We were later than expected at the airport due to road closures but communication was good and they collected the car as expected. Comming back was a breeze. thanks

Have used a number of meet and greet services at Gatwick South Terminal and would say this is one of the best for service and great value. On our arrival we were running a little late, we phoned through and it was no problem the driver was there to meet us, on our return again we phoned at baggage collection and the car was waiting by the door. Will definately use again and would have no hesitation to recommend to others

Prompt, personable and welcoming. Everything ran perfectly to time and the service was exactly as promised. Even a paper mat in the driver's footwell despite the car being only 'averagely' clean when dropped off by us!

Driver at Gatwick when I arrived. He was very polite and friendly. On my return, the car arrived very promptly. I would recommend RS09 to anyone, and will use them again in future. Why pay more, service could not be faulted.

Really good value. Although at Gatwick it was a bit of a free for all with the competing companies

A good swervice slightly let down by having to ring three times on the return to get our call answered leading to a short wait for the car. However at the price we paid we consider it still very good value.

They were polite and we did not have to wait long. When we came back we were tired and it was great to have the chauffeur helping to load the bags in the car! Great service, thanks

The written instructions given on booking were simple and easy to follow. The driver collecting the car was there within a couple of minutes. He was very personable. When we collected our car at Gatwick, it was already waiting for us as we crossed the road. I noticed other passengers travelling on the same flight still waiting for their car to be delivered as we were driving away in ours.

The last time we booked this service it was with another company & more money. We had to wait 20 mins for car collection then on our return they were quite rude over the phone. RS09 exceeded my expectations. The staff on the phone & in person were extremely polite and helpful and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again & recommend them to others.

We arrived an hour later than RS09 had anticipated - but it was no problem and they were on the spot as soon as we pulled up. When we returned - after a 2 hour flight delay - still no problem, we were met at 3am with a smile, we walked straight out of the terminal to our car, no waiting about. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone thinking of using meet and greet

We have used a number of different valet parking services and would rate RS09 at least as good or better than any others. They did exactly what was expected and are certainly good value in terms of price so we would look to use again. A million times better than waiting for a bus to the long-term car park.

Great value for money and brilliant if you have children and lots of luggage and only 1 husband to carry things!!!!

I had estimated arriving Gatwick at 10 am. I phoned from the M25 Clacket Services to confirm this to still be the eta. I arrived punctually and still had to wait 25 mins for the driver, although he said this was due to an accident near their yard, which I accepted. He told me I didn't need to phone when I came back as my flight would be tracked, so I arrived again exactly at the estimated time of 5 pm, but noone was there. I waited and eventually phoned about 20 mins later, was told they would be another 10 minutes, ended up waiting 50 mins for the driver.V disappointing as I could have paid cheaper park and ride prices and got to my car more quicklly.

It would have been quicker to park the car ourselves and then catch a bus to and from the airport

small wait on departure due mainly to my calling them too near to airport, and traffic congestion meant had to wait on pick up but all in all will use again.

Convenient service, which worked out cheaper than many long term parking options I was quoted and of course there is no hanging around waiting for a full shuttle bus or queuing! A delay in the baggage hall didnt cause any knock on delays and we were pleased to have the car already warmed up for us, as it was so early in the morning! Will certainly use the service again.

We had doubts about using this service as we'd read some mixed reviews. We therefore telephoned the company direct & got reassurance from the owner to our simple, niggling questions. We booked the service (direct is even cheaper) We were directed to the meeting place as we phoned en route, our driver was there (at 3am), checked over the car & confirmed our return flights. On return, the car was waiting there before we could even find our way out of the airport. The mileage was exact, the car was as we left it, we loaded up, left & drove straight home. No worries or hassles & no shuttle transfers to faraway car parks. We will only ever use this service in the future; it seems completely pointless doing anything else, especially as 2 weeks ordinary parking costs about the same as meet and greet. Highly recommended.

First class service. Polite friendly staff. No delays when dropping car or collecting it. Great value for money. Takes any added stress off the holiday. Will be using you again.

It was the first time I have used this company and meet and greet and found it excellent. They did exactly what they said they would and were punctual and courteous. Fantastic value and convenience.
