If I hadn't had credit card on me I would have panicked. Travelling alone, home about 2.30am and needed to pay extra. Never experienced that before. On the plus side the Driver on way back was really cheerful, clearly enjoyed his job and was a pleasure to be driven by.

Was surpised and disapointed that the 'turn up and pay' price was much cheaper than the prebooked internet price,one of the only time Ive known this to be true of any service. Surely cheaper for you and us booking by internet.Wont bother booking in the future.

Was not keen on leaving keys with someone, but with Gatwick Express you park your own car, and take the keys with you. First class service. Plenty of room to park, and busses to the terminal every few minutes. Will definately usa again, and much cheaper than taxis. Thankyou.

We changed our vehicle between the time of booking the carpark and actually going on holiday. I phoned to lets you company know of the change in good time before our holiday, but this was never put on the system and therefore we had difficuilty in leaving the carpark, which after and over night flight from the USA was a bit of a pain. But the lady on the counter was very helpful and sorted out the paperwork for me.

Comparison and booking online was very easy. Good maps online and clearly signposted when you get in to the Airport area. The car park is conveniently located close to the airport and coach transfer facility worked very well for timing. I would use this car parking facility again.

The car park itself was well signposted as were the zones so that you could easily note where you had left your car. There were lots of bus stops, clearly numbered,and with frequent buses. We have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone.

Before, when pre-paying, I parked in a specific area. I rather liked this. No specific reason, juswt like it The driver on the transfer bus back to the car was endlessly patient and cheerful with what, I assume, was some fairly moronic bunch of passenger. I mean, how difficult is it to understand "this bus only goes to A, B, C, D and F. Not G". The people who wanted G got unnecessarily cross. But the other passengers put them right as your driver couldn't. He was much too polite to say what the rest of us could say

Found it easy especially travelling with two young children, the convenience and the fact that the transfers are so frequent. Maybe some customers could learn that it's not useful to stand infront of the doors when you're trying to load and off-load but I guess that's another matter entirely. But I think all in all an excellent service.

The whole process from selecting the car park to driving home after the holiday was easy to book, and trouble free. This was not the cheapest, but definately the easiest for transfers and the like. We even tend to use the parking express site when flying from the North Terminal - transfer and then the train shuttle are very quick.

I didn't have any need to see or speak to any car park staff. Easy to find and with a quick transfer to the airport. At least i remembered to write down which bus stop i used this time as it would have been no fun trying to find my car at nearly 2am

A stress-free experience - arrived at the airport and very quickly found a suitable parking space, no sooner have we unpacked the car and walked to the bus stop the bus arrived to pick us up and deliver us to the Terminal within minutes and at 3am in the morning just what you need! Similarly on the way home, due to unforseen delays with the flight we arrived back at Gatwick at 1am, and were relieved to find the bus easily, and before long we were heading home. Would not hesitate to use the car parking facility again in the future. Thank you

So easy to find. Very little time to wait for bus to and from the airport terminal, and a fairly quick transfer. Bit loathe to tell people that it's a really good parking facility as maybe more people will use parking express and I wont be able to get a parking space!

Not happy on the signs for pre-paid parking seems as though this was was not set up on exit as payment came up as £8.80 even though I had pre-paid ticket.Not ideal after returning after 2 week holiday retified ok by staff once going into the office to resolve.

All very easy and was able to park near the bus stop to save carrying cases a long way at both ends of the journey. Short wait for bus one end, bus waiting at other. Very simple car park access and departure process when paid by credit card in advance. I would and do recommend airport parking to others.

Arrival was fine, no problems. On return we found the directions given in the email could have been clearer. Instead of Go to "Arrivals", it should read Go to UK Arrivals as within the terminal there are directions for International or UK Arrivals. A coach turned up but had no markings or signs to indicate it was for Parking Express, I had to ask the driver who was very rude in his reply. Several passengers after me also had to ask, so its obviously not just me. Had to go to customer services on return to validate the ticket. Not a major problem, but more of an inconvenience as with other car parks I have just driven straight to the exit. In future I would try another car park.

Excellent! From booking the parking, which was very competitively priced, to actually arriving and getting to the airport it couldn't have been easier. The car was very secure for our time away, not like some of the companies you see in the media who take the car off site. We will be using it again.

Really easy service to use. Easy access to bus stops for pick up and return. I wondered if the service to the terminal would be frequent enough, but I needn't have worried as we were heading towards check-in within five minutes of parking. Don't have much experience of airport parking, but chose this on the recommendation of others and would certainly endorse this.

Getting from the car park to the airport was very simple - remember to write on your ticket your zone, row and also the bus stop number (as this is what gets shouted out by the driver). The nearest light was broken, which made it difficult to load up the car. The kids loved the planes coming in to land only about 100m overhead!

This is the second time we have used this service. It is so easy and convenient. All ages can use it. People with children will find they can use it too.
