Excellent allround. We even got on the wrong bus coming back, as I didn`t realise they had more than one serving the parks. Their driver without hesitation said 'no problem, I`ll drop you off', even stopped right by our car. Now that's service! I`ll recommend Parking Express to all our friends - alot of us fly from Gatwick. Thanks.

The car parking was easy to find and the car park well lit. We arrived at 4am and the parking felt safe and secure, which is important to me as a woman travelling alone with a child. The system was easy to use and the tranfer buses were really frequent.

Great service! Arrived and there was a coach waiting for us, jumped on and we went straight to the airport.

Easy to find with short transfer to terminal. Only con is having to park at reception to obtain exit ticket before leaving the car park. The signs advising you of the need to do this are posted at the exit barrier, which means you need to reverse out of the exit lane, park and go to reception. A small problem which could be addressed by better signage or use of an automated system.

What more can one say? The car park was within the airport perimeter, conveniently close, and the buses were frequent and the drivers helpful. An additional bonus would have been free parking - but that's too much to hope for isn't it?!

I can't express an opinion on Customer Service because I never needed to involve them. The entire procedure of getting into the carpark, the transfer to the airport and back again was simpler than a very simple thing and I highly recommend it to anyone. This isn't the first time I've used Parking Express Gatwick, hence my repeat business. I've already booked my next lot of carparking for my summer holidays in July...

I would recommend simply parking to friends and colleagues and will certainly use the service again.

Unfortunately just missed a transfer bus - had to wait 15 minutes for next one. The bus was full and consequently my elderly mother (86 yrs), whom I was travelling with, had to stand. On previous occasions the bus has usually arrived quickly and had plenty of seats. Is this what's called 'sods law?'

Very impressed with ease of use, no hold ups. Registration number read by camera, so quick and easy to enter and exit car park. Buses ran frequently and only took a few minutes.

I think it's a bit expensive for a week's parking but transfer was very efficient.

It was extremely easy to find and the bus was quick - but remember to look at the number of your parking row, which is easy to forget if you are running for the bus!

We were running late due to traffic and it is such a relief to be close by the terminal with frequent buses.

Directions, instructions and signs in the airport were good and, maybe we were fortunate, but we were able to get a bus straight away for both the outbound and homebound journeys. If you drive a large car, then the car parking spaces are a bit of a tight squeeze, both widthwise and lengthwise. If you can find a space on a single lane of parking then the you may be able to park without leaving your rear or front end poking out. I think the parking is quite pricey and if I were going away for 2 weeks I would probably opt for an overnight stay in a hotel with free parking.
