A very good company. I can't fault them. They were there to collect and were there to drop off spot on time. Very friendly. What more can you ask?

Driver was waiting on arrival and on collection. Very efficient and courteous service which I would happily recommend to anyone.

Thios was a very efficient service. the staff were polite and were where they said they would be when they said they would be. A great improvement on struggling on and off coaches - we will certainly use this service again.

Easy online booking and great customer service. I had to change dates due to delay and this was done quickly and easily. Good meet and greet service that really takes the bother away from the buses and humping your cases about. I recommend RS09 fully.

On both departure and arrival we were met straight away by polite knowledgeable staff. The booking itself was simple and low cost. Will certainly use this service again on our next trip.

Dropping car off was simple. When we arrived we phoned after baggage collected as requested, but had to wait 45min when over the phone they said 20mins. The car smelt when we returned to it.

I was impressed by the service as RS09 contacted me to confirm that I was still coming and then give me directions where to meet the driver at the South Terminal. When I got to the airport, the driver was already there and I did not have to wait. On my return, when I called them once I was in possession of all my luggage, RS09 told me the car would be there 15 - 20 minutes time. However, to my surprise, by the time I got out of the airport, my car was already waiting for me. All I can say is that this was a first class service - definitely a service with a difference. I definitely, recommend RS09 to anyone flying out of Gatwick airport.

The operative who dropped collected the vehicle was very friendly. However upon returning following the trip, whilst the operative who returned my car was polite, he jumped into a vehicle which was parked behind mine - presumably to be taken back - and the driver of that vehicle veered so close to the back on my vehicle where I was standing that he knocked over my suitcase! He did not stop but merely waved and carried on driving! For this reason alone I would think twice about using this service again, which is a shame because all else went according to plan!

There was no waiting around at the airport, and my call from the motorway as I approached Gatwick in the early hours was answered quickly and was reassuringly helpful. Coming back, the given time of 15 minutes from notifying our arrival to the return of the car was spot on and gave us just enough time to use the arrivals toilets before our homeward car journey.

On the way to the airport we called the service for direction and they were very helpful. The car was collected and delivered back promptly which was essential at the cold weather with a baby. We would recommend this company to our friends. Thank you

Definately recommend this for people taking a short break especially in winter. While our friends had to dig the car out of long stay parking we were able to walk straight out to a defrosted warm car.

Rang from M25 as suggested, waited no more than 30 seconds before your driver checked the car and mileage-return just as simple --good service

The operator rang me just bfore I left to say the driver had been despatched - building works at Gatwick meant I had to meet them by the hotel - I took a wrong turn & ended up the otherside of the road but a helpful policeman & the driver turning up really promptly meant I didn't have to turn round & drive through again! When I returned, I only had hand luggage & they were there to meet me just as I walked through the car park back to the hotel. The car was great, the service was excellent - couldn't fault them - thank you

When I called the driver, because of the terrible traffic congestion due to building works at North Terminal, we met at the BP Garage and we drove into together and a very slick hand over took place. On my return, the driver was waiting for me. Excellent service.

Great value, friendly service and does what it says on the box! Would definately use this company again.

Due to the extreme weather at Gatwick we never actually got to park our car, however during all the chaos of the gatwick closure the staff kept us informed and very frendly, helpful and sympathetic. They even refunded our parking fee because of the fact our flight was cancelled with no hassle. Excellent this is how these sort of parking companies should be run.

The was late collecting the car - particularly annoying as we had phoned when 20 minutes from Gatwick & were told to phione back when closer. Our return was delayed by 2 days & 2 hours due to an air traffic control strike for which we were charged an additional £20. This is very high compared to the original charge of £42 for 1 week.

They met, they greeted they parked-great service! If only things always went this smoothly
