We made a note of where we parked (A19) but it was dark when we got back and the bus dropped us off in a different part of Zone A. There was a sign that said A1-18 and we presumed A19 would be close by. Not true A19 turned out to be totally in the opposite direction approx 400 yards away and bore no relation to consecutive numbering of bays. It was not easy to find in the dark and there was no one about to ask.

I was pleased to see that the machine recognised my number plate and so put the reference on the back of my ticket. But the instructions were not clear that the ticket could then be fed back into the exit gate for automated exit without revisiting the people in the carpark kiosk

I was impressed with automatic recognition of car licence plate with my booking which saved a lot of time on my return. The coach runs between the two points were very regular and did not have to wait for more than 4 minutes. I would highly recommend this parking as a great value for money.

You won't find easier than Parking Express Gatwick if you're flying from the South terminal. The directions are simple, finding a space is easy and the bus service is regular (every 7mins) so you don't have to give yourself an extra hour. It drops you right at the departure door. And the whole process is the same on the way back. Just make a note of your row, zone and bus stop and go away and enjoy your trip.

We quickly found a space which was only a short disctance from the bus stop. A bus arrived within minutes and we were quickly delivered to the terminal. Similar experience on the return journey - very impressed. Easy to take wrong turnings on way in or out though so keep eyes peeled!

When I arrived the number plate recognition system did not detect my licene plate. My ticket read 'cashier' and the instructions said I should report to reception before leaving the car park, I checked with the driver and he told me I needed to go to the cashier which I did, only to be told by the cashier that I should come to reception on the way back. It was a hassle to wait for 3 separate buses in order to be told this. On the return, the problem was resolved quickly, but it was just annoying to waste the time. Thankfully I had time to spare.

As Parking Express is at the airport it was simple to calculate journey time for airport arrival. We have previosly used offsite parking which means you have to allow longer times for transfer. Site was secure and no danger of car being moved off site. Found car registration recognition also speeded exit. I would use this service frequently. Only problem encountered was seeing directions back to motorway; we found this rather unclear and did get lost!

One click of the button on the internet and it was done. Drove to the airport, parked the car, got on the bus, voila at the terminal. Really quick and easy. The same on the way back, just showed our ticket to the people at the car park and we were ready to go, which was excellent because our flight had been delayed and we didn't end up landing until midnight so we wanted to be out of there quickly!

Great - we never had to wait for buses, and it was very quick and convenient. Minor points - you have to shout out at the driver when you get to your stop - he doesnt just stop. We ended up missing our area and walking back to it. The way out of the maze of parked cars isnt always clearly marked either so we did a couple of loops. But great - we'd definitely use it again.

It was so easy - I had an early flight - 4.00am start and it was really smooth. Lots of room to park and really quick transfer, the car park is almost close enough to walk to the terminal. On the way back there was a bus just leaving when I got to the stop but another arrived in less than 5 mins.

Booked online and received e-ticket. Arrived at the car park and immediately number recognition pulled up my online pre-booking. Arrive back form holiday and left with no problems. Actually forgot the Zone we were in and the driver was able to tell us exactly where from a sheet he pulled out. Highly recommend.

We found the car park very easily. It was well indicated. We parked without a problem and it was a really easy and comfortable way to get to and from the airport. I recommend it. However, it was a bit hectic on return as the bus was busy and I was a little concerned about getting off at the right stop.

Didn't see a single member of staff so cannot comment on service. Handy to have safe parking soo close to the airport.Transfer to the terminal was very quick, only had to wait a few minutes. There was a slight delay on the return journey, and we were waiting nearly 20 mins for a bus.By this time there were rather a lot of passengers and it was not easy to store and retrieve luggage.

We have two children under 5, one who is wheelchair dependant. The parking facilites were excellent, close to the airport terminal, the frequent transfer buses were easy to access with the wheelchair. We were amazed at the ease of leaving the secure compound on our return, your registration is scanned on entry, printing your reservation no. on the ticket all you do is put the ticket into the machine on departure and away you go, without even having to get out of the vehicle

Very good car park, close to the terminal, bus was waiting when we got there, not too crowded. On our return we just missed the bus, waited about 3-4 minutes another came, waited another 3-4 minutes and with only 3 couples on the bus we left and went straight to the bus stop near our car. Can't ask more than that!

This is a very convenient park for South Terminal. It is expensive, a cheaper park ( saving about £15 on a week) is available close by, but for an early flight i prompted for the convenience. next time,if i have time we will park at the cheaper place and compare convenience.

So much closer to the airport than many of the other 'off-airport' parking providers. Well worth the extra few pounds per day if you're short of time like we were. The car parking is close to the bus pick-up points so not too far to walk with our bags.

We are so impressed with the service of Parking Express - you may pay a little more than others but the parking bays are always well organised, transfer to terminal are so frequent. Excellent service well done Parking Express we will keep using you thats for sure!

My only contact with car park staff was the bus driver who was helpful and informative. All went smoothly and the frequent and fast journeys to the terminal are a bonus, especially on your return when you just want to get home.

some people find it difficult to find the way to the exit,this iwas told by three car drivers on the flight. not being marked very well because of all the trafic cones acrossed some to exit signs.but i found it very good to find a parking space mark as very good as exit good.very good value for the price of parking at parking express at lgw. best wishes and thank you for your services.
