Booking online was great,however I arranged for 7 day cover starting my booking late on departure,upon my return I also placed a time for arrival.When I exited I then had to pay another £8.50 as apparently I had gone over the 7 days when in fact I hadn't.The lady stated I had placed 7 days but the time implication is not factored in. This I found highly inconvenient as I expected all to be payed hence why I payed on line to avoid this at the end of my trip.

Our flights were changed from south terminal to north at the last minute. Unfortunately our car park booking was not transferrable, a fact that was not made apparent until our return, when we had to pay another £127 to get our car out of the north terminal car park on top of the £82 already paid for south terminal parking. All in all a total rip off. We are very unhappy.

I found parking in the right place very simple and straightforward, no having to register or give your keys into anyone. The only con was that the machine tried to charge us on the way out when we put in our ticket but as the service desk was right next to the exit this was sorted quickly

Was not sure of 'automatic reading of number plate' and my instincts were correct. When trying to leave carpark at 2am on a rainy cold morning, barrier would not lift (we had pre-paid by credit card). Pressed button for assistance and was told to reverse back to office - luckily there was no-one behind us. Man in office was quite rude "could I remember in future that if ticket that was given on entering carpark says "CASHIER" we need to go into office to query this!" I have pre-paid by credit card to not have to do this. Otherwise, excellent service. Very impressed. Will definitely use again (and will remember to check my ticket doesn't say "CASHIER" - in future!!)

When we looked to book parking we found that most of the carparks require you to hand over your carkeys for the carpark's staff to park and handle the car. Although I'm sure the majority of these carparks offer a very good service, we feel a lot more comfortable knowing that our keys are in our pocket and not somebody elses. Also, couldn't really rate the car park staff, as we didn't speak or deal with anybody at all what with our parking being pre-booked. The transit bus driver was really nice though.

Be aware of potential extra costs if your plane is a bit late coming back or if you have problems starting your car on return. My flight was an hour late and I had to wait 30 minutes for assistance to help start my car. This coupled with arriving a bit early on outbound journey incurred an extra day charge over that already paid.

I found parking very easy and had no trouble following the instructions. On my return your bus driver was very helpfull as our cases very heavy, and he returned us to our car with no problems. Again on leaving by paying up front they cleared us very quickly. I will use you again and would recommend you. Many Thanks.

Like I mentioned in the Pros, I was offered to book at the lastminute on the sameday for a 2 week period. Trouble free transaction, regular transfers, (however give you yourself plenty of time - the terminal is a little drive away). My only snipe at this company is towards 1 of the staff on the transfer bus on my return to good old blighty. After enduring a long business trip to Canada where I drove over 2000 miles in 2 weeks, then endure a 10 hour flight back to UK, the last thing I or anyone to the fact is to be welcomed by a grumpy un- coperative sarcastic employee of this company!!, I continue if I may.. when enquring about my transfer to the carparks, (bearing mind the above mentioned, tired, weiry eyed, etc..) I was asked for my ticket, (i assumed the e-ticket/confirmation - yes i should have known better, the 'green' ticket that was issued on entry to carpark.) to be quickly told ' no no no no NOT that one , the 'green' ticket! ( getting my drift yet?), then I mentioned I could not remmber the zone, but only the row number, then again tobe quickly told '' ohh no no, we hve over 8000 odd car spaces don't you know here!!! ohh dear me, that's what this space is for on the back of the ticket to 'remember your number and all that!!! blah blah blah.... ( at this point it wasn't worth mentioning I was running late because of the poxy m/way's around London ven with a extra travel time built in!) So sorry folks if this has been a long winded story, but basicaly make sure you right yor zone and row number down and keep your 'green entry ticket' at hand. I would like to mention that the guy who picked up on the 1st time to the terminal was great, just te odd one ehhh to spoil it! - would also like to mention I am emigrating to Canada, so you can shove all this unfreindlyness and overpriced miserable little country you call the UK right were the sun don't shine!!!!!! Thank you and good riddance.

Very regular transfers. We flew from the North terminal but the transfer was ever so straight forward. Enter Departures at the South terminal and follow the signs for the North terminal which will direct you to the transfer vehicle that runs between the two.

Good value for money, although I notice that for my trip in September the price has gone up by over 50%! Near the airport so not travelling too long on the coach. Quite a scramble to get on the coach on return journey, so we waited for the next coach which was only a couple of minutes.

This was a well run, keenly priced car park close to the South Terminal with good transfers via modern, clean buses driven by helpful, courteous staff. Other sirports - please take note!! On line booking and payment was straightforward too. I shall use this car park next time!

Finding the way to and through the area was easy and staff are always there to help if required. With our weather, the bus SHELTERS, rather than STOPS, are a godsend. Transfers to/from the terminal are even shorter than advertised, but don't forget to note your bus stop number.

Next transfer coach longest wait is 5mins only to South Terminal. Parking Express was great. I need not give my car keys which was a bonus. Using Number Plate Reg, to get in & out at Parking Express, I give my Number Plate when booking - so I was in & out very very quick.

Carpark staff kindly taped plastic over car window when it 'fell open' due to aircraft vibration, so rain didn't get in. A coach driver who saw me by the car on my return explained what had happened, and how the car park is patrolled. Thank you very much. But please, for the future, use an adhesive tape that doesn't need 'Agent Orange' to remove. Good customer service, however.

When we arrived at the car park there was a coach to transfer us within 5 minutes and it was max. 5/10 min drive to the terminal. On return there was also a coach waiting. We will definately use this service next time. It was even easier than staying in a hotel the night before and being transfered (as we did last year from East Grinstead and will not do again)

This was the first time I had used this service and I found it very straight forward. The pick & return transfer to and from the airport was very good the buses were there almost immediately. This was also cheaper than getting a taxi which would of cost me £140 return.

Didn't say anywhere how the system works. You take a ticket, park and when you leave you put the card in and then your credit card - this wasn't clearly stated by the operators. Also for the return bus you need to know your parking area - again this is something you are supposed to write down on the back of the ticket but it was not clearly marked.

Service and everything was good except we parked under the flight path of incoming plans and although we only parked for 3 days, on returning to our car the battery was flat due to the alarm being set off. It obviously caused concern and aggravation to have to get it mended before leaving the carpark. It was very disappointing as it ruined a perfect trip abroad. Next time we will try to check where the plans are coming in.

Easy to find as soon as you enter Airport. Numerous transfer bus stops which means short distances to carry luggage. Quick transfer to and from Terminal Building and regular pick ups, meaning little waiting. On line booking fast and easy - so you can just drive off home !

i went to the wrong terminal and the lady behind the desk was very helpful. when we arrived the bus was there waiting for us to get the bags out of the car! on returning it must have been great timing as the bus was again waiting outside.. fantastic
