Will use again whenever departing from Gatwick. Thanks a lot for a great service.

We arrived in pouring rain in early hours of morning and struggled on and off with 4 heavy cases, hand luggage and two children, would benefit from an assistant on the buses to give a hand. Waited at least 35 mins on return as too many people and too few buses to cope. Apart from that, car was fine and payment went through without any problem.

Great service, easy to book, direction perfect. Would recommend.

This was the first time I have used airport parking - previously have always got a minicab to and from the airport. I was very impressed with the ease of using this car park and the helpfulness of the staff. In particular, on our return I found that I had a flat battery and couldn't start my car - we were just trying to push start the car when a member of staff came straight up to us and organised a van to come and give us a jump start and we were on the road in 5 minutes. Will definitely use this service again.

All in all far better than off site parking, although of course £120 to park a car is very very expensive, although of course there's buses/wages and all the rest to consider, I know.

We arrived at the car park, and checked into reception, the guy was foreign and we didn't understand what he said. So we jumped back in the car and parked it in the nearest space.. Then another foreigner shouted at us from the other side of the car park. We assumed he was saying we couldn't park there, so we moved further away. He then strolled up and got in the drivers seat of my car, changed the radio station, and played with the seat.. he told me to get in, so I got in the back.. he drove quickly, with no effort to avoid the puddles around to the reception, where he told us to get out and then he drove off... we then jumped on the minibus which was waiting when we arrived. The driver was busy drinking coffee, and although the buses are s'posed to leave every 10 minutes. We sat on the bus for at least 15! Bearing in mind it had already been sat there at least 25 minutes! When we returned home we caught the bus which was waiting for us and it returned us to our car. The car which I had had valeted on the journey down was filthy with mud, both inside and out. The rear window which you can put down (Land Rover Freelander) was down, even tho it was raining. The inside was wet, and full of dust and those fairy things that fly around, it had been open I presume all weekend! There is now a damp smell inside, and I have to go and get the car valeted again, as its worse than it was before I got it valeted the first time. There were absolutely no plus points about this company, the mini bus was old, dirty, and smelly.. I touched the seat bars and my hands stuck to them. The staff are particuarly unfriendly, and the driver was dirty and showed no respect for my car. I'd have complained but there was no organ grinder, just the monkeys, and they'd probably not have understood me anyway. I seriously advise you not to use this service. Cheap and cheerful definitely does not apply.

Safe, easy parking, very quick terminal transfers. Security vans sweep carpark regularly, this was being done on our return. Very good value for money, much cheaper than catching a taxi and much more convenient on return when you are just eager to get home as quickly as possible.

The buses were clean and prompt plus the drivers were helpful and at 2 oclock in the morning very cheerful. We will be using this service again.

If you book late then the ticket needs to be validated by the cashier. This is a slow process and involves parking the car close to the exit point and going into the cashier hut for ticket validation. If there is any sort of queue this takes a while - and quite frustrating when tired after a long flight!

Easy to get to, well signposted and frequent bus transfers.

Found the Parking Express experience efficient in pick up/drop off but would like to see more staff available to assist those in need with luggage handling on and off buses.

Don't have the hassle of airport buses and get away much quicker. Excellent service - would definately use again.

Overall Parking Express car park offers value for money, it is close to the airport which makes it a lot more appealing than a lot of other car parks.

Booking simple. Directions fine. Close to terminal and frequent bus service. Staff could have been friendlier/more helpful (e.g. bus drivers and attendant at the exit gates). Overall, competitively priced, but still not good value for money.

Sign for voucher parking disappeared very quickly and we appeared to park in a general area but this did not pose any problems and the voucher was accepted quite happily at the exit cash desk.

I found this to be an easy and efficient way to use my car for arrival and departure from Gatwick. The car park was very accessible with good transfer by bus between the car park and terminal building. Highly recommended.

Most convenient of the Gatwick car parks - will continue to use it. Make a careful note of where your car is - which car park, row and bus stop. Even then, it can be quite difficult to find your car!

There needs to be a better way of returning customers to their cars. Even the driver asking which zone you're in would help. I had to drive through all the zones with nobody getting off.

Booking and parking all worked well, transfers were good, the only problem was on leaving the car park the auto car recognize system failed and this was not clear as a result in order to be on our way after an overnight and delayed flight.
