A reasonably priced, easy to use service which I use regularly. Have never had any problems with them and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Just felt a bit of a scramble when we got to our preferred drop-off zone. Had to ask people standing in front of the cases to move. Case collection area needs to be clear.

Slick operation, even though I had forgotten where I had parked, the transfer driver was excellent and used his two way radio to find out for me from ops centre! Not a complete idiot, I had recognised where it was as we approached! Saved me a lot of time as I was getting lift to carparks and then locating myself. Well done.

Well signed directions and easy signs to parking areas. Good transfer to and from terminal. I pre-paid and it was very straightforward. Would use again.

I was very surprised how easy it was to make the booking over the internet and I encountered absolutely no problems. The map was very easy to follow and getting in and out of the carpark was totally trouble free. The carparking fee was also very competitive, considering how close the carpark was to terminal C.

I made a slip with the booking details (start date) which necessitated a visit into the office on my way out, but it was quickly and politely sorted out and I was on my way.

As we had never pre-booked our parking before we were delighted that it was so straightforward to book, park and transfer this way. Everything worked just as we had hoped it would and we will certainly do it again. Thank you!

return coach a nightmare, too many people, no spaces for luggage and standing room only. too many stops and chaos at each one because people could not get past each other or get to their luggage. the 10 min journey took more than 25mins and we almost had to pay for another day parking. just made it at 11.55

We made a note of the carpark, and parking lot number but didn't realise we would also need the bus stop number. Otherwise the service was excellent, and even though our return flight was delayed, we were not charged for the extra hour which went over into the next day.

The booking process online was impressive - very clear, simple, quick & easy. I was especially impressed when I was able later to phone to postpone my booking by a week, even when the original parking date had passed, after having to postpone a flight due to family illness. The car park was very easy to find according to the information given on booking. Entry & exit to the car park was very efficient, the former being achieved simply by the car registration plate being automatically recognised and a 'voice' welcominging me by name. Very quick journey to South Terminal. The cars were parked very close to each other in the car park. I feel your service could be even better by creating a few small gaps at regular intervals between cars so that passengers with large cases are able to reach the coach more directly & quickly, without having to walk all the way to the end of their parking row, round the end and back up another row to the coach. Less importantly, I think the row identifification signing could be a little more prominent.

We drove round and round for ages - we thought it was just us but others were driving round and round too. Very frustrating at that time of night.Other than signage the car parking package offers very secure parking at the lowest price.We will def use again.

As we were departing and arriving in the middle of the night we were initially worried we might be waiting ages for transfer coaches, but this was not a problem, maximum wait was 3 minutes!! which was really handy because it was REALLY cold when we arrived back in the UK. Will definitely use again and can recommend.

Signposting made things very easy and I do prefer to park my own car in this way. I pre -paid my parking fee and in this way entering and exiting the car park could not be easier. I don't know if I was just lucky but I only waited a very short time for the transfer to the terminal and I didn't have to wait at all on my return.

The parking is just a couple of minutes by coach to the South Terminal and the coaches are very frequent. One often has to search for an empty space to park the car. The rows are easily identifiable but the space itself is not. The space to walk from the car to the nearest bus stop is not clearly marked.

Being right next to the Terminal was great but having been guided to a zone it took too long to find a space as the spaces were all at the far end of the zone. Customer Service on exit was not very friendly as my ticket wouldn't work to get out of car park and I have to block an exit while going to kiosk who were not the most friendly. Having said all that the pre booked price was good and proximity to South Terminal excellent.

Every thing went to plan; On arrival it was easy to find a parking space, bus arrived within seconds of getting to car park bus stop and the transfer was very quick. When we came back from holiday a bus had actually just pulled into designated stop so we jumped straight on, within minutes we were back at our car and with the number plate recognition system and a swipe of our credit card we were on our way home. Excellent service!

I found the service very easy to find, very prompt bus service even at 2am and a very sort easy journey. It was no trouble parking and getting the ticket. On return the bus was waiting when i arrived at the bus stop and it was a very quick transfer to the carpark. Dont forget to write down where you parked as it is easy to forget after a holiday!

I have used this car park on several occasions but this is the first time that I have used this site and found it to be excellent in both response and when checking out of car park, my only problem which was totally out of your hands that I arrived at a fully iced up car at 2200hrs and was the only person dropped off in that particular car park which was a little scary, however managed to eventually get into my car, otherwise I might still have been there !

This is the first time I have used Gatwick airport. Cost of fuel for my vehicle to/from home to airport, plus overnight accomodation, plus parking charges inflates the overall cost of the holiday. For future may have to consider off airport parking with accomodation package.On this occasion that cheaper option was on offer but preferred to park near terminal.

We boarded the coach at about 2330. The driver waited for the coach to fill up as he appeared to be the only driver on duty. What with the late flight arrival, delay in getting our baggage, and then the transfer delay to the car park, we probably spend an hour at the airport and did not get home until 2am. Of all the coach transfers over the years, this must have been the longest delay.
