Good value when booked in advance. Didn't have to wait long for a transfer bus. Good location in that very close to airport terminal. Have used before and will certainly use again.

Very easy process to book. Once booked and e-mail confirmation received there were no futher worries. Travel to the airport was easy and I was pleased the car park wasn't located miles away from the airport. Transfers ran regularly and efficiently. All in all I was very pleased as I had one less thing to worry about in sorting out my holiday.

Really easy to book and find. A queue had formed at my bus stop and I waited over 30 mins to finally board a bus that I could get onto! They said that 3 buses had broken down. Not so easy on exit as both times I've used them, I've had to pay at the cashier's desk to get the internet rate (instead of just paying at the machines one exit). Would use again however...

When we parked a bus was waiting at the nearest bus stop, so absolutely no delay getting across to the terminal. When we returned (after an overnight, trans-atlantic flight with 2 young childern who hadn't slept!) we had only a few minutes wait and were swiftly taken the shortest possible route to our bus stop, not all round the rest of the carpark first. Fantastic service - happy to recommend.

I found the booking process easy and the instructions to park clear. I arrived in the early hours of the morning but there was a bus waiting at the bus stop to transfer us to the terminal and on our return late in the evening there was a bus there for us to board. The driver was very patient in helping us locate our car as I had not recorded accurately where I had parked!

This is best airport car parking we have used so far. It was cheaper than other locals firms including combining the airport hotel parking as well. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Bus transfers to and from terminals are stress free and also regular. I liked the fact that we were able to keep our car keys and not entrust them to someone else. . . Definately will use this firm again.

I incorrectly booked the parking in Terminal South, when I should have taken Terminal North. Even though I pointed this out the following day (& many weeks beforehand) you were unable to transfer the booking, which was inconvenient for me. Also, had difficulty finding car in the dark because of poor lighting.

i have to say that it was so nice to have people who care and have a concern for the customer, as i can't say that happens often enough today. The staff at gatwick couldn't have done more and i would have missed my flight had they not been this helpful so many many thanks to those who really got me out of a tight squeeze i will most certainly be using you again and recommened you on to friends and family thanks again until the next time.

Registration recognition system did not work upon arrival and departure. Zones were clearly identified, but row was difficult to understand. Bus driver upon my departure was extremely difficult with another customer, also most unhelpful to myself. However, bus driver on my return was excellent. On return to Gatwick I chose the correct bus stop for my colour of ticket (green) but was subsequently told by the driver that the bus wasn't going to the area where we had parked. Luckily he took us to the correct stop, but maybe you could make it clearer at the bus stops.

No problem at all and we had two cars both coming from different parts of the country. The first car to arrive telephoned the second car to say where they were parked and we parked next door to each other. Another couple had lost their parking ticket and the driver was extremely helpful in locating their car for them. We will use you again.

Once of the easier and safest places I have left my car and the bays are fairly big, which is a bonus to someone who usually parks miles away from any other cars. The coach transfers are easy and drop off and pick up right outside the terminal building. I forgot where I parked my car and the driver was helpful enough to establish where exactly I had left it from my ticket. Highly recommend and will use again. Many thanks

I would recommend this over meet and greet as the transfers ran regularly and the car park is really on site. I would qualify this in that the line to get back onto the bus was very poorly managed. There is little space to queue up for the bus particularly with luggage and while the buses were regular it was a free for all in getting on with people using trolleys and bags as battering rams! There are bollards preventing passengers approaching the bus with trolleys which in theory is a good idea however it means everyone must unload their luggage before getting on the bus which causes more congestion and results in a pile of trolleys in the way. It was disappointing that the driver did not get off and manage the embarkation of passengers onto the bus rather than sitting there oblivious to it all. A customer service representative or a well demarcated line with enough space would solve this.

Having booked on line I found once I arrived I was able to park where I liked catch the bus and be at my check in desk in know time. On arrival back minimum wait for bus before I was on my way home. Superb location and easy to find fully recommended.

Parking express were great to me after I was asked to pay £26 to leave because the company who took my money on the internet didn't pass it on to them. But as I had got a copy of my booking with me they let me leave. They were very polite and I will use them as a place to park again.

We were directed to Section F of the long stay parking area. Although we parked 20 metres from the bus stop there are no pedestrian walkways between cars to reach it. We, therefore, had to walk around the road to get to the bus stop. With no trollies available and with young children this wasn't easy. If you are travelling with family or heavy luggage I would suggest using another parking facility where you drop you keys at reception and pick up a transfer to the terminal directly outside the reception - it would also be slightly cheaper!

it was great to have a prompt to record where i parked, otherwise i would have forgotten! the bus driver on our return journey was hilarious and had the whole bus in giggles- much appreciated when arriving back in the bleary uk after a trip abroad!!

I thought this was a really good situation compared to off airport parking, which I have done previously. It was convenient as we were flying from the South terminal - if we had been going from the North terminal the experience might have been different. But I would thoroughly recommend using this service.

I have used Parking Express at Gatwick a number of times and have never been disapointed. From research I have done online they seem to be closest to the airport (or atleast shortest transfer) but still competitvely priced. The transefer is quick and easy and the parking very secure. I never use anyone else!

Finding the car park can be a little tricky as you enter the main road directing you to the terminals the car park entrance rears up in front of you suddenly and you will probably find yourself in the wrong lane to turn into the car park especially in peak hour traffic. But we did see the signage and managed to turn into the car park although cutting up a bus was probably not the best way to start a holiday. Gotta say we found the car parking value for money and the bus transfers we frequent enough for you not to worry if you saw the bus just pulling away as you parked up.
