour plus flight, I collected my luggage as specified and then called the number on the buisness card I was given. I was told it woul be about 20mins at the same place where I dropped my car off, I repeated at Departures Terminal. I was told "YES" As I had just come out of the arrivals terminal, I had to go up in the lifts to the 2nd floor, after waiting for a while I noticed there no Meet and Greet vehicles happening there, at 06.31 I phoned the number again and was told I had to go back to the Arrivals terminal which was on the ground floor, cross the road through the car park and the driver is on his way. The driver actually came at 15mins late. This service was supposed to be speedy, convenient, efficient and less time consuming. This did not happen as I was totally distressed and extremely exhausted pushing my luggage trolley up and down lifts and through the car park. It would have been quicker and cheaper parking off site and getting the coach I do not feel I was greeted with a professional and efficient service. Also my petrol tank was much lower than when I left, I would like to knowhow far the car pound was from airport. One last thing, I am confused, as I thought you drop your car off at the Departure terminal., and collect at the Arrivals terminal.

Everything was seamless. The driver arrived 5 minutes after we arrived at the airport and on returning, he pulled up as we were exiting the doors of the airport! Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

At first we were really pleased with service - and as a family that travels lots were happy to have found a service which would save us much time and effort at the airport. However - that all stopped when the car was returned to us by (what seemed) a very friendly man....we thought it was odd that he was in such a rush to hand over our car keys and leave. We checked the car over before driving off - and saw that there were two scrapes down the passenger side of the car. So much so that you could see the paint from the car that it had been scraped against. We called the telephone number immediatly and asked for someone to come and take a look before we left the airport terminal. We had no luck in speaking with anyone who could help us. The responsibility was always someone elses - or they had to get original paperwork out before they could comment. We have been back 6 days now, and despite sending the company photographs of the damage, are no nearer knowing what they intend to do about it. I would not recommend using this company - shame realy, because I really hoped they would be worth using again.

Our driver was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived, which was excellent. However on our return we had to wait about half an hour for our car. This was not as long as other companies. Other travellers booked with other companies had to wait over an hour. This was obviously a bust time fro returns.

They were late to pick up the car by 15 minutes. They said it was due to a traffic problem but this was 5am! They were though waiting for us when we arrived. However the car was scratched on the bumper and the spare wheel cover was dented.

We dropped off the car at LGA at 4.30am with less than 10 minutes to waite for the driver to collect the car. Fine. On our retrun we phoned once we had collected our abgs and cleared custom as advised. The driver said it would be around 20 minutes,. It was 35 minutes before the car was delivered. The mileage on the car indicated the car had been driven some distance to the car park. Overall the price was very good but the service on return was disappointing - we could have got to the mid term car park more quickly. Because the price was great we may use again and hope the return time is quicker.
