Great value for money, we used an of site parking facility last time but this one was quicker and easier to use. I will use this car park again. The coaches call for an other coach if they are full so you only wait around 3-4 mins in the car park to get picked up at peak times.

Good service. Bus ran at short intervals with only a 5 minute trip to the terminal - great. Only con I would mention is that if you are parked in the middle of a row, the nearest bus stop may be adjacent to you but you can't walk between other parked cars to get to is and therefore have to walk the long way round. Walkways to busstops could be an answer.

The con is being super critical as the delay was no more than 5 mins The car park is well sign posted and access is obvious. Directions to available parking spots was clear. Coach transfer to the terminal was hassle free. On return the pick up points are fairly obvious and the return to the carpark direct and without incident. Exiting the carpark was quick and without fuss

Problems with the coach driver on our return. He was nt calling out the zones or the bus stop numbers and as it was dark.it was very difficult to try and guess where we had to get off!! Some of the passengers were getting quite irate, especially if they were missing their stop and had to request for him to drive around again.

it was very simple to book online, confirmation came through within minutes so thast was one thing less to worry about. Finding and parking was simplicity itself. we were next to a bus stop so took note of stop number and on return the driver went straight to our bus stop as we were the only ones on the bus. Excellent service all round.

Due to a member of our party becoming ill on the return journey we were late getting in to the car park. Despite informing the staff in the office that it was unfortunate and out of our hands we were still charged an excess fee. They informed us it was the booking agent that levied the fee only to be told by the booking agent that it was the car park owners and they refused to waive the excess charge. So be warned don't be late back and if you are make sure you have sterling in your pocket to pay the charge!!!!!

When we arrived (at 4:00am!!), only car park A was open. It was full so we had to drive up and down looking for a space for about 10 minutes but was redirected by member of staff when they had opened car park B. The transfers were frequent and only 5 minutes to Gatwick airport - which we most appreciated on the return journey. Overall, we were pleased and booking online saves a lot of hassle.

If you want a quick, convenient car park for Gatwick South Terminal then I would recommend this. Frequent transfers and well located.

On our return trip, the bus driver was Pauline. I accidentally left my bag with Duty Free goods in on the bus. I was very grateful that she handed it in enabling me to collect it the next morning. The staff were polite and helpful and easy to deal with.

All in all, very cheap, great location, happy and would definitely use you again.

The pre-payment system didn't register upon entry via the registration recognition system as offered on the web page. As a result my ticket was marked "cashier", so I had to stop at Customer Services and log the visit before I could exit, this was done promptly so small inconvenience.

Transfers were the main issue, it was a Saturday of a bank holiday and the airport was really busy. The first bus came past but didn't stop as it was too full. Then had to wait for the next one. All I can say is build in extra time. Also the parking bays are quite small. Always park with your boot facing out, or you won't be able to get luggage in and out.

Having travelled around the M25 to Gatwick on the Bank Holiday weekend (big mistake) we arrived at Parking Express completely frazzled. We swiftly parked in the first zone and there was a bus waiting. It had to be one of the quickest transfers ever experienced to an airport terminal. Really impressed. It was the easiest bit about travelling that weekend given that we then got caught up in the additional security measures...Would definitely use again and recommend highly.

Holiday was great well needed. Although the bus to the airport was mainly empty the bus return to the car was packed and to be honest we were tired and needed a bit more space for luggage etc. Other than that thanks it was money well spent to make our family holiday 1st in 3 years a good start and a fine ending !!

I booked my parking on line and at the time was not given the option of "times" for the booking. Therefore the booking defaulted to mid-day on Sunday 21st to mid-day Sunday 28th - even though I actually paid for a Sunday to Sunday ticket. Also attempts to call the contact number at the bottom of the booking page resulted in a deal phone line - there was no way of changing the times. When I did try to exit the car park the machine did not recognise my ticket. Upon further investigation this was due to the timings on the booking. The staff at the car park were less than helpfull - blaming all this in the third party web site that has 'nothing to do with them'. Also a reply from one member of staff when I queried the fact that I bought a Sunday to Sunday ticket was 'in fact technicaly it's Monday'. It was two minutes past midnight and I had been trying to resolve this situation for over fifteen minutes - needless to say that member of staff did receive a verbal volley. Will I be using this parking service again - NOPE.......

This was very straight forward and we were really impressed that the machine seemed to scan our car registration as we entered and printed our reference number onto the ticket issued, so that when we came to leave, we just put the ticket back in the machine and drove off! Excellent service.

Long dist from home to airport but of the airports we could have used, this offers the best deal. (Unfortunately someone backed into my rear bumper and cracked it but I don't see how more manoeuvering space can be provided unless bays are angled to the roadways)

I was really pleased with the whole parking experience. It was efficient, well-organised, easy to book, clear instructions provided, very good pick-up both to and from terminal... and ever so close to the airport! I was really impressed... especially after my experiences at Stansted! Fantastic. We would definitely use Parking Express again and recommend them to others. Thank you!
