Overall experience was good, was happy did not need to hang around for a cab when i arrived from my trip. Coach was waiting and only took a few minutes to reach car park. However lots of motorists did not realise they had to validate tickets before leaving. Need to post more specific info on website and around car park

Appalling bad attitude of bus driver to all passengers(there were only about 10 on the bus) He was bad tempered and treating passengers as if they were sub normal. Some only knew the row number and sector of arrival, but not which bus stop they had got on. This prompted him to be continually offensive, to the extent that people got off the bus together even if not near their cars!

Car park was well sign posted and easy to find. i had a space close to bus stop 1 so was only 5 mins from terminal. No excessive waiting for a bus. Bus drivers helpful. was a great option for me as I was arriving and leaving in the middle of the night.

The car park was easy to find, clearly marked and very close to the airport. We have used many other services over the years but was most impressed with Gatwick Express and would certainly use them again and recommend them to our friends. Other companies have been very good at getting you to the airport (albeit a lot further away) but not so good at picking you up at the airport on return - one company we used we had to ring them up to request transport (which was OK) and then had to ring another twice to actually get the coach to pick us up - you definitely do not want that at the end of your holiday when you are really tired from travelling!

This is a well worthwhile service. It seems to offer a useful discount over the normal cost of using the on-airport car parks and it's nice to know in advance what the parking costs are. In our case, we paid almost as low an amount as our friends who had arranged off-airport parking. Good service

Pre booked online, turned up at carpark where sensors recognised the numberplate of my vehicle. Easily found a space where a bus turned up right away, where it was 5 mins to the South Terminal. Good security, and a pleasant parking experience. Plus you get to park your own car, didn't fancy some muppet disappearing with my car, would have been wondering all holiday if it had been damaged? Highly recommended!!

Driver very friendly and knowledgeable - we remebered our row but forgot whether we parked in zone E or F but driver knew from our departure that it would have been F. Would have liked more prominent info about the two bus stops - only noticed a small sign after we had loaded 10 suitcases on the bus. The best bit was going to Customer Service on departure (from the carpark) to find the actual price since we were 3 hours over our original booking due to flight delays - were informed that their was no additional charges since we had pre-booked! Will definitely use again.

Got there in the dead of night (2.30am) and was surprised to be met immediately by the transfer coach. Short hop to the terminal. On return the driver took the trouble of conducting a straw poll of which stops people wanted in order to get us to our cars as quick as possible. All pretty effortless and smooth. Will use again.

We knew which area we had parked in, but hadn't realised that the bus stop had a number which we needed to know about for the return journey. Clever that the exit ticket knew we had pre-booked and paid, but it's wasn't clear and I still had to check with Customer Services

Very convenient - so quick from time of arrival to getting to terminal - and same on return. And on return to car, had flat battery - this was fixed by an extremely helpful and friendly member of staff in moments - really stunning service in this day and age! Thanks to him(A zone, mid afternoon, 19th December). We shall definitely use you again should the occassion arise.

I have never had a problem using these facilities. (Sometimes when time is short I have to use the meet and greet facilities). This time I thought the staff on the coaches and in the office were perhaps not as friendly as previously, but they were polite.

From Car Park to terminal was fine, but on return, the bus was STUFFED with people, surely dangerous, and rude driver. Then on exit with my receipt I could not drive straight out so had to go into office, again rude staff, well not so much rude as didn't speak AT ALL !!

The instructions recieved over the internet said I should present my ticket to the attendant on exit with the booking form. Twice I've been now and all I had to do was drice up to the barrier, put my ticket in, the car numberplate was read by a camera to match up with my prepaid payment, the barrier raised and I drove out - hassle free!! Very good but I have discovered that for myself. I am sure there will be circumstances where I would have to go to the kiosk (ie. when it says "cashier" on the ticket ) but all this should be explained on the instructions.

Easy to find and use. Very close to the terminal which was good as I was running a bit later than intended. My only complaint was that the lighting was poor which made the car hard to find and as the car park was quiet at night some people may feel a bit vunerable. I would use the car park again.

The pick ups are frequent, and you are dropped of right outside the terminal arrivals. The down side is, that despite frequent buses, they are inevitably full, without adequate space for luggage. The plus though, is that the journey is short. However, in relation to other countries service, Gatwicks' is for the money, average/satisfactory.

I normally prefer a meet and greet service because I have young children, but I was able to park very easily and had only a few minutes wait for the bus to the terminal. My return flight to the UK was cancelled but I was able to pay for the additional days I had incurred without any trouble.

I chose to use this car park mainly as I kept the keys. This is because we had our car damaged at Bristol airport silver parking where they kept the car keys. I thought this set up was good and would use it again.

The guy behind the reception desk spent the whole time I was there on his mobile phone discussing his social life with his 'mate'. A smile or a thank you would have been nice! Also, Remember to make a note of your bus stop number AND row number, it's a long walk to your car if you forget it!

First time that I have used this service at Gatwick and would definitely recommend it. My rating of customer service offered by staff is average simply because I didnt need to interact with anybody - my booking, arrival and departure was all handled electronically and seamlessly.

I forgot to write on the ticket where I parked, on my return the bus driver worked out where I had parked from when I arrived and saved me alot of hassle and walking. The service was close to the airport, loads of parking, regular buses (handy in the british weather e.g. Rain) and very friendly helpful staff. Would use it again without hesitation.
