Everything went smoothly. On both departure & arrival they were there waiting for me.

It was only £10 more than the park and ride long stay nightmare, supurb service, hassle free, very polite and profesional. I would recomend to anybody and will probably never park and ride again!

This was the first time I had considered Valet Parking but as our check in time was so early in the morning the idea of courtesy buses from long stay car parks did not appeal. The whole experience was easy and convenient and went without a hitch. The driver was waiting for us both as we arrived at the airport and when we came back. It really could not have been simpler. I will not be considering any other means of parking in the future. We are back at Gatwick in the summer and booking this service with RS09 will be one of the first things I do.

Despite us being stuck in the baggage hall for 1.5 hours on our return, the driver continually kept in touch and the car was waiting when we finally escaped the arrivals hall. 10/10

I was so worried about driving to Gatwick due to the snow and ice but I needn't have worried at all. My car was taken away from me as soon as I arrived and was waiting for me when I got back. I will definitely use RS09 again should the need arise, which it will, and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Good service. Value for money at the price I paid in Dec. Not sure about peak season prices.

Drop off was good but had to wait over half an hour in the cold on our return. There is also a mark on my car that was not there before I left.

I cannot say one thing bad about RS09, they were on time for pick up and drop off, even though we were delayed home. Staff were friendly & courteous. For the minimal cost difference versus a trip to a car park off site, bus ride with 2 kids and 4 cases. RS09 wins every time. Thank you

Overall service ok. The car had been left under a tree whilst we were away so it was Also on our return journey we had to wait outside the airport for 20 mins for our car despite calling RS09 when we had received our luggage (which is what we had been told to do).

I have used a number of meet and greet services, and found RS09 to be of extremely high quality. Will definitely be using them again
