I ususally use an off site car park as they are less expensive but I found the charges on this one were only four pounds extra - defo worth it for the super fast transfer! Only annoyance was other passengers as, like sheep they got on and didn't move further down the bus causing blockages and delays.

Thought the signs for pre-paid parking could be better as it turned out you could park anywhere and I did wonder what would happen if the car park was full, I thought pre-payment would guarantee a space. overall will use it again and have done previously.

Every time I've used the facility I have been more than impressed. Surprised this time that I had to stop off on way out to collect exit ticket - usually works on Reg No recognition (but I did book up VERY late). Still only took a few seconds to get processed and be on the way home!

Excellent Service booked and paid online very straight forward also fact that car stays where you park it and car keys are taken with you was an advantage. Would try Parking Express for parking availabiliy before any other for our next holiday airport parking.

Directions to car park were simple, car park so close to airport, bus stops located within easy walking distance and every 10 minutes to airport. Transfer quick. Bus stop on return journey easy to find. Def recommend and would rather pay slightly more to park car myself rather than other cheaper car parks that ask you to leave your keys with them - no thanks!

I booked 2 parking spaces for 2 cars but only one of us could get out of the car park on our arrival back in the uk, i was asked to pay again until i showed my receipt. Other than this i found it very easy to park and quick to get transfers to the airport. I would use again

A pleasurable experience. Arrived early hours of the morning, car park well lit and bus waiting. Within minutes we had arrived at the terminal. On return apart from forgetting which car park I had parked in had no problems at all. Would definately use this service again.

the car park was easy to find and the coach tranfer quick. The driver on the return trip shouted out the bus stops so we didn't have to worry about missing the right place. Really good. I had to contact customer services before we travelled and the contact was really helpful. We don't use Gatwick Airport often - our local is Bristol - but will be using Gatwick in the future and definately Parking Express.

Booked online a couple of days before trip. On day drove straight in and easily found space. Bus stop was 100 metres away and a bus appeared like magic within minutes to whisk me to the terminal. On return a bus was waiting. Driver was very helpful making sure he knew where everyone on board was to be dropped off. My car was waiting where I left it safe and sound.

The Service was easy to use and the directions and instructions about getting to the car park were helpful. The bus transfers to the terminals were frequent and convenient. The securtiy arrangments seemed good so we didn't feel uneasy about leaving our car in the carpark.

I was just back from a 13 hr flight and my map light had been left on so the battery ws dead , no problem though as I used the call button in the bus stop and they sent a man in van to jump start me and i was on my way in minutes, no charge! very good service I would recommend

The only thing i found difficult was that the parking spaces were narrow .. fortunately I found one at the end of the row. Pre-booking and finding the lot was easy. I didn't need to present my card again. I found the entire process very easy. I was a little nervous about the transfer bus as there were alot of people to get on. Some didn't make it on the bus but another bus was on it's way. I would definitely book with Parking Express again. In future I would try and take advantage of valet parking.

The car park is very easy to find and very close to the terminal, which is great. The only problem is not your fault at all - just the M25 is a nightmare, so public transport may be easier in the future. I would recommend you (and have done so) to anyone wishing to park at Gatwick

Whilst I am happy about the safety aspect and the fact that my car is there when arriving back, especially when a plane is late, such as happened to me recently and I had transport home at 3.45 AM! I still feel that the cost is higher than I would expect. On occasion the Parking Fee is more than the whole trip abroad!

Having arrived to the airport it was relatively easy to find the car park. On departure however I found it confusing once I was out of the car park. More detailed signs won't go a miss as all signs on the roads surrounding the car park are directed to arrivals and not for finding the exit.

I found that i had to try several parking spaces before I found one that would take my toyota picnic safely. The air port return re-signed arrangement worked well - I just managed to observe the information when very tied. When paying at the exit the customer service experience was perfunctory.

All in all a very easy experience for our first flight with little one in tow. We had decided that paying a few pounds more to be on the Airport site was worth it and we were proved correct. There was no delay on dropping the car off on departure day or getting back to the car after we landed on return. The bus drivers were patient while we loaded and unloaded all our bags. The other deciding factor was that we were able to park the car ourselves. We didn't have to leave the keys with anyone, thereby avoiding any possibility of a damaged car on our return.

Geenrally very satisfied. Parking your own car has the advantage of not having to hand over keys, but the downside was that it took us a little while to find a free space. This could have been a problem if we had been in a hurry. Also spaces are very tight and there is not much space to open doors once parked.

It was fine but I was unsure what to do on the return journey to the car park. Perhaps you could have a sentence in the booking confirmation that just says take ticket to customer service before trying to exit. I did however manage to read the signs about credit card bookings so it was ok.

Due to a tailback on the motorway we were becoming concerned that we may miss the flight. However due to the smooth efficient service we recd we made the flight with time to spare. Return journey was excellent - we had the bus to ourselves with a ride straight to our car. A+
