The day after I got home from my holiday I noticed a two foot long gouge at the rear of my car. I immdediately contacted BAA saying exactly where I was parked and could they get the number of the car next to me either from cctv or actually go and look at it in person. I heard nothing for a week, then was told they had finally contacted the car park in question, almost another week passed before I received a call to say that the cctv cameras were'nt "the type" that could record this information. I now face a large repair bill, when prompt action could have got me the required information.

Turned up at the and found the carpark straight away as the signage and directions were excellent. Parked easily and waited about 5mins for a coach. On return, again got a coach in about 5mins and exited with no stress or hassle. Superb! Would definately use them again.

Having pre booked, the car park was easy to find and entry was simple with the number plate recognition aparently working. Following the signs as to where to park was simple and we were fortunate to find a space quite easily. The bus stops are quite easy to see and clearly marked so that you can note where to return too. We arrived back at the North Terminal so there is quite a trek to get to the bus stops at the south terminal. On exit from the terminal at ground level for the car park busses there was no easily recognised sign that said 'Parking Express'. It was a green sign that said car parks A,B,C,D so we finished up at the wrong stop and had to ask the driver of the bus that stopped where to go for the parking express. This may just be us not looking properly or maybe it could be more clearly posted. The bus dropped us at the required stop and locating the car was easy. The exit system worked as advertised which made exit from the car park easy and quick.

I was surprised at how well everything worked. There were no problems at any stage and the exit licence plate scanner worked perfectly both on entry and on exit. You are running a very well organised service which, obviously, I would have preferred had it been cheaper.

We had to drive around to find the very few available spaces as there appeared to be no help available. We ended up under a tree which was obviously frequented by pigeons as a result our car was covered in bird droppings when we returned.The bus driver was not over helpful to people who had been travelling all day.A worse experience than the last time we used this parking!

Very annoying to be held up at the exit gate by people who had pre-booked, but not got their ticket validated before driving up to the barrier. Not sure how to educate these muppets, but better signage on the approach to the barriers may help, or if the card machine at tyhe barrier could recognise the card the made the pre-booking and lift the barrier accordingly (as I've experienced elswhere with pre-bookings)

By far one of the best car parks we have used. Directions for parking were both simple and accurate. Coaches were frequent and waiting time was a minimum. The drivers were very pleasant, particularly on our return which, was after midnight when most people are not at their best. I would certainly recommend and use again.

This is the second time we have used this car park and we have been very happy both times. It is conveniently situated to the South terminal with a frequent bus service. It is well laid out, making it easy to find your car when you return. I would definately rate it over other parking facilities that I have used at Gatwick.

I lost my record of where I parked my car and feared a long search. Parking Express identified for thier records whihc zone I was parked in and sent a driver who drove me around the very large area until we located the car. Full marks for thier customer care.

On arrival we were directed to Zone G, parking was relatively easy and a coach was waiting. On return (Saturday 19th at 14:00) there was a 15 minute delay for zone g coach which then stopped and collected for the other zones and so it took aaround 40 minutes in total to return to the car.

The service was excellent but I had to wait a long time for a bus to zone e and g it should be clearly signed somewhere which bus stop is in each zone because some people were very confused and did not remember which zone they parked but remembered the bus stop they had got on at. Over all very good.

I saved £10 by booking online and saved about £40 by driving to the airport rather than catching a cab. Only con was when we got to the barrier our ticket would not let us through so we had to go to the desk and explain that we'd already paid etc.

All in all, very easy to book and use. Cheap too. I know they have to cram all the cars in, but a few inches width on each space would make quite a difference. We had to eject passengers before parking. If you have a wide vehicle, you may well have to hunt for a space to park in.

Found the driver extremely helpful when i realised that i had forgotton my duty free back at the terminal, she drove me back and wished me luck and I was most grateful to her for her advice and sympathetic approach to my mishap. I managed to retrieve it at WHSmith in north terminal.

I could not believe how simple the entire process was, from booking online to parking the car and getting the bus to the terminal. On our return, we waited approx 5 minutes for the bus, which took us straight to where we needed to go to collect the car. We left a bag on the bus on the way back and that was even handed in, so we managed to retrieve it, with all of the contents in place. I would definitely use this service agian and would also recommend to friends and family, it's great!

our car broke down on m25, on way to airport, our son came out to rescue us, and he explained the situation to security at car park, who were so halpful, in a very traumatic situation. our boy, arranged to bring car in when fixed, and security kept our keys in the office. cannot praise them enough, and would reccommend this park to EVERYBODY. thank you roberta

We arrived at 09:00 on a Sat morning, we were instructed to head for Zone B, excellent directions etc.. Once in Zone B it took us 10 minutes to find a parking space as it seemed quite full already. Once we had parked up, a bus was waiting at the stop to take us directly yo the terminal. On te return leg of our journey, we got back at 3:00am on a Tuesday morning, a bus was waiting at the terminal entrance, and we found our car and exited within 5 mins of getting to our car. Just remember to write down, what Zone, Row and Bus Stop you took, otherwise it could turn in to a lengthy car hunt. All in all it is a great service and i will definatley use this again.

We did not have to wait for the bus, it was in, found a space quickly. Help with cases getting on and off bus would have been good, but suppose driver is not allowed to do this. We got help from passengers on return, as we were holding people up trying to put cases in the rack as so heavy. This is really the only problem, otherwise prompt service quick transfer and no wait.

I use the car parking facility every wkd and would not go anywhere else because of the convenience and the frequency of the transfers. I find the car parking good value for money which is what I need especially since I use it very frequently. overall the service is good and i will continue to use it.

It waas all extremely smooth and effortless, far beyond my expectations. I expected to get cheap parking off site so was pleasantly surprised that pre-booking at the LGW own parking was comparable in price and much quicker than going a mile or two off-site. Would love to be cynical but can't be. It worked very well indeed. Would be great not to have to go to Customer Services to endorse the ticket on exit but this was so quick that it was not a problem in the slightest for me. Busier arrival times might have different results so perhaps an aspect that could be addressed
