Using Parking Express was simple from beginning to end. The rate was reasonable, the acknowledgment of our booking was immediate; the car park was clearly signposted on our arrival, and by making a note of our zone and bus stop number, our return was equally simple.

Would recommend this service. Parked easily, only waited a few minutes for transfer bus. Helpful driver. On return, bus was already in stop. Back to car very quickly. Car fine on return. Will use next year for certain.

On return had flat battery on car (had left lights on)silly me. I told the bus driver when he passed again and within 5 mins i was leaveing the car park, It could not have been better and i will use you again, I make a lot of trips to turkey, about 8 times a year, you will have a regular customer

We arrived at the car park very early in the morning (about 2:30 am) but a transfer coach arrived almost immediately. Once at the terminal, the driver very helpfully advised where the bus stop was for our return. Once we did get back, all was well with the car. Again, there was hardly any wait time for the coach, although it was obviously far busier. Having lost our car park ticket, we had to go to the customer service office and, with no hassle, all was resolved. Absolutely pain-free, we would use again without hesitation!

We've never used the parking facilities at Gatwick before. We always relied on friends or family to drop us off and pick us up - then came the kids! The booking on-line was very easy and the instructions on what to do when you arrive at the airport were simple to follow. The transfers to and from the terminal were quick and we didn't wait longer than 3 minutes for the bus to pick us up - a God send with 2 impatient kids and luggage to haul about! Totally reccomend it to others and will definately use the service again!

This was really easy - parking as close to the terminal as possible, a bus there to collect me immediately and in the terminal 3 mins later. On return, there were 2 buses waiting to take people back and the driver stopped right at my car! Perfect

i would advise some people to take a pen with them and write the car park and bus stop number on the back of there ticket, as after a good holiday some people have a tendency to forget where they parked there motor,( seen people walking around scratching there heads).

excellent location - close to the airport- very convenient and took only about 5 mins to get into airport- previously one would drop off at the airport while the other took the car away but with all the security issues we decided to go for a closer car park with less hassle.

We were very impresed with the car park location and the level of service provided. The transfer bus service was frequent and almost door to door (which was useful when carrying large suitcases). We have used this facility before and would not hesitate to use it again.

Use of the service proved to be stress-free. The visual environment of carparks and coaches was very good and appear well maintained. Our minds were put at rest knowing that security measures in operation after hearing about horror stories of othe car parking facilities at airports. Giving car registration prior to arrival made life simple and quick process.

The parking service was absolutely perfect, no hassle, no problems - we arrived, parked, departed, arrived back again caught the bus, found the car and drove off - arrived home and had a cup of tea - perfect. I'll use your parking service again. Regards John Green

Found the car park easily on clear instructions on email. Felt secure in the knowledge we would return to the car in the same way we left it. However, after a holiday you can hardly remember your name let alone which car park which row and which bay. Therefore a clear signage on the floor of the bay would significantly help I feel.

At the airport, it was very unclear on arrival which coach to get from where to get back to the car park. Signs in Gatwick compared very unfavourably with Houston, for example, in terms of giving information. Otherwise, very happy with the actual parking experience.

I booked online and got what I thought was a very good price for 15 days parking. The transfers to and from the parking area was very efficient with no more than a couple of minutes waiting at either end. The only drawback was that it took a while to get into the parking area from the motorway however this was I believe mainly due to the heightened security following the Glasgow incident.

Great to be very close to the terminal, transfer time minimal, automatic no. plate reader didn't work but easily sorted, certainly worth booking in advance we saved about 50% on the normal daily rate, easily booked via the internet. would highly recommend.

Very important to write down details of where your car is on site as only you know as there is no booking in on arrival. We had a great laugh on our return bus transfer at all the people who did not write this down and had no idea where their car was!! This was the best car parking we have ever used. No worries about people driving around in your car as you keep your keys. Will use again. 10/10

We used Megalex compound parking. I was very pleased with the communication from Lee the coordinator. Drop off was excellent - right at the termal so no transfer coaches with small kids, elderly relatives, and all that luggage. Pick up was more worrying but only as I was concerned that the car wouldn't pitch up and had a problem gettingh old of them but after the confusion was sorted out the car arrived safe and sound within 10 minutes of my call. At the end of a long day travelling it was a joy just to step outside the terminal and load up the car and drive away. I checked the mileage and it was well within a reasonable limit I set in my head for the process of parking, back and forth etc. As someone who often travels along I'd recommend this service to anyone; no hanging around in huge carparks in the rain and dark, waiting for a bus. Value for money was excellent but the convenience of the service was just unsurpassable. It definitely put to rest any worries I had about falling foul of cowboys. Megalex deserve a good reputation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I will always use them from now on.

It was the first time we had used parking express and found it very easily from the motorway and the dydtem involved in keeping your own keys and a ticket during the holiday no problem. very quick get away and home in the fastest time ever from gatwick, we usually spend ages waiting for the courtesy bus and the time taken to get to the distant car park!! Arrived in the early hours to catch a flight from North Terminal. Bus arrived within minutes. Arriving back it was simple with the bus already at the terminal and then just putting the card in the machine to leave. Will certainly be using you again on the two further trips we have booked later this summer. Will also be booking online.

It would help if customers were told to note the number of the bus stop they used when parking their car. I, along with all the other customers on the return bus, told the driver the Zone and area (C2 in my case) but the driver needed the bus stop number to drop me near the car. He had to guess and got it wrong so it took me time and some walking to find the car.
