All went according to plan...friendly, courteous, punctual. but when we checked the car in the light the next day...our bag of coins in the car is missing (our car parking change in the drivers door compartment. Is this our fault for assuming trustworthiness? ) Please clear your car of all valuables. However, we would use again due to value and reliability

Simple instructions to follow, a representative waiting for us on arrival and return. No hassle at all. A great value for money service which I would highly recommend and would have no hesitation in using again

Everything went well until we collected the car, it was where expected, but the driver quickly gave the keys and disappeared. On inspection I found the offside wing mirror and housing broken. There was no inspection report to sign. I had to phone the office and ask for someone to return to me and confirm the damage. This was done (by him signing a short statement I had written). Now the important point - it has been impossible to talk with anyone about the problem, I left messages but no phone or e-mail reply (they had all my details when I filled in the initial contract), a week has gone by, hopefully the costs for me will be reimbursed?

Well what can I say. We were instructed in the documentation to call at least 20 mins from arrivals. As usual we nearly forgot we called about 5mins from the terminal. we were exspecting to wait ages as we were at fault ringing late. Not at all we just removed the suite cases from the car onto a trolley when the Rep approched us, he identified himself and gave us all our instructions.He asked me to walk with him to inspect the car which we did. he handed me my return number and we were on our way. All I can say is what a great way to start the holiday, THANKS Tom & Sheila

It is an excellent service that you offer which takes the worry and stress out of travelling. We will use your company from now on whenever we go on holiday.

I would use this service again in the future and was very impressed with how easy it was both dropping off & picking up.

collection of car was not easy as amount of traffic and unhelpful parking staff employed by the airport would not allow any waiting even telling them of "meet & greet" Had to drive around again. This did not affect my feeling towards your company though.

Even though there was lots of building and roadworks going on at the airport, The drivers were very helpful in being able to find them. Quick service would definately use this service again and highly recommend it.

Good value, polite drivers, on time... proved to be a reliable service... Our outbound flight was 5pm on Sunday and inbound was 4am on Monday morning - both collection and drop off were bang on time. Was pleased with the service, would use again and recommend to others!

Driver was there when we arrived and within 10 minutes or so from phoning once we had our bags. Couldn't ask for more.

Superb experience. The friendly driver was waiting when we arrived at Gatwick at 4:30 in the morning. Everything was exactly as promised. Only slight issue was waiting 5 minutes or so for the car to be delivered back when we returned from holiday, but this wasn't a big deal at all. Far superior to parking miles from the airport and catching a bus with luggage etc, and for the same price! Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use next time, no question.

from the booking to the drop off and pick up, took all the stress of parking away. Superb

On ringing up to arrange collection of car they had no record of the booking we had made on the internet the previous week, which meant a delay in waiting for the driver to arrive and take the car, which at Gatwick with the parking wardens hazzleing you after 2 minutes of waiting

Value for money, saves time and energy. Best price we could get even in comparison with other parking offers

Have used other meet and greet services before and RS09 are best company I have used.

All worked well, short wait on arrival, but acceptable. On return M23 was closed and traffic snarled. Phoned and recommended we shuttle South terminal to North to avoid wait. Did so no problem and also got good advice on how to avoid queues.
