Due to travelling on my own i needed somewhere safe and reliable to leave my car,the car park was very easy to find and the location of the many bus stops within the car park made it very easy to drag my heavy case. I returned in the very early hours and being a woman travelling on my own found the closeness to the airport a great ease and also the good lighting to help me back to my car.Thankyou .

Easy access,close to departure, just remember to write down your row No. and bus stop No...this will help to find your car when you return !!!!! we have used this car park a number of times now and will continue to do so.

The return bus was so overloaded people could not get on yet the driver still sat at the terminal stop for five minutes. On board the bus were so many people it was frightening suitcases were being passed over peoples head to reach the racks. Despite booking online when I came to leave the parking lot the system did not recognise my number plate so I still had to park the car and pay at customer services!!

Nothing wrong at all with Parking Express until I actually left the car park exit. Immediatly I got onto the airport road network I looked for a main exit sign to leave the airport which was very badly sited and pointed me to a road that took me into a multi story carpark..where I had to drive round the whole ground floor to get out. It wasn,t me being stupid as several other cars did exactly the same..Might be useful to pass this onto whoever is responsible for the airport road signage..Cheers,

Easy to find from motorway, however on return journey its a bit confusing when you have already pre-paid because you have to take your ticket/voucher to the customer service desk. The signs outside of the airport were misleading. Nevertheless, I would recommend this car park as I felt my car was safe there. Its also good that you can write on your ticker the exact lane, bus stop etc, so you dont get lost on your return journey.

Easy to find. Easy to park and the buses were ready available to go to the airport.. On the way back there was a slight dealay at the aiport for the buses but this did not cause an inconvenience as i went to get the car whilst my companions waited for the luggage and then i drove back to collect them at the terminal in this way there were not 4 of us trying to lugg suitcases on the bus. It was most convenient.

I found Parking Express fantastic. I can be a bit nervous about driving new places, but this was really so easy and the staff were very friendly and informative, with a smile on their face from entry to exit. I would highly recommend Parking Express for above reasons and value for money.

This parking site is a cheap and secure location with an excellent bus service and friendly staff. The only downside was that it took me a little while to find a space but I think I was just a little unlucky. The grounds are divided up into several car parks so spaces probably aren't a problem normally.

Ok - so it was the night before we travelled, and we had intended to get the train to the airport. I had a bunch of work to finish off, and I then decided late the night before that we woudl drive and park as it would allow me an extra hour in bed..I looked around, the I made my booking only a few hours before we were due to fly, and I still have a shed load of cash compared to the drive up price. The process was easy and painless, and I thank you.

Car park is easy to find and close to airport. On the way back the coach was busy but it still only took about 10 minns to get dropped off. For my particular booking it was the cheapest quote I got which is good considering how close it is to the airport

Parking Express takes all the hassle out of airport parking, allowing youto relax and enjoy your holiday. Being on-site it's easy to find and transfers to the terminal are quick and regular. The number plate recognition system means you just trun up and go. It's so easy.

I found this realy easy and convienient. However, the Scotish driver on the way home was extremely rude to some of the clients. He was shouting at them to get to the back of an already very full bus, while they were stuggling (with no asistance) geting their luggage on the bus. They asked him to wait and he insisted on continuing with shouting at them. He was then very stroppy when we arived at the car park zones.

Very easy to use, great to see booking ref printed out on the entry ticket so we knew the payment had been taken and processed before we went away. Just one less thing to worry about. Bus transfer crew very friendly. Would definitely use and recommend this service again.

Very pleased with the service. booking online was very easy. Good value for money. The transfer service to and from the airport was excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending my friends and family, especially as the price was so competitive.

Booking online was easy,and information given good. Arrival at Parkway was easy, and directions to parking area was clear. After parking car, we had hardly any wait before the bus arrived, and the trip to the airport was good. On return at past midnight, coaches frequent outside airport, and arrival at our car was trouble free. Will use again if we take car to Airport.

We didn't realise that we could write our bus stop and car park area on the back of our ticket! Although we had actually remembered where we were, as many people on our bus seemed to have forgotten exactly where they were parked, certainly in terms of bus stop number, perhaps we were not alone. Might be worth a note somewhere to remind people to do this? Otherwise it was an easy and efficient system which we found worked well.

The driver on the return yourney was great he didn't have to pick us up as we were in car park C and he was a coach for other letters but he did as he knew there was a long wait for the coach to C car park. Great thinking and deserves a thanks for doing above his job.

Having come back to UK with two small tired kids the fact that the entry ticket didnt allow us to leave without reversing up and presenting our confirmation to very sullen inept staff meant that by the time I left the car park I was tired irritated and angry. You should not advertise that you can simply put the pre paid ticket in the entry machine and leave. the queues of cars reversing was farcical. I will not be using the service again and will get a cab there and back. I will also be letting all my colleagues know not to use the facility. I travel (as do my colleagues) about 20 times a year, we normally take cabs and for the first time , on a personal trip , decided to use the car park. An error by me.

Have just come back from our travels and this is the second time we have used the car park - first time we were so impressed with the way it all worked, we decided to use again, and again were still impressed. Have not had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a coach transfer each time. Would definately definately use again!

Never dealt with any staff except coach drivers. Very efficient service. However, a suggestion, because return flights to UK can be delayed, particularly due to increased security and longer waits for baggage why not two hours grace before charging for a full extra day.
