Was very dissapointed had to wait over 20 mins when arrived at airport husband had to keep going around and around when the guy arrived said it was very important to be on time on the way back as had to go for work but worse when we got back had to wait 30 mins they thought they had delivered the car when I rang to find out where the car was so might just of well caught the bus as was late for work never again

Dropping off and picking up the car at the Sofitel Hotel was easy. It meant we were really near the departures part of the airport and it made the whole journey much smoother to manage.

we arrived at 2.30 in the morning to drop the cars off at gatwick we phoned up 10 mns before arriving at the drop off point as we pulled in so did the guys who were there to collect the cars really friendly filled in the paperwork and help us with cases out of the cars on to trolleys you cant fault the service or price

3 minute wait upon arrival, but we were half an hour early at 4 in the morning and car waiting for us on return. Recommended

We were especially pleased with their promptness on the return leg of journey, car waiting for us which is exactly what you want!

i was very happy with the service i was given. the drivers were punctual, and quick, no hanging about. if i have one comment to make it would be that the drivers were very young.This threw me a little at first, as the one who collected my car seemed too young, but my car was safe while i was away and delivered as i left it, when i needed it, within 10 mins of my phone call.

Well. It seems quite 'non-English' to admit that not only do we have nothing negative to say about RS09, but further, that we have already recommended their services to 3 different sets of friends. The initial booking was fast, polite, effecient and painless. I'll admit that I was sceptical about some of the references, but I was wong to be. The premium was the best we could find. The drop off worked very well - the driver was poilte, on time and seemed keen to start our holiday off well. I had no worries about my BMW X5. While on holiday we extended our stay. A quick call to the company, a small additional premium, and all was taken care off. Our returm was as smooth as the departure. A call when we landed, and the car was back where we had left it, ready for us as we arrived at the meeting point. No problems at all. We will certainly be using RS09 again! What more can I say. Had to wait about 10 mins for the driver on our departure. But when we arrived back at 3.30 a.m after a 2 1/2 hour delay the driver was waiting for us. It was great to have a warm car waiting at that time in the morning.

service was well priced and nice to not worry about parking the car. Only blip was upon return i couldnt get through to get the pick up servicce and had to wait 15 minutes rather than have the car waiting for me.

This was the second time we had used RSO9. The staff were pleasant and punctual in collecting and delivering our car. The service is so convenient and great value - I would happily use RS09 again.

Bliss. Meet and greet there on arrival right outside airport. Offered in and out valet for the day we collect car for extra £15 which we opted for. Meet and greet there waiting for us on returning, again right outside airport. Car lovely and clean. Perfect. would def recommend this service. It was Bliss....

We found the experience (our first of valet parking) very good indeed. When leaving the car we were met promptly at the agreed easy to find location, and when returning, even though Easy Jet had taken an extra 1 1/2 hours to get our luggage through, the driver was still patiently waiting at the agreed pick up point. We had of course kept him appraised of the situation. Our only concern was with the 40 miles it took them to park and return the car, and the empty sweet tin left in the boot of the car! Odd! We would definately use again though.

It was my first time using a service like this, and it worked well. As I arrived a little earlier than I had booked for I did have to wait 15 minutes or so (which means the traffic wardens move you on), but the return collection was fine. The driver checked my car and mileage on collection, although I wasn't given a copy of the paperwork which I should have asked for I guess. I'd use the service again, it's very convenient.

First time we have used them. They were as good as or even better than the previous company we used and a fair bit cheaper.

we were very surprised how good the service was because their prices were lower than the other meet and greet, have already recommend them to our friends. The reason we used meet and greet this our first time because my husband is now in heart failure and this seemed the easier option for us. We will be using them the next time we travel.

apart from us not being able to find our way to the collection area everything worked well.would use again .

Found this service 1st class, easy drop off and collection and very friendly staff I would use this service again.

Communicated well on the phone, arrived on time, took up perhaps a minute of our time and is clearly a big advantage over driving to an off site car park and waiting for a shuttle bus. My only worry for the future is that parking wardens were obviously hassling anyone waiting there for more than a few minutes and if our driver had been delayed we might have had to drive away and somehow find our way back to the same place.
