Waited 10 minutes for collection in a very busy part of the day. On return they were waiting for us even though we arrived at a different terminal! Overall a good experience.

Very convenient, the driver was there when we arrived and there when we returned meaning that we were on the road in minutes

Arrived on time for departure and arrival, good service and would use again.

As we had a very early flight we decided to give this meet and greet a try to avoid having to wait for buses to transfer from car park to terminal. My daughter also used the service as she has two very young children and likewise wanted to minimise time from car to terminal. It was an excellent service and we waited no more than a few minutes for the car to be picked up and again for it to be brought back to us at the terminal. Well done GoSimply!

Cannot fault this service having used it on 3 previous occasions. Would recommend to anyone. True value for money and no hassle.

One of the men who met us when we were dropping off our car was very very rude. Thankfully his colleague who drove our car away was pleasant. On arriv back in uk our car was there as soon as we walked out off the terminal.

Definitely the way to start and finish a holiday. RS09 Meet and Greet Parking removes all the stress involved in finding a parking space and then humping luggage out of your car boot and onto a bus and repeating this on return. It's easy and convenient to use and represents excellent value for money. The driver was punctual when collecting and returning my car. We have used the service twice now and will use it again for sure!

This is the first time I've used this service and it all went smoothly and made travelling at ungodly hours much easier for us. I felt what we paid for the service was worth it. We had very little wait either end of our journey. I didn't check the mileage so can't comment on that, and as far as I can see my car is just how I left it with the addition of a tiny bit of mud around the wheel arches, which is no big deal. I would recommend the company to friends and family.

I have used your service several times, and only occasionally have I had to wait a long time for the driver to take the car. This time I had hardly any time to wait for collection at the start and the end of my trip. Very satisfactory!

You book online, You ring about half hour before you arrive at the airport, The person on the other end tells you where to park your car, They come and meet you when you've parked, They check over your car and ask when you will be returning, You ring them when you have collected your bags on returning, They tell you where to meet them (takes about 10mins for them to get there), You take back your keys and drive home. Can't ask for much more I think. I've used them twice now will definitely use again.

RS09 ask you to call 20 mins before arrival which is a bit difficult if you are on your own. However, just past the south terminal at Gatwick, there is a a fastfood place and a petrol station where you can pull up and call them, so that you can wait and then drive round to meet them. Phone answered promptly and driver/collector arrived within 10 mins of call. On the way back, call once you have collected your luggage and they will be waiting for you at the passenger drop off concourse. No problems, very efficient, I would use them again definitly.

Excellent no hassle service, rang on arrival and driver was there to meet us, on return rang as directed and waiting only about 5 mins for the car to be returned. Very good value, will definitely use them again.

Despite suffering an accident whilst away and returning 4 days late they were still happy to deliver the car when requested. Cheerful and friendly service. Highly recommended!

First time I have used this service and a little apprehensive after the watchdog program about another company providing a similar service! It could not have been easier or more professional and excellent value. The car seemed happy too and had only added 12 miles to it's mileometer since we parted.I will definitely use them again.
