Easy to find, good transfers and easy to book online. Definite value for money.

Much the same as everywhere else except the departure from the car park which was at best really poor.

Very convenient for South terminal, short transfer time, very regular and clean buses.

Very impressed with service, including booking via internet - very simple. See 'Pros' above for other comments. On my return to Gatwick,(at 2.45pm) I had to get to a very important meeting at Earls Court Exhibition Centre in London (4.30 pm)and the speed and efficiency of your courtesy buses and staff made this meeting possible. Good value for money. Definitely use again.

Signage at entry barrier is confusing and we had to get out and check at their office that we were at the right carpark, as it seemed to suggest our ticket was not valid for that section - otherwise it was okay.

Excellent service, made it very easy travelling by car. Very helpful bus drivers who even shouted out which bus stops you were at, which was good as the buses were busy and it was hard to judge where you were.

It was very easy to find and the car park entrance was close to the start of the run in to the airport so you did not have to queue for long it was easy to find a space and there are lots of bus stops around, the zones are clear so you can find the car easy on your return.

Well worth the money if you have more than 4 in the car compared to using taxi's.

Very convenient, no waiting around which is particularly helpful for night flights.

No waiting on arrival or departure (even though we didn't clear customs until 11.30pm). Number plate recognition system and frequency of buses makes this easily the best car park at the airport. I have learned by experience that the off-airport parks are cheaper but you get what you pay for - the last time I used one I had to wait nearly an hour to be picked up on my return to the UK.

Got back on a delayed flight late at night. Transfer bus at the terminal, empty with driver. Only 6 passengers got on. No waiting, drove us to end of line where car was parked. Happy staff even at that time of night.

A little bit expensive, but easily got out of the airport and no problems.

First time I have used this service. I will certainly use it again. Much cheaper and more convenient than using the train or taxi.

My car battery went flat over our two weeks away and we told the bus driver, who got the guys to come out with jump start and we were on our way in less that 5 minutes. Thanks guys!

I cannot really comment, the transfer was there both times just as we got there..our car was parked right between two stops..getting out was quick and easy..with having a baby, pushchair and luggage the buses could have been a bit better, we had to be by the doors with the pushchair..but other than that it was a very good service.

The signs to which part of the car park were open were misleading, initially they said go to Zone E but when we got there the next lot of signs said Zone E was closed, we ignored them and drove round it anyway and did manage to find a space. Apart from that we were very happy, the buses were frequent and on the return journey the driver was very helpful explaining the procedure of how to exit the car park.

Generally good, should tell customers to make note of bus stand before departure.

The location of the parking, in regards to the airport, is absolutely great and takes a lot of stress off one's shoulders when trying to make the booking in terminal .

Easy to book, easy to do when the time arrives, a good start to, and efficient end to, the holiday. We will use you again.

Experience was generally good. No last minute hassles and easy getaway on return.
