I drove for 10 minutes around allocated zone before getting a space. The size of each space is small, and my car door was dented by adjacent car door being opened carelessly while I was away. A good price for parking, but this will be negated by cost of door repair.

The car park was easily found, well signposted. Plenty of spaces to be found. Buses were frequent clean and comfortable, distance to terminal was good.On return we had noted our bus stop and row details so no problems finding our vehicle.We will definately use again

We flew in out and out at 2 completely different times of the day and at both times we didn't wait for a bus to pick us up or take us back. We found it really easy to find and Exit and the good thing is it's clost to the south terminal. Would Recommend and use again.

Once we had selected the Web booking, it was easy to book and at a competitive price. It gave piece of mind knowing that we had paid in advance and that we would have a space when we arrived. Our only worry was a concern that if the flight had been delayed etc what effect this would have had on the booking as specific TIMEs were entered at the time of making the booking.

Having never been to the south terminal long stay before I found myself waiting at the wrong bus stop, apparently you can not get picked up from that particular bus stop as it was in the wrong zone at that time, even though from what I could see it was the most accessable bus stop from my car. A very kind drop off bus driver advised me that I had to move bus stops. If it wernt for him I would have been waiting there far too long and missed check in. Thank you bus driver.

hi yes we are very pleased with every thing to do with your staff,the parking facilities an the transfer service we have used you a few times and will carry on in the future in fact i have already booked in with you again on the 14th may and will be booking again the 30th june.

I have used Parking Express a number of times. I have also used other 'off airport' parking. The convenience of on airport parking far outways any small extra cost (although I have found the cost of Parking Express to be no dearer, and in many cases, cheaper, than off airport parking).

We had 4 buses go past us without stopping. At least 2 were completely empty and no-one gave any explanation for this. I did not realise that the buses only served South Terminal so we had to lug our luggage including bikes a long extra distance. The return was OK

We drove straight into the car park, parked and there was already a bus waiting for us. When we returned to gatwick, we walked straight out of the terminal to find a bus already there. The service was fantastic, meaning we did not have to worry about anything whilst on our trip. Thank you!

We were going to catch a coach because of not wanting to drive after a late flight but the car park was so near and the buses so frequent that it seemed a better option. We were so pleased that we chose the car park, it was so easy and so quick and the driver of the bus called out each stop so there was no danger of not finding the car. I would use it again and happily recommend it!

pre booking means no hassle. take a ticket on the way in, put the ticket in on the way out, no need to muck about with paying and queing.the only problem we had was the car park was at gatwick south and our flight was from gatwick north. there were no buses so we had to get the train from south to north and back again. no fun on the way home!

When we came back and stood next to the zone we needed the driver of the bus at the previous stop asked if we were going to Zone G - we said yes and he told us to hop in he'll take us. This meant no waiting and had the bus to ourselves. We were told that we were ahead of a busy period around 11pm (we were there 10.45 )We couldn't fault the attitude of the driver of the bus!

this is the first time we've used Parking Express. We found it to be excellent; easy to find, easy to park, very quick on the bus and when we came to leave, all straightforward! We have used another well known off-site company on previous holidays. We won't be anymore and I now cannot see how we will book with anyone else but yourselves. Very impressed!

This was the cheapest parking we found, we had no problems whatsoever. Within 5 minutes of parking a bus arrived. There was a bus at the terminal when we returned - so no waiting. Being close to the terminal is a bonus. Would use again and recommend to others.

Overall an excellent service - Thank you. We were only a little confused by the apparently random nature of the sequence of stops on the way back to the car. (Random numbers in G, then F then B). We will be dlighted to use you again. Thank you.

I was disappointed to not be able to amend my advance booking, although a telephone number is provided enabling one to to do so, when I called it was not possible. I therefore had to pay an additional £17 for two days extra stay, when I knew prior to my flight that the booking needed to be extended. Also it was not possible to find out how much would be charged for the extra two days beforehand.

Booked online, drove up to the barrier (these guys are based on the Gatwick site), got a ticket & parked, caught a bus in less than 5 minutes & was sat twiddling my thumbs until the plane was ready to go . 5 days later I jumped on the bus, back to the car, upto the barrier and away!. I will use this service every time at Gatwick unless I have a bad experience. So easy and seamless, good value too. Don't deliberate, book it now!.

Couldn't be simpler and very convenient. Secure parking very close to South Terminal and with an efficient bus transfer service. We pre-booked and entered and left the car park with ease and absolute minimum delay. We found the transfer service excellent and the bus driver most helpful. Well woth the money and we will certainly use them again.

When returning to the car, a bus that wasn't meant to take us to our zone offered to take us to our car, meaning we didn't need to wait for the next bus. Excellent service!! Would recommend and will use again.

The only problem we encountered was in finding the Parking Express bus stop. When we arrived at the upper embarkation area, the signs for buses disappeared but after proceeding to the lower floor eventually found them, but as we both suffer from bad backs the extra walking was not appreciated.
